Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),commonly known as primary liver cancer,is a major cause of malignant tumors and cancer-related deaths in china,accounting for approximately 85％of all cancer cases in the *** guidelines have been used to diagnose and treat liver ***,these guidelines provide a broad definition for classifying advanced liver cancer,with an emphasis on a singular approach,without considering treatment options for individual ***,it is necessary to establish a comprehensive and practical expert consensus,specifically for china,to enhance the diagnosis and treatment of HCC using the Delphi *** classification criteria were refined for Chinese patients with HCC,and the corresponding optimal treatment regimen recommendations were *** recommendations took into account various factors,including tumor characteristics,vascular tumor thrombus grade,distant metastasis,liver function status,portal hypertension,and the hepatitis B virus replication status of patients with primary HCC,along with treatment *** findings and rec-ommendations provide detailed,scientific,and reasonable individualized diagnosis and treatment strategies for clinicians.

The effects of femtosecond laser ablation on the surface characteristics and microstructure of a bulk TiCuPdZr glass alloy were investigated. The heat influence zone of femtosecond laser ablated with a laser energy of 100 μJ exhibits a ripple-like feather, while a porous structure appears on the surface of the specimen ablated by a 200 μJ femtosecond laser. The contents of Ti, Zr, and Pd on the ablated surface decrease and that of Cu increases with increasing laser energy. The crystallization process occurs on the glass alloy specimens during femtosecond laser ablation, and the crystallinity of a 100 μJ femtosecond laser-ablated specimen is greater than that of a 200 μJ femtosecond laser-ablated one.

Two novel triflate precursors for radiolabelling of L-tyrosine in positron emission tomography (PET) for tumor imaging,O-(2-trifluoromethanesulfonyloxyethyl)-N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-L-tyrosine methyl ester 9a and O-(2-trifluoromethanesulfonyloxyethyl)-N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)-L-tyrosine tert-butyl ester 9b,are synthesized. The triflate agent,9a or 9b,is prepared by esterification of methanol or transesterification of tert-butyl acetate with L-tyrosine,protection of the amine group with di-tert-butyl dicarbonate,alkylation with chlorohydrin,and triflation with trifluoromethanesulfonic anhydride in four steps with overall yields of 30% and 15%,respectively.

目的观察血细胞相关炎症指标与糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的相关性。方法横断面研究。2020年6月至2022年2月天津医科大学眼科医院进行的北辰眼病研究Ⅰ期数据纳入研究。研究内容包括:问卷调查、常规全身和眼部检查及实验室血细胞相关指标血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞检查,计算中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)和血小板/淋巴细胞比值(PLR)。DR诊断及分型参照DR国际临床分级标准进行。单眼或双眼DR均定义为DR患者。根据是否患有糖尿病及DR,将受检者分为非糖尿病组、糖尿病无DR组、DR组。定量资料多组间比较采用Kruskal-Wallis H检验;两组间比较采用Wilcoxon秩和检验。组间分类变量比较采用χ^(2)检验。逐步调整变量,构建未经调整的单变量模型以及调整不同参数后的模型Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ。不同模型下MPV、PDW、NLR、PLR与DR的相关性行logistic回归分析。受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析NLR不同模型对DR的诊断效能。结果共招募受检者3328名。其中,男性1121名(33.68%,1121/3328),女性2207名(66.32%,2207/3328);年龄61.84(6.05)岁。非糖尿病组、糖尿病无DR组、DR组分别为2679、476、173名。三组受检者MPV、PLR比较,差异无统计学意义(H=5.98、1.94,P=0.051、0.379);但与非糖尿病组、糖尿病无DR组比较,DR组PDW、NLR呈上升趋势。完全调整相关因素的模型Ⅲ中,非糖尿病组与DR组[比值比(OR)=1.440,95%可信区间(CI)1.087~1.920,P=0.041]、糖尿病无DR组与DR组(OR=1.990,95%CI 1.440~2.749,P<0.001),NLR均是DR发生的独立危险因素。ROC曲线分析结果显示,NLR的模型Ⅲ诊断效能最高,曲线下面积为0.751(95%CI 0.706~0.796,P<0.001),最佳截断值为0.390,灵敏度、特异性分别为74.3%、64.8%。结论与非糖尿病、糖尿病无DR受检者比较,DR组患者NLR显著增高;NLR是DR发生的独立危险因素。

The electrochemical behavior of the medical Stainless steel 317L which is used as in vivo fixation materials has been investigated at different passivated states in several candidate-testing solutions. The potentiodynamic scanning polarizaion technique was employed to measure the polarizaion curves of 317L in 0.9%NaCl solution at 37℃. The results showed that the electrochemical behaviorin 0.9% NaCl solution at 37℃ and in 2% NaCl solotion at 30℃ can be better used to detect and evaluate passivated states and corrosionresistance of 317L. In addition,the pitting potential Eb can be used as a criterion and itS lower limit could be 0.85 V(SEC) for this system.

In this study the w/o/w extraction–evaporation technique was adopted to prepare poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) microspheres loading recombinant human epidermal growth factor (rhEGF). The micro-spheres were characterized for morphology by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and particle size distribution. The release performances, the proliferation effects and therapeutic effects of rhEGF-loaded PLGA microspheres were all studied. The results showed that these spherical micro-spheres had a narrow size distribution and a high drug encapsulation efficiency (85.6%). RhEGF-loaded microspheres enhanced the growth rate of fibroblasts and wound healing more efficiently than pure rhEGF. The number of the proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in the epidermis layer with the mi-crosphere treatment was significantly larger than those of the control groups. Overall locally sustained delivery of rhEGF from biodegradable PLGA microspheres may serve as a novel therapeutic strategy for diabetic ulcer repair.

To understand the prevalence and rehabilitation status of autism and mental retardation in china. Methods Screening test and clinical assessment were conducted for the diagnosis of autism and mental retardation. The assessment included investigation of the histories of medical conditions and development of these two disorders, utilization and needs for the rehabilitation service, and related intellectual and behavioral appraisal. Results Among the 7345 children investigated, the prevalence of autism disorder was 1.10 cases per 1000 children aged 2-6 years （95% CI=0.34 to 2.54）, and the prevalence of mental retardation was 10.76 cases per 1000 children （95% CI=8.40 to 13.12）. All the children suffering from autistic disorder were intellectually disabled, whereas 31.0% of the non-autism mental retardates had other disabilities. The medical conditions prior to birth and perinatal period were important potential factors for autism. Half of the autistic children and 84% of the children with non-autism mental retardation had never received any rehabilitative service. Conclusions The prevalence of autistic disorder in children aged 2-6 years in tianjin is rather high. It is urgent to improve the status of the autistic and intelligently disabled young children in china. In order to upgrade the level of early diagnostic and improve the intervention to autism and mental retardation, public awareness and training courses should be heightened.
