Increasing demand for real-time healthcare monitoring is leading to advances in thin and flexible optoelectronic device-based wearable pulse *** previous studies have used OLEDs for this purpose,but did not consider the side effects of broad full-width half-maximum(FWHM)characteristics and single *** this study,we performed SpO_(2)measurement using a fiber-based quantum-dot pulse oximetry(FQPO)system capable of mass production with a transferable encapsulation technique,and a narrow FWHM of about 30 *** on analyses we determined that uniform angular narrow FWHM-based light sources are important for accurate SpO_(2)measurements through multi-layer structures and human skin *** FQPO was shown to have improved photoplethysmogram(PPG)signal sensitivity with no waveguide-mode noise signal,as is typically generated when using a single substrate(30–50%).We successfully demonstrate improved SpO_(2)measurement accuracy as well as all-in-one clothing-type pulse oximetry with FQPO.

Bakgog reservoir with watershed area of 84.8 km and Miho reservoir with watershed area of 133.3 km are located in jincheon County,Chungbuk Province within the watershed of Miho stream with its area of 1,856.08 *** by heightening 2 m of Bakgog reservoir with total water storage capacity increased from 21.75 mm to 26.62 mm and 1 m of Miho reservoir with total water storage capacity increased from 13.87 mm to 16.49 mm,streamflows at Miho A station with watershed area of 579.6 km,at Miho B station with watershed area of 1,625.1 km,and at Miho C station with watershed area of 1,856.1 km downstream were simulated on a daily basis and flow duration curves were drawn and compared between before and after heightening upstream reservoirs. Improvement of flow duration curves could be not visible at any *** a little some streamflow increase could be visible in low flows from 275th flow to 355th flow at Miho A *** of reservoir water storage capacity were 4.87 mm in Bakgog reservoir and 2.62 mm in Miho reservoir. Amounts of annual mean streamflows were decreased from 295.2 mrn to 294.9 mm at Miho A station,from 1,050.2 mm to 1,049.9 mm at Miho B station,and from 1,182.2 mm to 1,180.8 mm at Miho C *** decreases of annual streamflows were considered as the storage effect of *** the above study it was concluded that any effect of increasing downstream streamflows by heightening upstream irrigation reservoirs would be very negligible *** the possibility of improving low flows in a short reach downsream of irrigation reservoirs would be remained.

An improvement of snow/cloud discrimination from machine learning using geostationary satellite data

This paper proposes a high linear two-stage InGaP/GaAs heterojunction bipolar transistor(HBT) power amplifier monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) using a new on-chip linearizer for 1.95 GHz wide-band code division multiple-access(W-CDMA) *** linearizer consists of the base-emitter junction diode of the bias transistor and the RF coupling *** proposed linearizer remarkably improves gain compression of 18 dB and phase distortion of 20°, and negligibly has little insertion power loss,and more importantly it requires no additional die area and no additional DC *** HBT MMIC power amplifier with the integrated linearizer exhibits an maximum output power(P) of 30.5 dBm,the power gain of 25 dB,the power added efficiency(PAE) of 51% at the maximum output power under the operation voltage of 3.4 V,and adjacent channel power ratio (ACPR) of-56dBc at P of 27 dBm.

3 D printing is a method of rapid prototyping and manufacturing in which materials are deposited onto one another in layers to produce a three-dimensional object. Although 3 D printing was developed in the 1980 s and the technology has found widespread industrial applications for production from automotive parts to machine tools,its application in pharmaceutical area is still limited. However,the potential of 3 D printing in the pharmaceutical industry is now being recognized. The ability of 3 D printing to produce medications to exact specifications tailored to the needs of individual patients has indicated the possibility of developing personalized medicines. The technology allows dosage forms to be precisely printed in various shapes,sizes and textures that are difficult to produce using traditional techniques. However,there are various challenges associated with the proper application of3 D printing in the pharmaceutical sector which should be overcome to exploit the scope of this technology. In this review,an overview is provided on the various 3 D printing technologies used in fabrication of complex dosage forms along with their feasibility and limitations.

