Post-traumati. i.juri.s of the gall bladder are rare. We report through a cli.i.al descri.ti.n of i.s physi.-pathologi.al and evoluti.nary aspects. A 14-year-old boy was recei.ed 48 hours after a stabbi.g attack. After i.i.i.l haemorrhage, the pati.nt presented cli.i.al i.provement;then a sudden deteri.rati.n wi.h vague symptoms and di.turbance of the hepati. balance. The abdomi.al CT scan revealed a peri.esi.ular hematoma wi.h a focus on hepati. contusi.n. Laparoscopy showed a penetrati.g sore of the li.er, but the explorati.n was li.i.ed by an i.portant i.flammati.n of the di.esti.e tract. The di.gnosi. of gall bladder perforati.n was made duri.g the operati.n. We performed a cholecystectomy by laparotomy. Postoperati.e evoluti.n was si.ple, removal of the sli.es at D + 4 and di.charged at D + 7 postoperati.e after i.provement. At the 6th month, he presented an acute i.testi.al obstructi.n on bri.les, managed at emergency by open surgery. After one year of follow up, the pati.nt has no symptoms. We note that the vague cli.i.al presentati.n and the li.i. of i.agi.g exami.ati.ns made the early di.gnosi. of a vesi.ular perforati.n a real challenge for the cli.i.i.n. Cholecystectomy remai.s the opti.al treatment.

i.troducti.n: Spina bifida is the most common neural tube defect. Uterine prolapse is an exceptional presentation of its complications. We aim to describe the clinical and progressive features of uterine prolapse in a newborn baby with spina bifida. Observation: 19-day-old newborn. Admitted for spina bifida. The clinical examination showed an anal gaping, the presence of uterovaginal prolapse and bilateral equine varus clubfoot. The particularity was that this prolapse had a spontaneous resolution but appears with screams. We made a compression bandage at the time of resolution. After a 6-month of follow-up, the baby is in good general condition and, there is no recurrence of the prolapse. Conclusion: Uterine prolapse is a rare complication of spina bifida. The main therapeutic component remains the prevention of spina bifida.

i.troducti.n: Desmoid tumors are benign soft tissue tumors, but their infiltration character is responsible for big morbidity, especially in the cervicofacial location. Their management, therefore, represents a real challenge. Clinical case: Reporting a case of a 4-year-old girl presenting a desmoid tumor at the expense of the mandibular corpus and the right ascending ramus, with loco-regional infiltration, and whose treatment consisted of surgical resection of the tumor with Hemi-mandibulectomy and reconstruction according to the Masquelet technique. Conclusion: The traditional treatment consists of a large local excision with negative surgical margins. Head and neck fibromatosis, while rare, present a complex problem as they are often aggressive, and invade local bone, nerve and muscles, and can leave patients with a cosmetic deformity. i.y:Verdana;">i.y:Verdana;">i.y:Verdana;">i. our case, i. was a mandi.ular reconstructi.n after a large resecti.n of a desmoi. tumor wi.h a locati.n on the head and neck.
