in this work,we consider a stochastic epidemic model with vaccination,healing and *** prove the existence and the uniqueness of the positive *** establish sufficient conditions for the extinction and the persistence in mean of the stochastic ***,we also establish sufficient conditions for the existence of ergodic stationary distribution to the model,which reveals that the infectious disease will *** graphical illustrations of the approximate solutions of the stochastic epidemic model have been performed.

The aim of this paper is to investigate a stochastic threshold for a delayed epidemic model driven by Levy noise with a nonlinear incidence and ***,we derive a stochastic threshold 77s which depends on model parameters and stochastic coefficients for a better understanding of the dynamical spreading of the ***,we prove the well posedness of the ***,we study the extinction and the persistence of the disease according to the values of ***,using different scenarios of Tuberculosis disease in Morocco,we perform some numerical simulations to support the analytical results.

Synthesis and <i>in Vitro</i>Cytotoxic Activity of Novel Pyrazole-3,4-dicarboxylates

N-Aryl-C-ethoxycarbonylnitrile imines (3a-g) react with ethyl cyanoacetate 1 in 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition to yield novel pyrazole-3,4-dicarboxylates (4a-g) in moderate yields. The reaction of pyrazole-3,4-dicarboxylates (4a, d) with hydrazine afforded pyrazolo[4,3-d]pyridazine-4,7-diones (5a, d) in good yields. All compounds were fully characterized by spectroscopic methods. Some of the newly synthesized compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxic activity against murine P815 mastocytoma cell line.
