Gastric cancer is the fourth most common cancer,and the second-highest cause of cancer-related deaths *** extensive research to identify novel diagnostic and therapeutic agents,patients with advanced gastric cancer suffer from a poor quality of life and poor prognosis,and treatment is dependent mainly on conventional cytotoxic *** improve the quality of life and survival of gastric cancer patients,a better understanding of the underlying molecular pathologies,and their application towards the development of novel targeted therapies,is urgently *** are a group of small proteins associated with cytoskeletal rearrangements,the directional migration of several cell types during development and physiology,and the host immune response via interactions with G-protein coupled *** is also growing evidence to suggest that chemokines not only play a role in the immune system,but are also involved in the development and progression of *** gastric cancer,CXC chemokines and chemokine receptors regulate the trafficking of cells in and out of the tumor *** chemokines and their receptors can also directly influence tumorigenesis by modulating tumor transformation,survival,growth,invasion and metastasis,as well as indirectly by regulating angiogenesis,and tumor-leukocyte *** this review,we will focus on the roles of CXC chemokines and their receptors in the development,progression,and metastasis of gastric tumors,and discuss their therapeutic potential for gastric cancer.

Background: Controlled-release oxycodone/naloxone(OXN-CR) maintains the effect of opioid-induced analgesia through oxycodone while reducing the occurrence rate of opioid-induced constipation through naloxone. The present study was designed to assess the non-inferiority of OXN-CR to controlled-release oxycodone(OX-CR) for the control of cancer-related pain in Korean ***: In this randomized, open-labeled, parallel-group, phase IV study, we enrolled patients aged 20 years or older with moderate to severe cancer-related pain [numeric rating scale(NRS) pain score ≥4] from seven Korean oncology/hematology centers. Patients in the intention-to-treat(ITT) population were randomized(1:1) to OXNCR or OX-CR groups. OXN-CR was administered starting at 20 mg/10 mg per day and up-titrated to a maximum of80 mg/40 mg per day for 4 weeks, and OX-CR was administered starting at 20 mg/day and up-titrated to a maximum of 80 mg/day for 4 *** primary efficacy endpoint was the change in NRS pain score from baseline to week4, with non-inferiority margin of-1.5. Secondary endpoints included analgesic rescue medication intake, patientreported change in bowel habits, laxative intake, quality of life(QoL), and safety ***: Of the ITT population comprising 128 patients, 7 with missing primary efficacy data and 4 who violated the eligibility criteria were excluded from the efficacy analysis. At week 4, the mean change in NRS pain scores was not significantly different between the OXN-CR group(n = 58) and the OX-CR group(n = 59)(-1.586 vs.-1.559,P = 0.948). The lower limit of the one-sided 95% confidence interval(-0.776 to 0.830) for the difference exceeded the non-inferiority margin(P < 0.001). 背景与目的羟考酮/纳洛酮控释片(controlled?release oxycodone/naloxone,OXN?CR)通过羟考酮发挥阿片类药物诱导的镇痛效果,同时纳洛酮可降低阿片类药物引起的便秘的发生率。本研究旨在评价与羟考酮控释片(controlled?release oxycodone,OX?CR)相比,OXN?CR在控制韩国患者癌性疼痛中的非劣效性。方法本项随机、开放标签、平行分组、IV期研究中,我们从韩国的7个肿瘤学/血液学中心招募了年龄20岁及以上、具有中重度癌性疼痛的患者[疼痛数字评价量表(numeric rating scale,NRS)疼痛评分≥4分]。意向治疗人群(intention天20 mg/10 mg,每天最大?to用?treat,ITT)随机(1:1)分为OXN?CR和OX?CR组。OXN?CR组:起始用药量为每药量80 mg/40 mg,用药4周。OX?CR组:起始用药量为20 mg/d,最大用药量为80 mg/d,用药4周。本研究的主要疗效终点为NRS疼痛评分从基线到第4周的变化,其非劣效性界值为-1.5。次要终点包括应急镇痛药摄入量、患者报告的排便习惯改变、缓泻药摄入量、生活质量(quality of life,QoL)及安全性评价。结果 128例患者组成的ITT人群中,7例因缺失主要疗效数据、4例因不符合资格标准被排除疗效分析。在第4周时,OXN?CR组(n=58)和OX?CR组(n=59)患者NRS疼痛评分的平均变化无显著性差异(-1.586 vs.-1.559,P=0.948)。组间差异的单侧95%置信区间(-0.776-0.830)的下限超过非劣效性边界(P <0.001)。OXN?CR和OX?CR两组患者在应急镇痛药摄入量、排便习惯改变、缓泻药摄入量、QoL和安全性评价方面均无显著差异。结论就治疗4周后减轻患者疼痛的效果而言,OXN?CR的疗效非劣于OX?CR,两者具有相似的安全性。对于OXN?CR在长期疼痛控制和缓解便秘方面的疗效,则需在更多韩国癌性疼痛患者人群中开展进一步的研究。

