The identification and application of the Von Hippel-Lindau(VHL)gene is a seminal breakthrough in kidney cancer *** and its protein p VHL are the root cause of most kidney cancers,and the cascading pathway below them is crucial for understanding hypoxia,in addition to the aforementioned tumorigenesis routes and *** reviewed the history and functions of VHL/pVHL and Hypoxia-inducible factor(HiF),their well-known activities under low-oxygen environments as an E3 ubiquitin ligase and as a transcription factor,respectively,as well as their non-canonical functions revealed ***,we discussed how their dysregulation promotes tumorigenesis:beginning with chromosome 3 p-arm(3p)loss/epigenetic methylation,followed by two-allele knockout,before the loss of complimentary tumor suppressor genes leads cells down predictable oncological *** different pathways can ultimately determine the grade,outcome,and severity of the deadliest genitourinary *** finished by investigating current and proposed schemes to therapeutically treat clear cell renal cell carcinoma(cc RCC)by manipulating the hypoxic pathway utilizing Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor(VEGF)inhibitors,mammalian target of rapamycin complex 1(mTORC1)inhibitors,small molecule HiF inhibitors,immune checkpoint blockade therapy,and synthetic lethality.

本文用改良间接免疫胶珠法测定宫颈粘液中的抗精子抗体,同时测定宫颈粘液的体外精子制动活性。在100名不孕症妇女排卵期宫颈粘液中,检出抗精子抗体阳性14例,制动活性。在100名不孕症妇女排卵期宫颈粘液中,检出抗精子抗体阳性14例,制动活性阳性29例(包括两法同时阳性者5例)在抗精子抗体与制动活性间无明显的相关(P=0.18)。宫颈粘液精子制动试验和精子宫颈粘液接触试验用于宫颈粘液抗精子抗体的检测,缺乏相应的特异性。

A model of the electron is examined, allowing us to obtain its mass, spin and magnetic moment. The electron is represented as a sphere of classical radius (protoelektron) with zero rest mass, the rotating orbit radius of which is reduced value of the Compton wavelength of the electron. The ratio of the radius of the sphere to the radius of the orbit is equal to the fine structure constant. The sphere has a single charge distributed over its surface. Due mutual repulsion of parts of charge sphere acquires a mass equal to half of the rest mass of an electron, rotating mechanical mass protoelektron on orbit provides its characteristic electron spin 1/2 and kinetic energy, which creates 1/4 of the rest mass. Rotation of charge, similar to the ring current generates a magnetic moment equal to the Bohr magneton and magnetic energy, creating 1/4 of the rest mass of an electron. The total energy of the electron is the sum of its electrostatic, magnetic and kinetic energy. Accordingly, the total mass of the electron is the sum of the masses of electrostatic, magnetic and kinetic origin. The model is applicable to the muon and tau leptons. The correct ratio between the mass, spin and magnetic moment for them observed under the condition in the ratio of the radius of the charged sphere to the radius of the orbit equal to the fine structure constant. The model allows us to understand the physical nature of a number of problems: the Heisenberg uncertainty principle, Lorentz transformations and wave properties of the electron. The cause of the orbital rotation proto-particles is a magnetic field which creates self-acting rotation proto-particles around its own axis.

Background:Plaque incision/excision and grafting are surgical techniques used to treat patients with Peyronie's disease who are refractory to less invasive interventions,have severe penile curvature,or have an hourglass ***,the procedure carries the risk of penile sensory loss because of the need for dissection of the neurovascular bundle(NVB).The aim of this study was to assess the feasibility of a novel technique for unilateral NVB dissection and its ability to preserve penile sensitivity while maintaining adequate correction of the penile *** and methods:Charts of patients who underwent unilateral NVB dissection during Peyronie's plaque incision/excision and grafting were retrospectively *** patients received preprocedural intracavernosal injections of TriMix,and the curvature was measured to be>70 *** 3 cases,an incision and minimal excision of the plaque were performed at the point of maximum curvature on the concave side of the *** 3 cases,Tutoplast allografts(Coloplast US,Minneapolis,MN)were used,whereas autografts were used in 2 other *** patients were examined at 1,3,and 6 months after the procedure when curvature and penile sensation were ***:Five patients underwent this *** mean age of patients was 55 years(45-70 years).All plaques were dorsally *** mean preoperative curvature was 78 degrees(75-90 degrees).At the 6-month follow-up,all patients hadidual curvature and were satisfied with their cosmetic *** 1 patient continued with phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors to improve potency at the 6-month *** patients reported normal penile glans *** patients experienced decreased sensation at the site of NVB dissection,but this was only detected when compared with the contralateral *** 2 patients reported a difference after 6 months,and only a minor area of involvement was ***:Unilateral NVB dissection is a feasi

This case report describes the clinical characteristics and management of a 38-year-old man with cephalic tetanus. He presented with a massive facial infection after a dental procedure. After induction of anesthesia, cephalic tetanus was clinically diagnosed during induction based on the presence of a new facial nerve palsy and nuchal rigidity even after the administration of succinylcholine. The first attempt at intubation was unsuccessful with a Macintosh laryngoscope due to persistent nuchal rigidity and lockjaw despite the use of succinylcholine. Consistent with other reports, intubation was remarkably uncomplicated when the video laryngoscope was used. Postoperatively, the Clostridium tetani infection progressed to generalized tetanus and responded to supportive care. This case highlights the difficulties of diagnosis, and supports the utility of the Glidescopetm video laryngoscope in this unusual pathological condition.
