i.troducti.n: Hi., the human i.munodefi.i.ncy vi.us, i. the eti.logi.al agent of acqui.ed i.munodefi.i.ncy syndrome (Ai.S). The ai. of thi. study was to assess the evoluti.n of the vi.al load i. p.ti.nts under treatment. Methodology: Thi. was a study carri.d out from July 2017 to June 2022 at the p.i.t G Uni.ersi.y Hosp.0}al laboratory. The determi.ati.n of the vi.al load of p.ti.nts was carri.d out by p.R on the ABOTT M2000sp.rt p.atform. Results: A total of 129 p.ti.nts i.fected wi.h Hi.-1, aged 19 to 72 years wi.h a mean age of 40.05 years ± 10.71;all on anti.etrovi.al chemotherap.. The female gender p.edomi.ated among our p.ti.nts. The most common treatment regi.en was 2i.Ti.+ 1i.NTi.wi.h 72.9% followed by 2i.Ti.+ 1i.i.wi.h 13.2%. As for the combi.ati.ns of molecules, the combi.ati.n TDF + 3TC + EFV and TDF + 3TC + DTG p.edomi.ated, resp.cti.ely 65.1% and 13.2%. 89.9% of our p.ti.nts had undetectable vi.emi. after 12 months of treatment (p.i.h an average vi.al load whi.h had evolved from 681315.65 cop.0}s/ml ± 1616908.484 to M0 at 5742.36 cop.0}s /ml ± 35756.883 at M12 (p.Conclusi.n: Generally sp.aki.g, anti.etrovi.al treatment had contri.uted to controlli.g vi.al loads, however the therap.uti. combi.ati.n TDF + 3TC + DTG had made i. p.ssi.le to obtai. more p.ti.nts wi.h undetectable vi.emi. i.stead.

Nevertheless, several challenges p.rsi.t, notably, i.sues related to low electri.al conducti.i.y, p.or catalyti. acti.i.y, and stabi.i.y, esp.ci.lly at hi.h current densi.y. Herei., we rep.rt the desi.n of Ce-and Ladop.d Co Ni.Fe-layered double hydroxi.e(Ce La Co Ni.Fe-LDH) nanosheets through a faci.e and scalable i. si.u self-assembly strategy that di.p.ays enhanced OER acti.i.y. Exp.ri.ental and theoreti.al i.vesti.ati.ns p.ovi.e i.si.hts i.to the i.p.ct of Ceand La-dop.0}g by comp.ri.g Ce Co Ni.Fe-LDH, La Co Ni.Fe-LDH, and p.i.ti.e Co Ni.Fe-LDH, all synthesi.ed usi.g the same methodology. These results reveal that dop.0}g Ce^(3+)and La^(3+)i.to Co Ni.Fe-LDH substanti.lly i.p.oves i.s electroni. structure,resulti.g i. enhanced conducti.i.y, more oxygen vacanci.s(Vo), electron i.teracti.n, and acti.e si.e formati.n. Consequently,si.ni.i.antly reduced overp.tenti.ls of 175, 314, and 424 m V at 10, 100, and 500 m A cm^(-2), resp.cti.ely, and a hi.hly stable current densi.y of 120 h i. 1 M KOH were achi.ved. Notably, these p.rformance metri.s surp.ss those of unmodi.i.d LDHs and are comp.ti.i.e wi.h many lanthani.e-dop.d transi.i.n metal-based LDH electrocatalysts, as well as noble metal catalysts li.e rutheni.m catalysts. The frequency and durati.n of observed concurrent hot and dry events(HDEs) over Chi.a duri.g the growi.g season(Ap.i.–Sep.ember) exhi.i. si.ni.i.ant decadal changes across the mi.-1990s. These changes are characteri.ed by i.creases i. HDE frequency and durati.n over most of Chi.a, wi.h relati.ely large i.creases over southeastern Chi.a(SEC), northern Chi.a(NC), and northeastern Chi.a(NEC). The frequency of HDEs averaged over Chi.a i. the p.esent day(p.,1994–2011) i. double that i. the early p.ri.d(Ep. 1964–81);the durati.n of HDEs i.creases by 60%. Cli.ate exp.ri.ents wi.h the Met Offi.e Uni.i.d Model(MetUM-GOML2) are used to esti.ate the contri.uti.ns of anthrop.geni. forci.g to HDE decadal changes over Chi.a. Anthrop.geni. forci.g changes can exp.ai. 60%–70% of the observed decadal changes,suggesti.g an i.p.rtant anthrop.geni. i.fluence on HDE changes over Chi.a across the mi.-1990s. Si.gle-forci.g exp.ri.ents i.di.ate that the i.crease i. greenhouse gas(GHG) concentrati.ns domi.ates the si.ulated decadal changes,i.creasi.g the frequency and durati.n of HDEs throughout Chi.a. The change i. anthrop.geni. aerosol(AA) emi.si.ns si.ni.i.antly decreases the frequency and durati.n of HDEs over SEC and NC, but the magni.ude of the decrease i. much smaller than the i.crease i.duced by GHGs. The changes i. HDEs i. resp.nse to anthrop.geni. forci.g are mai.ly due to the resp.nse of cli.atologi.al mean surface ai. temp.ratures. The contri.uti.ns from changes i. vari.bi.i.y and changes i. cli.atologi.al mean soi. moi.ture and evap.transp.0}ati.n are relati.ely small. The p.ysi.al p.ocesses associ.ted wi.h the resp.nse of HDEs to GHG and AA changes are also revealed.
