Flexible PVA/BMIMOTf/LLZTO composite electrolyte with liquid-comparable ionic conductivity for solid-state lithium metal battery

Poly(vinyl alcohol)(PVA)/1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium trifluoromethanesulfonate(BMIMOTf)/Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZTO)solid-state composite electrolyte(SSCE)membranes were synthesized for solid-state lithium metal battery *** garnet-type LLZTO nanoparticles were surface-coated with the polydopamine layer of 8-10 nm thickness to enhance the dispersion status of LLZTO particles in the PVA *** hydrophilic BMIMOTf ionic liquid(IL)was added along with LLZTO nanoparticles to enhance the ionic conductivity and electrochemical stability of the SSCE *** synthesized composite electrolyte membrane containing 7 wt%of LLZTO and 60 wt%of BMIMOTf showed the outstanding Li+conductivity of 2×10^(-3)S cm^(-1)and the lithium transference number of 0.76 at room temperature in the firm and flexible solid state with the tensile strength of 8 *** a high single ion conduction characteristic led to the quite low interfacial resistance of 39Ωbetween the composite electrolyte and the lithium *** to these superior properties of composite membranes,the LiFePO_(4)|SSCE|Li cell exhibited an excellent discharge capacity of 165 mAh g^(-1)at 0.2 C,maintaining the coulombic efficiency of 98%after 100 cycles at room temperature.

The relation between the structure of the silver network electrodes and the properties of Cu(In,Ga)Se_(2)(CIGS)solar cells is systemically *** Ag network electrode is deposited onto an Al:ZnO(AZO)thin film,employing a self-forming cracked *** control over the cracked template's structure is achieved through careful adjustment of temperature and *** Ag network electrodes with different coverage areas and network densities are systemically applied to the CIGS solar *** is revealed that predominant fill factor(FF)is influenced by the figure of merit of transparent conducting electrodes,rather than sheet resistance,particularly when the coverage area falls within the range of 1.3–5%.Furthermore,a higher network density corresponds to an enhanced FF when the coverage areas of the Ag networks are *** utilizing a thinner AZO film,CIGS solar cells with a surface area of 1.0609 cm^(2)exhibit a notable performance improvement,with efficiency increasing from 10.48%to 11.63%.This enhancement is primarily attributed to the increase in FF from 45%to 65%.These findings underscore the considerable potential for reducing the thickness of the transparent conductive oxide(TCO)in CIGS modules with implications for practical applications in photovoltaic technology.

Comparison of Usage and Effectiveness between Methoxy Polyethylene Glycol Epoetin Beta and Darbepoetin Alfa with Hemodialysis Patients

Methoxy polyethylene glycol epoetin beta which has a long half-life is developed to provide stable control of hemoglobin levels at extended administration intervals compared to darbepoetin alfa. The purpose of this study was to compare the patterns of use, efficiency of therapy and cost with undergoing hemodialysis patients. Electronic medical record system was used to examine administration frequency, hemoglobin response rate, achievement of target hemoglobin, drug costs. Administration frequency was once in 4 weeks with methoxy polyethylene glycol epoetin beta group and 3 times in 4 weeks with darbepoetin alfa group. Hemoglobin response rate was 61.5% in methoxy polyethylene glycol epoetin beta at the time of 16 weeks. It was not significantly different from 66.7% in darbepoetin alfa （P = 1.000）. The drug cost for methoxy polyethylene glycol epoetin beta group was little higher than darbepoetin alfa group. However, there was no statistically significant difference （P = 0.164）. Use of methoxy polyethylene glycol epoetin beta is as effective and safe as darbepoetin alfa managing renal anemia in hemodialysis patients. Methoxy polyethylene glycol epoetin beta＇s extended administration interval improve patient＇s compliance and enable effective anemia treatment.

Background: Dry eye is a frequent consequence of refractive *** has been widely used to alleviate the associated ***, the use of acupuncture for patients who suffer from dry eye syndrome following refractive surgery has its *** pilot study aims to evaluate the efficacy of acupuncture treatment in treating the signs and symptoms of dry eye after refractive ***: Forty participants will be randomly assigned to acupuncture plus usual care group or usual care control *** maintaining usual care, the acupuncture plus usual care group will undergo treatments 3 times per week for 4 weeks on 17 acupuncture *** control group will receive only usual care during the same *** primary outcome will refer to ocular surface disease index(OSDI) and examinations at 1, 3, 5, and 13 weeks.A tear-film breakup time(TBUT), the Schirmer-I test, visual analogue scale(VAS), quality of life(QOL) for selfassessment of ocular discomfort, and fluorescein-stained corneal surface digital photography will be used as secondary outcome ***-I test, TBUT, and fluorescein-stained corneal surface digital photography will be assessed at the screening and week *** will be assessed at the screening, and 1, 3, 5, and 13 *** will be evaluated at 1, 3, 5, and 13 ***: This trial will provide primary data for the clinical effectiveness and safety of acupuncture treatment for dry eye after refractive surgery.
