Deep-sea oil and gas plow-type cable broadband wide-azimuth 3D seismic acquisition and imaging

In recent years, significant advancements have been made in deep-sea broadband seismic acquisition and its support data processing technologies. Compared with traditional constant-depth flat-cable acquisition, variable-depth cable acquisition significantly differentiates frequency notches and enhances information complementarity between traces, effectively broadening the frequency band of acquired seismic data. Based on the international slanted cable technology, China has independently developed a plow-type cable seismic acquisition and imaging system: a combination of slanted and deep-deployed flat cables,along with a deghosting processing technique. This innovation optimizes the segmented depth variation of cables, further improving low-frequency response and broadening the high-frequency range. This paper extends the 2D technology into three dimensions, establishing an integrated technology system for deep-sea broadband, wide-azimuth seismic acquisition and imaging, consisting of three-ship and six-source acquisition equipments, 3D plow-type cable mat, blended acquisition design with rolling dual-random sources, and wavenumber-domain 3D deghosting techniques. Applications to two tectonic zones in the South China Sea demonstrate that the frequency band of seismic data is expanded from three octaves(8–85 Hz) by conventional acquisition and imaging methods to five octaves(2–130 Hz), significantly improving the data quality and imaging precision of deep structures. This advancement effectively supports the researches of fundamental geology, hydrocarbon accumulation,reservoir prediction, and fluid identification in deep-water basins. The successful deployment of these technologies has advanced China's deep-sea oil and gas exploration and has been generalized to more than ten international deep-sea oilfields.

Tomato(Solanum lycopersicum)is an important fruit and vegetable crop in *** fertility of tomato reproductive organs can be dramatically decreased when ambient temperatures rise above 35°C,reducing tomato fruit *** is necessary to identify transcription factors(TFs)and target genes involved in heat stress response(HSR)signaling cascades in tomato flower buds to improve tomato plant *** this study,we profiled genes expressed in three developmental stages of tomato flower *** and turquoise modules for heat stress(HS)were identified through gene co-expression network analysis,and the genes within these modules were enriched in HS-related *** focusing on the TFs in the two modules,we identified several novel HSR-related TFs,including SlWRKY75,SlMYB117,and ***,homology analysis illustrated a conserved signaling cascade in ***,we identified and experimentally validated four HSF-regulated genes,namely SlGrpE,SlERDJ3A,SlTIL,and SlPOM1,that likely modulate thermotolerance in *** results provide a high-resolution atlas of gene expression during tomato flower bud development under HS conditions,which is a valuable resource for uncovering potential regulatory networks associated with the HSR in tomato.

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Juan Bi Pill(JBP)in treatment of active rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:From February 2017 to May 2018,115 participants from 4 centers were randomly divided into JBP group(57 cases)and placebo group(58 cases)in a 1:1 ratio using a random number table *** received a dose of JBP(4 g,twice a day,orally)combined with methotrexate(MTX,10 mg per week)or placebo(4 g,twice a day,orally)combined with MTX for 12 *** were required with follow-up visits at 24 and 48 weeks,attending 7 assessment *** were undergo disease activity assessment 7 times(at baseline and 2,4,8,12,24,48 weeks)and safety assessments 6 times(at baseline and 4,8,12,24,48 weeks).The primary endpoint was 28-joint Disease Activity Score(DAS28-ESR and DAS28-CRP).The secondary endpoints included American College of Rheumatology(ACR)criteria for 20%and 50%improvement(ACR20/50),Health Assessment Questionnaire Disability Index(HAQ-DI),clinical disease activity index(CDAI),visual analog scale(VAS),Short Form-36(SF-36)score,Medial Outcomes Study(MOS)sleep scale score,serum erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),tender joint count,swollen joint count,and morning *** adverse reactions were observed during the ***:After 12 weeks of treatment,DAS28-ESR and DAS28-CRP scores in both groups were lower than before treatment(both P<0.01),while the remission rate of DAS28-ESR and DAS28-CRP and low disease activity of JBP group were higher than those in the placebo group(both P<0.01).JBP demonstrated better efficacy on ACR20 and ACR50 compliance rate at 12 and 48 weeks comparing to placebo(all P<0.05).The CDAI and HAQ-DI score,pain VAS and global VAS change of RA patients and physicians,the serum ESR and CRP levels,and the number of tenderness and swelling joints were lower than before treatment at 4,8,12,24,48 weeks in both groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01),while the reduction of above indices in

Flat electronic bands in condensed matter provide a rich avenue for exploring novel quantum phenomena. Here, we report an optical spectroscopy study of a topological hourglass semimetal Nb_(3)SiTe_(6) with the electric field of the incident light parallel to its crystalline ab-plane. The ab-plane optical conductivity spectra of Nb_(3)SiTe_(6) single crystals exhibit a remarkable peak-like feature around 1.20 eV, which is mainly contributed by the direct optical transitions between the two ab-initio-calculation-derived flat bands along the momentum direction Z–U. Our results pave the way for investigating exotic quantum phenomena based on the flat bands in topological hourglass semimetals.

