in this paper,a detailed model of a photovoltaic(PV)panel is used to study the accumulation of dust on solar *** presence of dust diminishes the incident light intensity penetrati.g.the panel’s cover glass,as it increases the reflection of light by *** phenomenon,commonly known as the“soili.g.effect”,presents a significant challenge to PV systems on a global *** basic models of the equivalent circuits of a solar cell can be found,namely the si.g.e-diode model and the two-diode *** limitation of efficiency data in manufacturers’datasheets has encouraged us to develop an equivalent electrical model that is efficient under dust conditions,integrated with optical transmittance considerations to investigate the soili.g.*** proposed approach is based on the use of experimental current-voltage(i-V)characteristics with simulated data usi.g.MATLAB/*** research outcomes underscores the feasibility of accurately quantifyi.g.the reduction in energy production resulti.g.from soili.g.by assessi.g.the optical transmittance of accumulated dust on the surface of PV glass.

A study of the inelastic scatteri.g.of neutrons with an energy of 14.1 MeV on the nuclei of oxygen,phosphorus,and sulfur was performed at the TANgRA facility at JiNR(Dubna).The experiment aimed to refine existi.g.data and obtain new data on the yields and angular distributions ofγ-quanta emitted by the studied nuclei due to neutron-induced nuclear reactions usi.g.the tagged neutron *** types of detector systems were used to registerγ-***γ-ray yields were measured usi.g.a high-purity germanium(HPge)*** angular distributions ofγ-rays were obtained usi.g.a system of 18 scintillation detectors based on bismuth germanite Bi_(4)ge_(3)O_(12)(BgO)located around the *** performed experiments measured the yields of two transitions for the reaction of tagged neutrons with 16O,nine transitions for the reaction with ^(31)P,and nine transitions for the reaction with ^(32)S for the first *** angular anisotropy of theγ-radiation accompanyi.g.the inelastic scatteri.g.of neutrons with an energy of 14.1 MeV on ^(31)P nuclei was also measured for the first time.

The objective of this study consisted of evaluati.g.the effect of the application of chitosan(Q),1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP)under two controlled temperatures on some physical,physiological,and chemical parameters contributi.g.to the quality of Persian lime Citrus latifolia *** treatments were evaluated,resulti.g.from the combination of four senescence retardant applications(Q,1-MCP,1-MCP+Q,and without application)on fruits stored at two temperatures(12/20℃.Epidermis color(luminosity,chromaticity,and hue),fruit appearance,respiration,weight loss,total juice content,total soluble solids,and titratable acidity were registered duri.g.the *** results indicate that the 1-MCP and Q combination favored fruit postharvest quality conditions such as reduci.g.respiration rate;maintaini.g.fruit good appearance,turgidity,and brighter fruit chromaticity;fruits treated with chitosan and stored at 12℃,favored total soluble *** the other hand,Variables such as weight loss,juice content,acidity,phenols,flavonoids,antioxidant activity,and hue values were favored by a 12℃ stori.g.temperature regardless of the *** general,the use of modified atmospheres,senescence retardants,and refrigeration as postharvest methods,can increase Persian lime shelf life.

Due to the growi.g.need for sustainable and ultra-high-strength construction materials,scientists have created an innovative ultra-high-performance concrete called geopolymer based ultra-highperformance concrete(gUHPC).Besides,in the last few decades,there have been a lot of explosions and ballistic attacks around the world,which have killed many civilians and fighters in border *** this context,this article reviews the fresh state and mechanical properties of ***,the i.g.edients of gUHPC and fresh properties such as setti.g.time and flowability are briefly ***,the review of compressive strength,flexure strength,tensile strength and modulus of elasticity of fibrous ***,the blast and projectile impact resistance performance was ***,the microstructural characteristics were reviewed usi.g.the scanni.g.electron microscope and X-ray Powder *** review outcome reveals that the mechanical properties were increased when 30%silica fume was added to a higher dose of steel fibre to improve the microstructure of *** is hypothesized that the brittleness of gUHPC was mitigated by addi.g.1.5%steel fibre reinforcement,which played a role in the decrease of contact explosion crateri.g.and *** the need for cement in gUHPC was a key factor in the review,indicati.g.a promisi.g.potential for loweri.g.carbon ***,gUHPC research is still in its early stages,so more study is required before its full potential can be utilized.

Plasma electrolytic formation and characterization of MnWO_(4)/WO_(3) film heterostructures

MnWO_(4)/WO_(3) p-n heterojunction films were fabricated usi.g.a one-step method consisti.g.of the plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO)of titanium in homogeneous electrolytes containi.g.paratungstate ions and stable watersoluble EDTA-chelated *** influences of the formation current density and W:Mn molar ratio of the electrolyte,which was varied from 1:2 to 2:1,on the composition,morphology,and optical and photocatalytic properties of the resulti.g.coati.g. were studied.X-ray diffraction analysis,scanni.g.electron microscopy,energy dispersive X-ray analysis,Raman spectroscopy,and ultraviolet diffuse reflectance spectroscopy were used to characterize the formed *** of the W:Mn ratio of the electrolyte,the coati.g. contained crystalline t-WO_(3) and m-MnWO_(4).Dependi.g.on the formation conditions,the optical band gap energies of the composites varied from 2.63 to 3.01 *** largest absorption red shift and lowest band gap energy were observed in the film composite formed in an electrolyte with W:Mn=2:1,at a current density of 0.2 A cm^(−2).Composites obtained in electrolytes with W:Mn ratios of 2:1 and 1:1 exhibited photocatalytic activity in the degradation of rhodamine C and methyl orange dyes in the presence of 10 mmol L^(–1) H2O_(2) under ultraviolet and visible light *** role of hydrogen peroxide in this dye degradation on PEO-coated composites under light irradiation is discussed.

A significant research focus is placed on identifyi.g.animal species and areas at future risk to human-induced alterations of the environment and long-term changes in climatic ***,the extent to which exposure to extreme climatic events and intense human pressure can increase the risk of harmful impacts on species remains poorly *** on terrestrial mammals in China,one of the world’s megadiverse countries,we investigated patterns of contemporary exposure to floods and human pressures and determined their taxonomic representation and distribution across three major area-based conservation schemes,namely,national nature reserves(NNRs),priority areas for biodiversity conservation(PABCs),and key biodiversity areas(KBAs).Among the 440 species assessed with moderate or high exposure to floods,327(∼75%)also qualified as moderate or high in exposure to intense human *** species mainly belong to the orders Chiroptera,Eulipotyphla,and ***,there were 305,311,and 311 species with moderate or high exposure to flood and intense human pressure represented across NNRs,PABCs,and KBAs,*** findi.g. support the prioritization of KBAs for expansion of site-based protection efforts such as NNRs in China,consideri.g.threats to species from exposure to adverse effects from both extreme climate and human pressure.
