AIM： To examine light-emitting-diode（LED）-induced retinal neuronal cell damage and its wavelength-driven pathogenic ***： Sprague-Dawley rats were exposed to blue LEDs（460 nm）,green LEDs（530 nm）,and red LEDs（620 nm）.Electroretinography（ERG）,Hematoxylin and eosin（H＆E） staining,transmission electron microscopy（TEM）,terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase d UTP nick end labeling（TUNEL）,and immunohistochemical（IHC） staining,Western blotting（WB） and the detection of superoxide anion（O2^-·）,hydrogen peroxide（H2O2）,total iron,and ferric（Fe^3＋） levels were ***： ERG results showed the blue LED group induced more functional damage than that of green or red LED groups.H＆E staining,TUNEL,IHC,and TEM revealed apoptosis and necrosis of photoreceptors and RPE,which indicated blue LED also induced more photochemical *** radical production and iron-related molecular marker expressions demonstrated that oxidative stress and ironoverload were associated with retinal *** assays correspondingly showed that defense gene expression was up-regulated after the LED light exposure with a wavelength ***： The study results indicate that LED bluelight exposure poses a great risk of retinal injury in awake,task-oriented rod-dominant *** wavelengthdependent effect should be considered carefully when switching to LED lighting applications.

可压缩流动模拟的多重网格-扰动域推进方法

针对可压缩流动数值模拟的加速需求,在作者前期提出的扰动域推进计算框架下,融入多重网格加速技术,提出了多重网格-扰动域推进方法。建立了粗、细网格上动态计算域的更新逻辑与高效算法,并针对多重网格方法的特点,对粗网格初始化、增大对流动态域等步骤进行了改进。设计了新型粗网格生成策略,可消除结构网格粗网格生成对单元数目的限制。典型算例验证表明,多重网格-扰动域推进方法可同时降低粗、细网格上的计算量并减少总迭代步数;通过在粗、细网格上同时采用随数值扰动传播而增大、随求解收敛而缩小的动态计算域,多重网格-扰动域推进方法可在传统多重网格方法加速的基础上再将计算效率提升57.9%。

BACKGROUND Korean National Health Insurance(NHI)claims database provides ***,studies regarding accuracy of administrative database for pancreatic cancer(PC)have not been *** aimed to identify accuracy of NHI database regarding PC classified by international classification of disease(ICD)-10 *** To identify the accuracy and usefulness of administrative database in PC and the accurate ICD codes for PC with *** Study and control groups were collected from 2003 to 2016 at Seoul National University Bundang *** of PC were identified in NHI database by international classification of diseases,10th revision edition(ICD-10 codes)supported with V codes.V code is issued by medical doctors for covering 95%of medical cost by Korean *** to pathologic reports,definite or possible diagnoses were defined using medical records,images,and *** A total of 1846 cases with PC and controls were *** PC,only 410(22.2%)cases were identified as specific cancer sites including head in 234(12.7%)cases,tail in 104(5.6%)cases and body in 72(3.9%)*** PC,910(49.3%)cases were diagnosed by definite *** of these were adenocarcinoma(98.0%).The rates of definite diagnosis of PC were highest in head(70.1%)followed by body(47.2%)and tail(43.3%).False-positive cases were pancreatic cystic neoplasm and metastasis to the *** terms of the overall diagnosis of PC,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value were 99.95%,98.72%,98.70%,and 99.95%,*** accuracy was similar both in terms of diagnostic criteria and tumor *** Korean NHI claims database collected according to ICD-10 code with V code for PC showed good accuracy.

Varieties of pathological conditions,including diabetes,are closely related to oxidative stress(OS),but the osseointegration or bioadaptation of implants to OS and the related mechanism remain poorly *** this study,the antioxidation and osteoimmune regeneration of titanium implants with micro/nanotopographies were evaluated under H2O2-,lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-and hyperglycemia-mediated cellular OS models and in diabetic rats as a representative animal model of ***2 nanotube(TNT)coating on titanium implants directly induced superior osteogenic differentiation of bone mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)and osseointegration compared with microscale sand blasted-acid etched topography(SLA)under OS,attributed to higher superoxide dismutase 2 activity,the neutralization of intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS),and less ***,the oxidation resistance on TNT is driven by upregulated forkhead box transcription factor O1(FoxO1),which is abolished after knockdown of FoxO1 via shRNA in ***,TNT also alleviates OS in macrophages,therefore inducing a higher portion of the M2 phenotype under OS with increased secretion of the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10,further promoting the osseoimmunity capacity compared with *** current study not only suggests the potential application of TiO2 nanotube-coated titanium implants in compromised conditions but also provides a systematic evaluation strategy for the future development of bone biomaterials.