We report the fabrication process of piezoelectric cellulose paper and the enhancement method of its piezoelectric property. Stretching method with different wet-drawing ratios was introduced to increase the piezoelectric property of cellulose paper during regeneration *** is observed that the Young's modulus and the piezoelectric charge constants are very dependent on the drawing ratio and the direction of nanofibrils of piezoelectric *** the enhanced piezoelectric property,we prove that the flexible regenerated piezoelectric cellulose can be applied to the potential acoustic applications such as thin piezoelectric paper speaker.

Characterization of Wollastonite Glass-ceramics Made from Waste Glass and Coal Fly Ash

The crystallization behavior of wollastonite glass-ceramics was investigated by means of X-ray diffraction （XRD） analysis and surface morphological observations, and the chemical compositions were evaluated by field emission-scanning electron microscopy （FE-SEM） and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy （EDS）. Various heat treatment temperatures （850, 900, 950, 1000 and 1050 ℃） were used to obtain glass-ceramics of the ideal wollastonite crystal phase as well as optimum mechanical properties and chemical durability. From XRD, FE-SEM and EDS, the crystallization of acicular crystal phase in the matrix was achieved at heat treatment temperature of 1000 and 1050 ℃, and wollastonite （CaSiO3） was found in the acicular type main crystal phase in the glass-ceramics. Various properties, such as density, compressive strength, bending strength and chemical durability were also examined. The mechanical properties of glass-ceramics obtained at the heat treatment temperature of 1000 and 1050 ℃ were superior to those obtained at the heat treatment temperature of 850 ℃.

Yolk-shell-structured （***.s）9S8 solid-solution powders：Synthesis and application as anode materials for Na-ionbatteries

Multicomponent metal sulfide materials with a yolk–shell structure and a single phase were studied for the first time as anode materials for sodium-ion batteries. Yolk–shell-structured Fe–Ni–O powders with a molar ratio of iron and nickel components of 1/1 were prepared via one-pot spray pyrolysis. The prepared Fe–Ni–O powders were transformed into yolk–shell-structured (Fe0.5Ni0.5)9S8 solid-solution powders via a sulfidation process. The initial discharge and charge capacities of the (Fe0.5Ni0.5)9S8 powders at a current density of 1 A·g−1 were 601 and 504 mA·h·g−1, respectively. The discharge capacities of the (Fe0.5Ni0.5)9S8 powders for the 2nd and 100th cycle were 530 and 527 mA·h·g−1, respectively, and their corresponding capacity retention measured from the 2nd cycle was 99%. The (Fe0.5Ni0.5)9S8 powders had high initial discharge and charge capacities at a low current density of 0.1 A·g−1, and the reversible discharge capacity decreased slightly from 568 to 465 mA·h·g−1 as the current density increased from 0.1 to 5.0 A·g−1. The synergetic effect of the novel yolk–shell structure and the multicomponent sulfide composition of the (Fe0.5Ni0.5)9S8 powders resulted in excellent sodium-ion storage performance.

Porous FeS nanofibers with numerous nanovoids obtained by Kirkendall diffusion effect for use as anode materials for sodium-ion batteries

Porous FeS nanofibers with numerous nanovoids for use as anode materials for sodium-ion batteries were prepared by electrospinning and subsequent sulfidation. The post-treatment of the as-spun Fe（acac）3-polyacrylonitrile composite nanofibers in an air atmosphere yielded hollow Fe2O3 nanofibers due to Ostwald ripening. The ultrafine Fe2O3 nanocrystals formed at the center of the fiber diffused toward the outside of the fiber via Ostwald ripening. On sulfidation, the Fe2O3 hollow nanofibers were transformed into porous FeS nanofibers, which contained numerous nanovoids. The formation of porosity in the FeS nanofibers was driven by nanoscale Kirkendall diffusion. The porous FeS nanofibers were very structurally stable and had superior sodium-ion storage properties compared with the hollow Fe2O3 nanofibers. The discharge capacities of the porous FeS nanofibers for the Ist and 150th cycles at a current density of 500 mA.g-1 were 561 and 592 mA.h-g-1, respectively. The FeS nanofibers had final discharge capacities of 456, 437, 413, 394, 380, and 353 mA-h.g-1 at current densities of 0.2, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, and 5.0 A.g-1, respectively.

