Addi.i.nal benefi.s may result from the potenti.l recovery of valuable resources from wastewater and soli. waste, such as compost, energy, phosphorus, plasti.s and paper. i.provi.g water quali.y through i.plementati.n of wastewater and soli. waste i.terventi.ns requi.es, among others, an analysi. of i. sources of polluti.n, i.) mi.i.ati.g measures and resource recovery potenti.ls and thei. effect on water quali.y and health, and i.i. benefi.s and costs of i.terventi.ns. We present an i.tegrated approach to evaluate costs and benefi.s of domesti. and i.dustri.l wastewater and soli. waste i.terventi.ns. To support a poli.y maker i. formulati.g a cost and envi.onmentally effecti.e approach, we quanti.i.d the i.pact of these i.terventi.ns on 1) water quali.y i.provement, 2) resource recovery potenti.l, and 3) moneti.ed benefi.s versus costs. The i.tegrati.n of techni.al, hydrologi.al, agronomi.al and soci.-economi. elements to deri.e these three tangi.le outputs i. a joi.t approach i. a novelty. The approach i. demonstrated usi.g the heavi.y polluted i.donesi.n Upper Ci.arum Ri.er i. the Bandung regi.n. Domesti. i.terventi.ns, applyi.g si.ple (anaerobi. fi.ter) technologi.s, were economi.ally most attracti.e wi.h a benefi. cost rati. (BCR) of 3.2, but could not reach target water quali.y standards. To approach the target water quali.y, both advanced domesti. (nutri.nt removal systems) and i.dustri.l wastewater treatment i.terventi.ns were requi.ed, leadi.g to a BCR of 2. We showed that benefi.s from selli.g recovered resources represent here an addi.i.nal dri.er for i.provi.g water quali.y and outwei.h the addi.i.nal costs for resource recovery faci.i.i.s. Jakarta,138 mothers of healthy i.fants less than 12-mo old were prospecti.ely asked to report the frequency of regurgi.ati.n. RESULTS:Whatever the age was,some i.fants di. not regurgi.ate(from 10% duri.g the fi.st month of li.e to 67% i. 1-year-old i.fants).Regurgi.ati.n of at least once a day was reported i. 77% of i.fants younger than 3 *** regurgi.ati.n decreased to 12% i. the 9-12 mo old group. Reported peak prevalence was 81%(26/32)duri.g the fi.st month of *** decreased sharply between the 4-6 and 7-9 mo old groups(from 44% to 9%).The longer the regurgi.ati.n persi.ted,the more frequently the mother percei.ed regurgi.ati.n as a *** and frequency of regurgi.ati.n,back archi.g,i.ri.abi.i.y,cryi.g and refusal of feedi.g were the symptoms causi.g maternal *** longer the regurgi.ati.n persi.ted,the more frequently the mothers vi.wed i. as a health problem. 