Background: Hepatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma (HEH) is a rare tumor of vascular origin with an unknown etiology, a low incidence, and a variable natural course. We evaluated the management and prognosis of HEH from the Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results (SEER) program and changes in treatment modalities of HEH over 30 years. Methods: From 1973 to 2014 in the SEER database, we selected patients diagnosed with HEH. We analyzed the clinical characteristics, patterns of management, and clinical outcomes of patients with HEH. Results: We identi ed 79 patients with HEH (median age: 54.0 years;male to female ratio: 1:2.6). The initial extent of disease was local in 22 (27.8%) patients, regional metastasis in 22 (27.8%), distant metas-tasis in 31 (39.2%) and unknown in 4 (5.1%). The median size of primary tumor was 3.85 cm (interquartile range, 2.50 7.93 cm). Among 74 patients with available management data, the most common manage-ment was no treatment (29/74, 39.2%), followed by chemotherapy only (22/74, 29.7%), liver resection-based (13/74, 17.6%), and transplantation-based therapy (6/74, 8.1%). The 5-year cancer-speci c survival rate was 57.8%. Patients who underwent surgical treatment had signi cantly higher survival than those who underwent non-surgical treatment (5-year survival;88% vs. 49%, P=0.019). Multivariate analysis revealed that surgical therapy was the only independent prognostic factor for survival (hazard ratio: 0.20, P=0.040). Conclusions: Resection or liver transplantation is worth considering for treatment of patients with HEH.

BACKGROUND The clinical outcomes of endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)for undifferentiated(UD)intramucosal early gastric cancer(EGC)compared with those of surgery,regardless of lesion size,are not well ***,there is a concern regarding the treatment plan before and after ESD in cases of UD intramucosal EGC within expanded *** To evaluate clinical outcomes of ESD compared with those of surgery in UD intramucosal EGC patients regardless of tumor *** We enrolled patients with UD intramucosal EGC after ESD with complete resection or surgery from January 2005 to August 2020 who met the within or beyond expanded indications with lesion size>2 cm(the only non-curative factor).Overall,123 and 562 patients underwent ESD and surgery,*** propensity-score matching,clinical and long-term outcomes,i.e.,recurrencefree survival(RFS)and overall survival(OS),were *** multivariable Cox proportional hazard model with treatment modality and ESD indication was used to evaluate the recurrence *** After matching,119 patients each were finally enrolled in the ESD and surgery *** median length of hospital stay was shorter in the ESD group than surgery group(4.0 vs 9.0 days,P<0.001).Four cases of recurrence after ESD were local recurrences,all of which occurred within 1 *** recurrence was seven(5.9%)and two(1.7%)in the ESD and surgery groups,*** difference was observed between the two groups with respect to OS(P=0.948).However,the ESD group had inferior RFS compared with the surgery group(P=0.031).ESD was associated with the risk of recurrence after initial treatment in all enrolled patients(hazard ratio,5.2;95%confidence interval:1.0-25.8,P=0.045).CONCLUSION Although OS was similar between the two groups,surveillance endoscopy was important for the ESD than for the surgery group because RFS was inferior and local recurrence was an issue.

过去十年里,随着网络电商平台发展的不断完善以及消费者对于海外产品需求的增加,海淘平台应运而生。消费者对电商平台的满意度将直接影响其在该平台上再次消费的意愿,因此,研究消费者满意度的影响因素对电商平台的发展有着重要的意义。近年来,有不少学者对海淘平台消费者的满意度进行了研究,但绝大多数都是针对某个单一平台,而极少有研究对不同的海淘平台进行对比。由于不同文化背景下的消费者满意度影响因素可能存在差异,因此本文将分别研究中国考拉和韩国coupang两个不同国家的海淘平台的消费者满意度及复购关系,并进行对比。本文选取考拉海购和coupang两个平台作为案例根据海淘平台特点从平台操作系统、购物难易度、客服服务、物流服务四个角度进行问卷设计,同时由于消费者满意度的测度存在很大的主观因素,所以本文采用问卷调查的方式利用五个极度的测量方式设计问卷。对消费者满意度进行测度并同时收集消费者复购情况,根据问卷回收情况筛除无用问卷后对结果进行线性回归,并对所有数据进行分析描述。得出结论主要有:海淘产品品质问题对复购有正向影响;海淘平台的网络信息安全程度会对复购产生正向影响;同时仓储物流便利度和客服服务态度也对复购产生显著的正向影响。基于这些结论,本文从四个角度出发并结合现有的海淘平台情况提出改进复购的可行性建议:平台商品全面整合;加强网络信息安全;建立仓储物流网络;优化附加服务。从而有助于帮助海淘平台更加有针对性的提高消费者满意度,从而达到复购的目的,对其它海购平台也具有一定的借鉴意义。