Paraaortic lymph node metastasis in patients with intra-abdominal malignancies:CT vs PET

AIM： To compare the diagnostic accuracy of computed tomography （CT） and positron emission tomography （PET） for the preoperative detection of paraaortic lymph node （PAN） metastasis in patients with intra- abdominal malignancies. METHODS： Sixty-six patients with intra-abdominal malignancies who underwent both CT and PET before lymphadenectomy were included in this study. Histopathologicaliy, 13 patients had metastatic PAN, while 53 had non-metastatic PAN. The CT criteria for metastasis were： short diameter ：）f 〉 8 mm, Iobular or irregular shape, and/or combined ancillary findings, including necrosis, conglomeration, vessel encasement, and infiltration. The PET criterion was positive fluorodeoxyglucose （FDG） uptake. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value （PPV）, negative predictive value （NPV）, and accuracy of both modalities were compared with the pathologic findings, and the false positive and false negative cases with both CT and PET were ***： The sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV, and accuracy of CT were 61.5%, 84.9%, 50%, 90% and 80.3%, respectively. For PET, the percentages were 46.2%, 100%, 100%, 88.3%, and 89.4%. Additionally, there were 8 false positive CT cases （8/53, 15.1%） and zero false positive PET cases. Of the 13 metastatic PANs, there were 5 false negative CT scans （38.5%） and 7 （53.9%） false negative PET ***： For detecting PAN metastasis, CT is more sensitive than PET, while PET is more specific.

Gastric inverted hyperplastic polyp: A rare cause of iron deficiency anemia

Gastric inverted hyperplastic polyp(IHP) is a rare gastric polyp characterized by the downward growth of hyperplastic mucosal components into the submucosal layer. Macroscopically, a gastric IHP resembles a subepithelial tumor(SET); as a result, accurately diagnosing gastric IHP is difficult. This issue has clinical significance because gastric IHP can be misdiagnosed as SET or as malignant neoplasm In addition, adenocarcinoma can accompany benign gastric IHP. Although in most cases, gastric IHPs are asymptomatic and are found incidentally, these polyps may cause anemia secondary to chronic bleeding. Here, we report one case involving gastric IHP accompanied by chronic iron deficiency anemia that was successfully managed using endoscopic submucosal dissection.

Spectral Dependence on the Correction Factor of Erythemal UV for Cloud, Aerosol, Total Ozone, and Surface Properties: A Modeling Study

Radiative transfer modal simulations were used to investigate the erythemal ultraviolet （EUV） correction factors by separating the UV-A and UV-B spectral ranges. The correction factor was defined as the ratio of EUV caused by changing the amounts and characteristics of the extinction and scattering materials. The EUV correction factors （CFEUV） for UV-A [CFEUV（A）] and UV-B [CFEUV（B）] were affected by changes in the total ozone, optical depths of aerosol and cloud, and the solar zenith angle. The differences between CFEUV（A） and CFEUV（B） were also estimated as a function of solar zenith angle, the optical depths of aerosol and cloud, and total ozone. The differences between CFEUV（A） and CFEUV（B） ranged from -5.0% to 25.0% for aerosols, and from -9.5% to 2.0% for clouds in all simulations for different solar zenith angles and optical depths of aerosol and cloud. The rate of decline of CFEUV per unit optical depth between UV-A and UV-B differed by up to 20% for the same aerosol and cloud conditions. For total ozone, the variation in CFEUV（A） was negligible compared with that in CFEUV（B） because of the effective spectral range of the ozone absorption band. In addition, the sensitivity of the CFEUVs due to changes in surface conditions （i.e., surface albedo and surface altitude） was also estimated by using the model in this study. For changes in surface albedo, the sensitivity of the CFEUVs was 2.9%-4.1% per 0.1 albedo change, depending on the amount of aerosols or clouds. For changes in surface altitude, the sensitivity of CFEUV（B） was twice that of CFEUV（A）, because the Rayleigh optical depth increased significantly at shorter wavelengths.
