CALIPSO卫星搭载的云-气溶胶正交极化激光雷达(CALIOP)能为大气气溶胶研究提供高分辨率的气溶胶和云垂直廓线信息,对大气气溶胶的垂直分布研究有着重要的意义。对国内CALIPSO卫星大气气溶胶的历史研究进行了回顾,并基于Citespace文献计量分析软件,对17年来该领域的国内知网(CNKI)学术期刊数据库收录的286篇学术论文进行了研究进展和研究热点与趋势的可视化分析。内容包括历史发文量分析,研究机构分析,研究作者团体分析,他引分析,关键词共现分析,突现关键词分析,关键词聚类分析。对CALIPSO大气气溶胶研究的进展、热点和趋势进行了全方面的总结。

This article utilizes the trope of domesticity/domestication in order to explore notions of gendered temporality in Hou Hsiao-hsien＇s Cafe Lumiere （2003）. In dialogue with the Chinese writer Eileen Chang and Western theories about women＇s time and domestic temporality, the article proposes that the works of both Hou and Chang can be described as instances of ecriture feminine that interrogate an ambivalence toward domesticity. Drawing on Chantal Akerman＇s film in contrast to that of Hou, the article further demonstrates how the use of the cinematographic long take domesticates time and space, as well as the ways in which the horror of everyday domesticity have been captured through what Rey Chow calls ＂feminine details.＂ Finally, the present article argues that Cafe Lumiere domesticates a fear of domesticity and pregnancy through a reconfiguration of linear and cyclical time, a reversal of gender roles in its protagonists, and a privileging of aurality over visuality in its cinematic style, such that it presents the potential for a new kind of union and a new kind of futurity premised upon reordered gendered forms of temporality.

Antidepressant Prescribing Patterns for Depressive and Anxiety Disorders in a Singapore Hospital

Objective: Although antidepressants are the recommended first-line pharmacological treatments for depressive and anxiety disorders, their prescribing patterns have not been studied in Singapore. We investigate antidepressant prescription patterns for outpatients with depressive and anxiety disorders in a general hospital in Singapore. We hypothesize that intolerance to side effects and lack of efficacy may contribute to medication switching, and that initiation of antidepressant therapy is not easily tolerated. Methods: A retrospective review of the casenotes of outpatients was carried out between January 2013 and December 2013. A total of 206 patients were randomly selected. The study was approved by the hospital’s institutional review board. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 18. Results: There were more females than males (ratio 1.7:1) with a mean age of 50.6 ± 15.2 years. Depressive disorder, comprising 50% of the sample, was the most frequent diagnosis followed by anxiety disorder (27.2%), mixed anxiety-depression (16%) and adjustment disorder (5.8%). Almost all patients (97.1%) were prescribed antidepressants, the most common being selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI) (75.5%), followed by the noradrenaline and specific serotonin antidepressant (NaSSA) (13.5%) and tricyclic antidepressants (TCA) (8.5%). Patients prescribed SSRIs tended to be younger and better educated (p = 0.0005). More than half of the patients (52.1%) required antidepressant switching mainly due to lack of efficacy and intolerance of side effects. Combination therapy was prescribed for 17% of patients with SSRI-NaSSA, the most preferred combination. Nearly a quarter (23.8%) patients required augmentation therapy with atypical antipsychotics. Combination (p = 0.024) and augmentation (p = 0.033) were utilized more often for depression than for anxiety disorders. Simulation of Bleeding Airways in Cadavers: New Models for Experiential Learning

The water quality parameter total suspended solids in the coastal area of Penang Island, Malaysia have been studied using Landsat TM data. The aim of this study was to test the feasibility of using satellite data for mapping and monitoring water quality parameter total suspended solids (TSS) by using remote sensing and digital processing techniques. The model used in this study is based on the reflectance model which is a function of the inherent optical properties (IOP) of water and this in turn can be related to the concentration of its constituents. The digital numbers for each band corresponding to the sea-truth locations were extracted and then converted into radiance and reflectance values. The reflectance values were used for calibration of the water quality algorithm. The efficiency of the proposed algorithm was investigated based on the observations of correlation coefficient (R) and root-mean-square deviations (RMS) using the sea truth data. The proposed algorithm is considered superior to other tested algorithms based on the values of the correlation coefficient, R=0.93 and root-mean square error, RMS=9 mg/l. The calibrated TSS algorithm was used to generate the water quality maps. The water quality image was geometrically corrected and image smoothing was performed on the map to remove random noise. The generated map was color-coded for visual interpretation.

Background: Healthcare education models have recently shifted from the traditional reliance on the apprenticeship model, where trainees learn on real patients in actual clinical settings, to one based on simulation models. Education in airway management is a fundamental component of anesthetic training programs, and airway modification to simulate difficult airways increases the fidelity of airway management training. Objective: The study goal was to determine the feasibility of simulating difficult airways such as mandibular fracture and post-tonsillectomy bleed in cadaver models by surgical modification for the use in enhanced experiential learning of difficult airway management. Methods: Two cadaver heads were modified surgically to simulate a mandibular fracture and post-tonsillectomy bleed. Workshop facilitators conducted directed one-to-one learning and provided feedback to participants. A paper-based feedback was obtained from the participants on their confidence level, and the realism, attractiveness, beneficial levels, and difficulty levels of the simulation models used. Results: The modified cadavers were reliable in simulating difficult airways. The majority of participants (83.3% for fractured mandible and 87.1% for post-tonsillectomy bleed) reported an increase in confidence level for management of the difficult airway after the experience with the modified cadavers, and found both models realistic, attractive, and beneficial for difficult airway training. Conclusions: Surgical modifications of cadavers to simulate difficult airways such as fractured mandible and post-tonsillectomy bleed may be incorporated into advanced airway management courses to enhance experiential learning.

近年来,城市黑臭水体的治理是我国水环境保护的主要工作之一,大量的城市黑臭水体需要进行识别与监测。成都市的黑臭水体的监测研究以成都市主城区为研究区域,利用高分2号卫星遥感影像数据,在进行采样点的选取后,解析其正常水体和黑臭水体的光谱特征,并根据成都市黑臭水体的光谱特征选取了适宜的黑臭水识别模型,在黑臭水的识别指数上建立了归一化的黑臭水监测指数(BMI),用于黑臭水体的长期监测。结果表明:(1)经过模型计算结果对比,WCI指数模型的识别精度最高、具有较好的一致性,所以其更适宜成都市黑臭水体的识别。(2)经过对2015年、2017年的黑臭水监测指数BMI的对比分析,加以成都市水务局的黑臭水治理报告验证,BMI监测指数具有较好的趋势一致性,能对黑臭水监测起到一定的判断作用。(3)黑臭水的卫星遥感监测能提高工作效率,并能长时间地对城市黑臭水体进行动态监测。