由于疫情的持续,全球取消展览的事例激增,展示产业遭受了巨大的损失。为了防止新冠疫情的扩散,“无接触(Untact)”社会变得日常化,而伴随着在线沟通方式的增加,逐渐转变为“线上接触(Ontact)”社会。为了顺应这种趋势,对应线下展览,举办了许多线上展览。但是,大部分的线上展示都是受新冠疫情的影响而突然出现的,因此面临缺乏线上展示独有内容的充分准备、目前并行进行开发和尝试,线上展示不能完全代替线下展示等问题。虽然最近因“With Corona”重新开始了线下展示,但由于疫情情况再次恶化的危险性、另一种变异病毒的出现、和疫苗效果的不确定性等原因,不可能回到像新冠疫情之前一样的日常生活。因此,即使线上展示不能完全代替线下展示,也有必要不依赖线下展示,通过线上展示独有的内容。新冠疫情发生后,虚拟现实技术和增强现实技术作为线上展示体现技术的应用有所增加。增强现实技术与虚拟现实技术相比,机器的普及性、时间和空间的制约较少,因此很有可能发展成为疫情时代的线上展示体现方法。而且,随着社交网络服务代替沟通的作用,展示产业作为与参观者的沟通方法,设计出了与社交网络服务联系的展示形态。它通过连接大众日常生活的社交网络服务,占据生活文化的一个领域,对于作品欣赏活动的媒介作用和再生产作用起到增强的效果,发挥协同效应。多种领域的品牌在社交网络服务上开始了利用增强现实技术的营销事业,在利用增强现实技术的展示领域,社交网络服务也产生了很大的影响。增强现实技术和社交网络服务的结合显示了在疫情时代促进/推进上展示内容多样性的可能性。本文以基于疫情影响的展示方式与基于疫情后展示形态趋势的分析为基础,掌握了疫情时代展示方式的转变,发现了问题,通过疫情时代线上展示案例调查与线上展示及增强现实内容的理论思辨,构建了疫情时代增强现实技术的线上展示设计路径。作为线上展示设计要素,构成媒介、环境和内容,进行案例分析及实验过程的线上展示设计步骤,实现了以社交网络服务为基础的线上增强现实展示设计目标。设计的种类共有3种,由电子立体增强现实展示票、增强现实多媒体欣赏展示产品(明信片和展示册)和增强现实自拍滤镜效果构成。以研究为基础规划了韩国传统绘画增强现实线上展示设计,并应用了三种内容设计。本论文从理论层面进行了思辨与分析,对今后疫情时代的线上增强现实展示内容设计提供了实践基础。

A Study on the Dynamic Behavior of Wheel-Type Train Propelled by Superconducting Linear Synchronous Motor

This paper deals with a study on the dynamic behavior of 600 km/h wheel-type train propelled by superconducting linear synchronous motor (LSM). This train is of a traditional wheel-on-rail type with traction motors on wheel-bogies. However, for the 600 km/h speed, on the both sides of each vehicle, superconducting LSMs are attached and the ground coils are installed on the guideway. In this case, the guideway irregularities act as disturbance to the vehicle causing deterioration of ride comfort. And besides thrust force, the normal force could be created in superconducting LSM control, which influences vehicle dynamics during running. In this study, to examine the effect of guideway irregularity and normal force on dynamic behavior of proposed train, the vehicle dynamic model is driven and frequency analysis is performed through simulation. The simulation results show that the lateral directional acceleration is mainly influential to ride comfort;however this could be reduced effectively by electromagnetic damping force from linear generator. It is also shown that the normal force effect from superconducting LSM control is limited even though the attractive normal force acts favorably to ride comfort.

The Dehe granitic pluton intruded the Xiahe Group which is in the core complex of the North Qinling Orogenic Belt(NQOB).It shows gneissic bedding and possesses typical S-type granite minerals such as muscovite and ***-ICP-MS U-Pb isotopic dating of the Dehe granite yielded a weighted average age of 925±23 Ma which represents the emplacement age of the *** of the εHf(t) values are negative,and the two-stage model ages are consistent with the age of the Qinling *** isotope data show that the Dehe granite was formed in the following geological setting:in the syn-collision setting of the NQOB in the Neoproterozoic,crustal thickening induced partial melting of materials derived from the Qinling complex,and then the maga upwelled and intruded into the Xiahe *** formation of the Dehe S-type granite implied the occurrence of a convergent event in the QOB during the Neoproterozoic.

SARS-CoV-2 is an emerging viral pathogen and a major global public health challenge since December of 2019, with limited effective treatments throughout the *** part of the innate immune response to viral infection, type Ⅰ interferons(IFN-Ⅰ) trigger a signaling cascade that culminates in the activation of hundreds of genes, known as interferon stimulated genes(ISGs), that collectively foster an antiviral *** report here the identification of a group of type Ⅰ interferon suppressed genes,including fatty acid synthase(FASN), which are involved in lipid *** of FASN or the addition of its downstream product, palmitate, increased viral infection while knockout or knockdown of FASN reduced *** importantly, pharmacological inhibitors of FASN effectively blocked infections with a broad range of viruses, including SARS-CoV-2 and its variants of ***, our studies not only suggest that downregulation of metabolic genes may present an antiviral strategy by type Ⅰ interferon, but they also introduce the potential for FASN inhibitors to have a therapeutic application in combating emerging infectious diseases such as COVID-19.
