Usi.g the 3-m radi. telescope of KOSMA, we mapped 12CO (J = 3-2) li.es for three molecular clouds, B35, S146 and TMC-2A. Hi.h-veloci.y molecular outflows are found i. all these regi.ns. The physi.al and dynami.al pa-rameters of the outflows are deri.ed, and thei. shapes and dri.i.g sources are analyzed. Contour maps of center veloci.ti.s show that the large scale systemati. gradi.nts exi.t i. the three clouds. These observed moti.ns are best explai.ed by rotati.n after excludi.g the cause of outflows. Furthermore, i. the core regi.n of TMC-2A there i. a veloci.y gradi.nt i. opposi.e di.ecti.n from that of the large scale. i. may be caused by magneti. braki.g. Fi.ally, angular veloci.i.s of the clouds are calculated, and the effects of rotati.n agai.st gravi.y and loweri.g the star-formati.n rate are also ana-lyzed.

UO_2 systems, the vali.i.y and feasi.i.i.y of the di.ferent exi.ti.g models for calculati.g W i. the metal /ox- i.e systems are di.cussed. i. can be shown that the models assumi.g that only metal atom-oxygen i.n i.teracti.ns exi.ti.g at the i.terfaces are unable to explai. the experi.ental results for W. More reasonable model should take i.to account both metal atom-oxygen i.n and metal atom-oxi.e metal cati.n i.teracti.ns, the proporti.n of the latter i. balanced by the stoi.hi.metry of the oxi.e. By applyi.g the model recently set up by the authors for bi.ary alloy / oxi.e systems, one can use the experi.ental and calculated values of θ and W for vari.us metal / UO_2 systems to predi.t the i.fluence of metalli. addi.i.ns on the contact angle and the work of adhesi.n of a gi.en metal / UO_2 system.

The accurate measurements of the surface tensi.n for molten si.i.on are not easy to be carri.d out.The major problem comes from the fact that i. i. very di.fi.ult to avoi. the contami.ati.n of si.i.on surface by oxygen ari.i.g from experi.ental atmosphere or from the starti.g materi.ls.i.di.ect determi.ati.n of thi. physi.al property for li.ui. si.i.on i. thus of i.terests.i. the present work,wetti.g experi.ents have per- formed for molten si.i.on on very pure and dense glassy carbon substratc at oxygen parti.l pressures well below and above the saturati.n li.i. of oxygen i. the li.ui. metal.Analyses of the wetti.g results,together wi.h the experi.ental results reported i. the li.erature for the surface tensi.n values of molten si.i.on,ena- ble the surface tensi.n of pure and clean li.ui. si.i.on to bc deduced.

Bi.Sr2CaCu2Ox superconductor was studi.d by di.ferenti.l scanni.g calori.etry (DSC) and thermogravi.etry (TG) i. di.ferent atmospheres. i. i. di.covered that there i. a thermal anomaly i. the DSC curve, associ.ted wi.h a wei.ht loss i. the TG curve before the melti.g of the sample. Careful thermal analysi. and hi.h temperature X-ray di.fracti.n reveal that the thermal anomaly and the wei.ht loss show an i.stabi.i.y of the crystalli.e i.tti.e. By anneali.g the sample i. oxygen and argon, respecti.ely and then by TC measurement and thermal analysi., the coi.ci.ence of transi.i.n temperature wi.h the i.stabi.i.y i. found. The coi.ci.ence i. further confi.med by Y-doped 2212 phase.

After gel chromatography i. was found i. the fracti.n whi.h contai.ed protei.s wi.h molecular masses of about 300 kDa. Usi.g two-di.ensi.nal electrophoresi. a plvalue of about 4. 5 was determi.ed.i. the testi. a speci.i. Se-contai.i.g 34 kDa-protei. was observed whi.h appeared after the onset of puberty. i. was locali.ed i. the spermati. nuclei.where i. contai.ed about 80% of the Se tracer present and was found to be bound to the DNA. After extracti.n i. partly di.i.tegrated i.to a 20 kDa-protei..Both compounds contai.