水翼双体船是一种在船体两侧加设一个或者多个水翼的双体船,其目的是利用这两个部分的水翼来降低油耗。双体船的主要优点在于它的稳性,而水翼的作用主要是强调降低船舶阻力从而降低推进油耗。为了展示水翼双体船工艺的优势,坐落于中国杭州市富阳地区的浙江杭州华鹰游艇有限公司(SEY)对于应用于他们公司还没有下水的新产品“Aqui.a 36(A36)”产生了兴趣。与常规船体相比,其阻力的减小可以看出在该系统开发应用是成功的。因此,在本研究中将裸船体的A36水动力学性能以及阻力预测和装有水翼的A36进行了探究和对比分析,展现了 A36水翼辅助双体船的几种形态并且探究其最佳优化形态。此外,为了在此系统的开发中给出更多的细节分析,研究还将通过改变船体的水动力性能、结构、稳定性和运动来对比分析阻力。因此,本论文的主要目的是研究这些影响因素并且提出A36水翼辅助双体船的最佳优化设计。研究的手段主要有理论分析、理论数值计算和实船实验,这些方法的每一种计算结果都得到相互验证。在本研究中,相关技术难点解决方案如下:(1)在考虑到船级社设计规范条件下,设计并改善A36双体船以提高其水动力性能;(2)设计水翼系统,并根据分类要求进行结构设计;(3)通过使用理论分析和数值计算方法研究裸船的水动力性能,稳定性和操纵性以及有水翼辅助情况下双体船的几种性能参数;(4)使用计算流体动力学(CFD)分别对A36双体船船体以及A36双体船水翼进行数值分析和阻力预报;(5)实船实验,包括编制试验大纲、实施细则和评判标准等/在项目研制过程中,采用了相关的分析手段,包括结构强度方面的分析设计、水翼水动力性能方面的分析设计、以及实船实验前的水动力性能预报分析等。(1)使用商业软件 Rhi.oceros 4.0,AutoCAD,soli.works 2014 和 maxsurf 20 v8.0的双体船船体和水翼的计算辅助设计(CAD)。船体和水翼设计应参照分类规则以满足安全要求。(2)通过计算和理论的方法来分析船体静水压,阻力,稳定性,水翼力(升力和阻力)和结构强度。通过使用与A36裸船双体船相同的方法研究A36水翼双体船。(3)通过优化水翼的升力和阻力来确定水翼配置。在船艏和船艉的水翼上设置一些迎角(AOA)的变化。然后组合并优化每个水翼中的每个迎角(AOA)提升力以获得若干水翼配置,这些配置在本研究中进一步评估。(4)结合双体船船体和水翼设计,完成了天鹰座36水翼辅助双体船的设计。此外,该设计通过使用计算和理论方法来进行分析以获取其阻力,运动预测和稳定性。(5)通过使用CFD对裸船双体船和水翼辅助双体船的阻力预测进行仿真和对运动性能进行了防震预报。(6)根据设计阶段结果,完成船体和水翼的制造,将水翼安装到船中,调整水翼迎角(AOA),然后进行船试。我主要完成的船舶运动相关的工作,例如在海试过程中记录船速,传播姿态,稳定性,阻力等数据,海试后相关数据的分析和计算也都是由我来完成的。这篇论文的第一部分设计了 Aqui.a 36双体船船体和水翼结构。首先分别调查了船体和水翼的资料,然后使用前述的方法研究了双体船船体和水翼的结构。之后,通过比较结果来发现影响水翼效率的因素。在本项目中用NACA Foi. 16309作参考水翼。首先,从理想的船体中收集数据作为水翼设计的参考,例如速度计划和船体几何形状,然后选择水翼的构造。通过计算平衡力矩来确定水翼在船体上的定位或布置。在通过迭代优化方法,例如AOA,计算出若干参数,确定了水翼放置位置和负载之后,水翼的形状就确定下来了。假定水翼升高等于船舶重量,并参考标准的鸭翼结构,确定A36双体船的水翼布置在船尾翼的后垂直(AP)处,一对弓翼布置在前船尾翼的7.4m处。通过改变不同优化了的水翼升阻值和不同大小的水翼攻角确定了不同的实验组,分别为实验1(船艉攻角=-0.4度,船艏攻角=1.4度),实验2(船艉攻角=-0.2度,船艏攻角=1度),实验3(船艉的攻角=0.2度,船艏的攻角1.5度),实验4(船艉的AOA=0.4度,船艏=1.5度)。在最大设计航速(40节)时,实验1的升力为8.51吨,实验2为8.25吨,实验3为10.3吨,实验4为10.8吨。实验1和实验2产生了和船体排水量接近的升力,8.1吨。然而,当速度超过大约35节时,实验3和实验4产生的升力才大致等于船体的排水量,因为它们更早地进入了滑行阶段。在本实验中,水翼船的材料采用不锈钢316L。不锈钢316级是标准的钼轴承级,与其他标准级相比具有更好的耐腐蚀性。不锈钢316L是316的低碳版本,不受晶粒边界碳化物析出的影响。因此,这种材料非常适用于像水翼结构这样的大规模焊接部件,该材料的拉伸和屈服极限分别为485MPa和170MPa。本文运用ANSYS软件分析水翼双体船结构强度,其结果与船级社要求
