i. thi. paper, an i.terli.e power flow controller （i.FC） i. used for controlli.g multi.transmi.si.n li.es. However, the opti.al placement of i.FC i. the transmi.-si.n li.e i. a major problem. Thus, we use a combi.ati.n of tabu search （TS） algori.hm and arti.i.i.l neural network （ANN） i. the proposed method to fi.d out the best placement locati.ns for i.FC i. a gi.en multi.transmi.si.n li.e system. TS algori.hm i. an opti.i.ati.n algori.hm and we use i. i. the proposed method to determi.e the opti.um bus combi.ati.n usi.g li.e data. Then, usi.g the opti.um bus combi.ati.n, the neural network i. trai.ed to fi.d out the best placement locati.ns for i.FC. Fi.ally, i.FC i. connected at the best locati.ns i.di.ated by the neural network. Furthermore, usi.g Newton-Raphson load flow algori.hm, the transmi.si.n li.e loss of the i.FC connected bus i. analyzed. The proposed methodology i. i.plemen- ted i. MATLAB worki.g platform and tested on the i.EE-14 bus system. The output i. compared wi.h the geneti. algori.hm （GA） and general load flow analysi.. The results are vali.ated wi.h Levenberg-Marquardt back propagati.n and gradi.nt descent wi.h momentum network trai.i.g algori.hm.

i.troducti.n:i.jecti.g drug use i. a publi. health concern due to i.s cli.i.al,soci.l,economi.,and legal ***:(1)To evaluate the prevalence of i.fecti.ns associ.ted wi.h i.jecti.g drug use;and(2)To assess the soci.l profi.e of substance users and hi.h-ri.k behavi.rs among people who i.ject drugs(PWi.)recei.i.g opi.i. substi.uti.n therapy(OST).Materi.ls and Methods:A cross-secti.nal study was conducted among 100 PWi. who were deemed eli.i.le usi.g i.clusi.n and exclusi.n *** were collected through an i.tervi.wer-admi.i.tered structured questi.nnai.e after obtai.i.g i.formed wri.ten ***:The results revealed that 14%of PWi. had human i.munodefi.i.ncy vi.us(Hi.),7%had tuberculosi.,and 2%had hepati.i. B vi.us(HBV).None of the PWi. self-reported hepati.i. C vi.us(HCV)***,71%of PWi. were li.i.g on the streets(***),and 41%of PWi. had a hi.tory of shari.g needles wi.h other users i. the precedi.g 3 *** or si.gle PWi. had si.ni.i.antly i.creased ri.k of homelessness(χ^(2)=4.570;P=0.032)and reported hi.h-ri.k sexual practi.es wi.h commerci.l sexual partners i. the precedi.g 3 months(χ^(2)=4.163;P=0.041).Homeless PWi. had si.ni.i.antly i.creased frequency of i.jecti.g practi.es(P=0.020).Conclusi.n:Despi.e the hi.her global prevalence of HCV compared wi.h HBV and Hi. among PWi.,HCV testi.g i. not currently conducted at most OST centers i. *** to free needles and syri.ges should be enhanced to reduce the morbi.i.y associ.ted wi.h i.jecti.g drug use.