随着主要国家相继提出达成“碳中和”目标的时间表,全球进入了由化石能源向新能源转型的过渡期。不同于以往的化石能源战略以海外能源供应安全为核心目标,日本的新能源国际战略致力于在产业结构转型过程中提高国际市场的占有率,在中美高科技竞争条件下提高供应链的自主性,以及在新旧能源的转换期实现能源安全、环境保护与经济效益的动态平衡。日本的新能源国际战略在实施方向上聚焦于构建本国主导的“印太”能源圈,并采取共同体建设、话语权构建、供应链构筑三条路径。在共同体建设中,日本通过打造所谓的“亚洲特色”来争取欧美国家的认可与让步;在话语权构建中,日本积极为积累实践知识创造条件,以期在东南亚国家内部树立学习日本模式的发展信念;在供应链构筑中,日本从技术与政治两方面入手,着力构建以氢能及其衍生物为核心的制造、运输、消费体系。由于日本的战略短视,其政策推进始终面临重重困难,日本需要更多地关注发展中国家的诉求,并与包括中国在内的国家进行更广泛的合作。

This research optimized the structure of lithium extraction solar ponds to enhance the crystallization rate and yield of Li_(2)CO_(3).Using the response surface methodology in Design-Expert 10.0.3,the authors conducted experiments to investigate the influence of four factors related to solar pond structure on the crystallization of Li_(2)CO_(3) and their pairwise *** Fluid Dynamics(CFD)simulations of the flow field within the solar pond were performed using COMSOL Multiphysics software to compare temperature distributions before and after *** results indicate that the optimal structure for lithium extraction from the Zabuye Salt Lake solar ponds includes UCZ(Upper Convective Zone)thickness of 53.63 cm,an LCZ(Lower Convective Zone)direct heating temperature of 57.39℃,a CO32−concentration of 32.21 g/L,and an added soda ash concentration of 6.52 g/*** this optimized pathway,the Li_(2)CO_(3) precipitation increased by 7.34% compared to the initial solar pond process,with a 33.33% improvement in lithium carbonate crystallization *** study demonstrates the feasibility of optimizing lithium extraction solar pond structures,offering a new approach for constructing such ponds in salt *** provides valuable guidance for the efficient extraction of lithium resources from carbonate-type salt lake brines.

AIM:To assess the relationship between serological parameters and the prognosis of young patients with retinal vein occlusion(RVO)after intravitreal conbercept injection(IVC).METHODS:This study enrolled 100 young patients(≤50 years old)diagnosed with RVO-related macular edema(RVO-ME)who had been undergoing IVC at the 474 Hospital in Xinjiang between January 2022 and October *** were categorized into two groups:70 eyes in the effective group and 30 eyes in the ineffective *** effective group comprised patients exhibiting a visual acuity improvement of≥2 lines at the last follow-up,with resolved ME and central macular thickness(CMT)<300μ***,the ineffective group included patients with visual acuity improvement of<1 line,persistent ME,and CMT≥300μm at the last *** parameters,including white blood cell count,neutrophil count,lymphocyte count,monocyte count,and mean platelet volume were assessed before *** correlation between bestcorrected visual acuity(BCVA)and neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio(PLR),systemic immune inflammation index(SII),and systemic immune response index(SIRI)was ***,the association between these serological parameters and the efficacy of IVC was ***:Three months after treatment,the effective group demonstrated a significant improvement in BCVA from 0.82±0.20 to 0.36±0.10,with a concurrent decrease in CMT from 661.28±163.90 to 200.61±82.45μm(P<0.001).Conversely,the ineffective group exhibited minimal changes in BCVA(0.86±0.25 to 0.82±0.14)and CMT(669.84±164.95 to 492.13±138.67μm,P<0.001).The differences in BCVA and CMT between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.001).According to subgroup analysis,in patients with central RVO(CRVO),BCVA improved from 0.82±0.23 to 0.49±0.12 in the effective group and from 0.80±0.18 to 0.76±0.22 in the ineffective group(P<0.001).The CMT changes followed a similar *** patients with branc
