X-Ray Radiation Characteristics of nested-Wire Array implosion in Sino-Russian Joint Z-pinch Experiments on Angara-5-1

We report and discuss the results of x-ray radiation measurements in the Sino-Russian joint Z-Pinch experiments on Angara-5-1 facility with a load current of 2.5–3.6MA. The measurements were conducted by using an x-ray power meter (XRPM) and a time-resolved one-dimensional x-ray imaging system developed in China Academy of Engineering Physics. The experimental results indicate that an x-ray power-platform prior to a main peak and a less intensive sub-peak after the main peak in the waveform exist for the nested-wire array implosions, and the radiation process is relatively faster than that in the case of the single array. Laser shadowgraph of the imploding plasma suggests that the prior power-platform is a result of the collision of the inner-outer plasma layers. The faster radiation process of nested array implosion can be explained by analysing the corresponding result of the time-resolved one-dimensional imaging system, which demonstrates a better axial imploding uniformity and synchronization. in comparison with x-ray diode, the XRPM yields a higher height of x-ray power-platform due to its flat energy response. The sub-peak after the main peak is proposed to be a result of the later-time additional implosion of plasma.

Dynamics and spectral transmission of Al plasma produced by extreme ultraviolet(EUV)irradiation of 0.75-mm thick Al foil is *** EUV radiation with the peak power density in the range of 0.19-0.54 TW/cm 2 is provided by Z-pinch formed by W multiwire array implosion in the Angara-5-1 *** of the experiment ensures that there are no plasma fluxes from the pinch toward the Al foil and *** same EUV source is used as a back illuminator for obtaining the absorption spectrum of Al plasma in the wavelength range of 5e24 *** comprises absorption lines of ions Al^(4+),Al^(5+),Al^(6+),Al^(7+).Analysis of relative intensities of the lines shows that those ions are formed in dense Al plasma with a temperature of~20 *** of Al plasma has been investigated with transverse laser *** have also performed radiation-gas-dynamics simulations of plasma dynamics affected by external radiation,which includes self-consistent radiation transport in a plasma *** simulations show good agreement with an experimental absorption spectrum and with experimental data concerning plasma dynamics,as well as with the analysis of line absorption *** confirms the correctness of the physical model underlying these simulations.

A new aberrant species of the genus Sphaerostoma(Trematoda: Opecoelidae) from the Amur River basin

A new freshwater opecoelid species, Sphaerostoma tamarae sp. nov., is described from Rhynchocypris percnura mantschurica caught in the Syumnyur River(Amur River basin,Russia). This parasite species differs from all other congeners in the distribution of the vitelline follicles(restricted to the hindbody) and the morphology of the ventral sucker(strongly protuberant). Molecular phylogenetic analysis based on 28S rRnA gene sequences and the morphological analysis allow to tentatively assign the new species to the genus Sphaerostoma,without closing the question regarding the true genus affiliation of this species. in addition, the authors provide an argument for renaming the Plagioporinae to the Sphaerostomatinae.

＜正＞The programme of the evolution of the base of knowledge in machines’ mechanisms on the example of technical systems of arbitrary purpose and structure with the aim of formalization and structurization of knowledge for creation of new techniques of automatized projecting in suggested. The programme is declared as the process of transference of the base of knowledge from its initial state into final one, at the permissible restrictions in quality and resources in real time. The programmes concept is based on the introduction of n-measured structural space. Discrete co-ordinates of the multi-measured vector of this space are: flat hierarchical sets of languages, objects, problems, estimations, resources, restrictions, types of working areas, etc. The vectors’ co-ordinates define the set of the programme projects. The possibility of choice of the optimal programme strategies’ realization is discussed. The concept can be applied to objects of arbitrary purpose.
