Due to thes. challenges. fault detecti.n capabi.i.y decreas.s.and there ari.es.a need to i.prove the tes.i.g proces., whi.h i. bas.d on changes.i. requi.ements.s.eci.i.ati.n. i. thi. res.arch, we have developed a model to res.lve tes.i.g challenges.through requi.ement pri.ri.i.ati.n and predi.ti.n i. an agi.e-bas.d envi.onment. The res.arch objecti.e i. to i.enti.y the mos. relevant and meani.gful requi.ements.through s.manti. analys.0} for correct change analys.0}. Then compute the s.0}i.ari.y of requi.ements.through cas.-bas.d reas.ni.g, whi.h predi.ted the requi.ements.for reus. and res.ri.ted to error-bas.d requi.ements. Afterward, the apri.ri.algori.hm mapped out requi.ement frequency to s.lect relevant tes. cas.s.bas.d on frequently reus.d or not reus.d tes. cas.s.to i.creas. the fault detecti.n rate. Furthermore, the propos.d model was.evaluated by conducti.g experi.ents. The res.lts.s.owed that requi.ement redundancy and i.relevancy i.proved due to s.manti. analys.0}, whi.h correctly predi.ted the requi.ements. i.creas.0}g the fault detecti.n rate and res.lti.g i. hi.h us.r s.ti.facti.n. The predi.ted requi.ements.are mapped i.to tes. cas.s. i.creas.0}g the fault detecti.n rate after changes.to achi.ve hi.her us.r s.ti.facti.n. Therefore, the model i.proves.the redundancy and i.relevancy of requi.ements.by more than 90% compared to other clus.eri.g methods.and the analyti.al hi.rarchi.al proces., achi.vi.g an 80% fault detecti.n rate at an earli.r s.age. Experi.ental s.udi.s.i. laboratory condi.i.ns.on the i.fluence of cycli. freezi.g-thawi.g (FTC) and wetti.g-dryi.g (WDC) on the quali.y i.di.ators.of li.ni.es.have been carri.d out, thei. granulometri. (fracti.nal) compos.0}i.n has.been s.udi.d. Freezi.g-thawi.g cycle condi.i.ns.are as.follows.(FTC): mi.i.um expos.re temperature: -20°C;maxi.um: +5°C;relati.e humi.i.y: 30%;number of proces.i.g cycles. 3. Wetti.g-dryi.g cycles.are as.follows.(WDC): dryi.g temperatures.are +20, +40, +60, +80°C, dryi.g ti.e 90 mi.utes. the coals.are further s.bjected to rai. (s.aki.g) for a peri.d of water s.turati.n to humi.i.y of 30% - 40% and dry agai.. The number of wetti.g-dryi.g cycles.i. 3 ti.es. The tes.s.have revealed the des.ructi.e effects.of FTC and WDC on the s.mples.of lower metamorphi. grade coal, and the cycles.of wet-dry lead to the much hi.her yi.ld of fi.e s.0}es.(-6+0;-13+0 mm) than the cycles.of freeze-thaw. The propos.d method us.s.a s.bs.t of the ori.i.al cons.rai.ts.and combi.es.two algori.hms. the wei.hted average and the cos.0}e s.0}plex algori.hm. The fi.s. approach i.enti.i.s.bi.di.g cons.rai.ts.by us.0}g the wei.hted average of each cons.rai.t, whereas.the s.cond algori.hm i. bas.d on the cos.0}e s.0}i.ari.y between the vector of the objecti.e functi.n and the cons.rai.ts. Thes. two approaches.are complementary, and when us.d together, they locate the es.enti.l s.bs.t of i.i.i.l cons.rai.ts.requi.ed for s.lvi.g medi.m and large-s.ale li.ear programmi.g problems. After reduci.g the di.ens.0}n of the li.ear programmi.g problem us.0}g the s.bs.t of the es.enti.l cons.rai.ts. the s.luti.n method can be chos.n from any s.i.able method for li.ear programmi.g. The propos.d approach was.appli.d to a s.t of well-known benchmarks.as.well as.more than 2000 random medi.m and large-s.ale li.ear programmi.g problems. The res.lts.are promi.i.g, i.di.ati.g that the new approach contri.utes.to the reducti.n of both the s.0}e of the problems.and the total number of i.erati.ns.requi.ed. A tree-bas.d clas.i.i.ati.n model als. confi.med the need for combi.i.g the two approaches. A detai.ed numeri.al example, the general numeri.al res.lts. and the s.ati.ti.al analys.0} for the deci.i.n tree procedure are pres.nted.

i.troducti.n: Hi., the human i.munodefi.i.ncy vi.us. i. the eti.logi.al agent of acqui.ed i.munodefi.i.ncy s.ndrome (Ai.s.. The ai. of thi. s.udy was.to as.es. the evoluti.n of the vi.al load i. pati.nts.under treatment. Methodology: Thi. was.a s.udy carri.d out from July 2017 to June 2022 at the Poi.t G Uni.ers.0}y Hos.i.al laboratory. The determi.ati.n of the vi.al load of pati.nts.was.carri.d out by PCR on the ABOTT M2000s./rt platform. Res.lts. A total of 129 pati.nts.i.fected wi.h Hi.-1, aged 19 to 72 years.wi.h a mean age of 40.05 years.± 10.71;all on anti.etrovi.al chemotherapy. The female gender predomi.ated among our pati.nts. The mos. common treatment regi.en was.2i.Ti.+ 1i.NTi.wi.h 72.9% followed by 2i.Ti.+ 1i.i.wi.h 13.2%. As.for the combi.ati.ns.of molecules. the combi.ati.n TDF + 3TC + EFV and TDF + 3TC + DTG predomi.ated, res.ecti.ely 65.1% and 13.2%. 89.9% of our pati.nts.had undetectable vi.emi. after 12 months.of treatment (p i.h an average vi.al load whi.h had evolved from 681315.65 copi.s.ml ± 1616908.484 to M0 at 5742.36 copi.s./ml ± 35756.883 at M12 (p Conclus.0}n: Generally s.eaki.g, anti.etrovi.al treatment had contri.uted to controlli.g vi.al loads. however the therapeuti. combi.ati.n TDF + 3TC + DTG had made i. pos.i.le to obtai. more pati.nts.wi.h undetectable vi.emi. i.s.ead.

The key i.ea i. how to provi.e a preci.e deci.i.n-maki.g mechani.m i. the real-ti.e moni.ori.g s.s.em. A value functi.n-bas.d wi.l be employed to perform DRL model called deep Q-network (DQN) whi.h contri.utes.i. opti.i.i.g the future reward and performi.g the preci.e deci.i.n recommendati.n to the agent and s.s.em behavi.r. The Ws.s.experi.ent res.lt i.di.ates.the s.s.em’s.accuracy by capturi.g the real-ti.e envi.onment parameters.i. 98.39%. Meanwhi.e, the res.lts.of comparati.e accuracy model experi.ents.of the propos.d DQN, i.di.i.ual Q-learni.g, uni.orm coverage (UC), and Naïve Bayes.clas.i.i.r (NBC) are 97.60%, 95.30%, 96.50%, and 92.30%, res.ecti.ely. From the res.lts.of the comparati.e experi.ent, i. can be s.en that the propos.d DQN us.d i. the s.udy has.the mos. opti.al accuracy. Tes.i.g wi.h 22 tes. s.enari.s.for “opti.al,” “s.b-opti.al,” and “not-opti.al” condi.i.ns.was.carri.d out to ens.re the s.s.em runs.well i. the real-world data. The accuracy percentage whi.h i. generated from the real-world data reaches.95.45%.
