Purpose:the open-access(OA)publishing model can help improve researchers’outreach,thanks to its accessibility and visibility to the ***,the presentation of female researchers can benefit from the O A publishing *** that,little is known about how gender affects OA ***,the current study explores the effects of female involvement and risk aversion on OA publishing patterns among Vietname se social sciences and ***/methodology/approach:the study employed Bayesian Mindsponge Framework(BMF)on a dataset of 3,122 Vietnamese social sciences and humanities(SS&H)publications during *** Mindsponge mechanism was specifically used to construct theoretical models,while Bayesian inference was utilized for fitting ***:the result showed a positive association between female participation and OA publishing ***,the positive effect of female involvement on OA publishing probability was negated by the high ratio of female researchers in a *** status was negatively associated with the JIF of the journal in which the publication was published,but the relationship was moderated by the involvement of a female researcher(s).the findings suggested that Vietnamese female researchers might be more likely to publish under the OA model in journals with high JIF for avoiding the risk of public *** limitations:the study could only provide evidence on the association between female involvement and OA publishing ***,whether to publish under OA terms is often determined by the first or corresponding authors,but not necessarily *** implications:Systematically coordinated actions are suggested to better support women and promote the OA movement in ***/value:the findings show the OA publishing patterns of female researchers in Vietnamese SS&H.

Objective: to evaluate the impact of plant growth regulators including kinetin(KN),benzyl adenine and naphthalene acetic acid, yeast extract and casein hydrolyzate on biomass accumulation of Vietnamese ginseng Panax vietnamensis(P. vietnamensis) in cell suspension ***: Cell suspension cultures were established from friable calluses derived from leaves and petioles of 3-year-old in-vitro P. vietnamensis plants. the cell suspension cultures were grown in Murashige and Skoog basal media supplemented with various concentrations of KN, benzyl adenine, naphthalene acetic acid, and yeast extract and casein ***: All tested factors generated an increase in the cell biomass of P. vietnamensis in suspension culture, but the impact of each varies depended on the factor type, concentration, and incubation period. Addition of 2.0 mg/L KN resulted in the largest biomass increase after 24 d,(57.0 ± 0.9) and(3.1 ± 0.1) mg/m L fresh and dry weight, respectively,whereas addition of benzyl adenine or naphthalene acetic acid produced optimum levels of Panax cell biomass at 1.0 and 1.5 mg/L, respectively. Addition of the elicitor yeast extract led to a 1.4–2.4 fold increase in biomass of P. vietnamensis, while addition of casein hydrolyzate enhanced biomass accumulation 1.8–2.6 ***: the addition of each factor causes significant changes in biomass accumulation of P. vietnamensis. the largest biomass accumulation is from cultures grown in MS media containing 2.0 mg/L KN for 24 d. the outcome of the present study provides new insights into the optimal suspension culture conditions for studies on the in vitro cell biomass production of P. vietnamensis.

Objective: to evaluate the anti-arthritic effects of Polygonatum kingianum rhizome extract using both in vitro and in vivo ***: Lipopolysaccharide-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages were treated with an ethanol extract of Polygonatum kingianum rhizomes at different concentrations to determine nitric oxide and prostaglandin E2(PGE2) production. For in vivo study, Polygonatum kingianum ethanol extract was further investigated for its antiinflammatory effect in a mouse model with collagen antibodyinduced arthritis. Phytochemical study of Polygonatum kingianum ethanol extract was also ***: Saponins(142 mg/g total yield) was the main component in the Polygonatum kingianum ethanol extract. 5α,8α-ergosterol peroxide,(E,E)-9-oxooctadeca-10,12-dienoic acid and 3-(2?-hydroxy-4?-methoxy-benzyl)-5,7-dihydroxy-8-methyl-chroman-4-one were isolated from the extract. Polygonatum kingianum ethanol extract exhibited potential anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting nitric oxide and PGE2 production in RAW 264.7 cells in a dosedependent manner. the level of arthritis in mice with collagen antibody-induced arthritis was significantly reduced(Pter treatment with Polygonatum kingianum ethanol extract, particularly at a dose of 1 000 mg/kg body weight. Besides, the extract demonstrated the regulatory effects on serum tumor necrosis factoralpha, interleukin-6, and interleukin-10 in treated ***: Polygonatum kingianum ethanol extract has beneficial effects on inflammatory cytokine regulation and PGE2 inhibition in an experimental mouse model with collagen antibody-induced arthritis. the phytochemical screening reveals that the saponin, as the main component, and sterols(daucosterol and 5α,8α-ergosterol peroxide) from Polygonatum kingianum ethanol extract may contribute to its promising in vitro and in vivo anti-inflammatory activities.

目的:研究非糖尿病心力衰竭(Heart Failure,HF)患者应用达格列净治疗后血浆中血浆肾素浓度(Plasma renin concentration,PRC)、血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(angiotensinⅡ,ANG-II)、血浆醛固酮(Aldosterone,ALD)的浓度水平变化情况,探讨达格列净对不伴糖尿病心力衰竭患者RAAS系统影响。方法:选取2021年7月至2022年10月于大理大学第一附属医院心内科收治102例非糖尿病心力衰竭患者为研究对象,44名常规治疗的患者纳入对照组,58名在常规治疗基础上口服达格列净的患者纳入实验组。记录患者一般情况,并分别在服药前及服药后第7天测定患者一般实验室指标(血尿酸、血糖、肌酐、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血钾、血钠、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)、BNP值、RAAS系统(PRC、ANG-II、ALD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、心功能等级。记录两组患者基础资料以及治疗期间心衰症状、心肾功能及RAAS系统相关指标的变化情况并进行对比。结果:1.实验组患者NYHA心功能分级I级从1例(1.72%)经治疗后升到12例(20.68%);心功能II级从5例(8.62%)上升至45例(77.59%);心功能III级从40例(68.89%)降低0例(0.00%),心功能IV级从12例(20.68%)降到1例(1.72%),治疗前后心功能分级分布差异有统计学差异(PtC、tG、LDL-C、K、Na无显著变化(P>0.05)。治疗前后实验组患者均进行生命体征、Glu、tC、tG、Cr、UA,K、Na复查未出现明显异常,未发生不良反应事件,说明达格列净治疗于心衰是安全的。3.治疗后实验组BNP值为(434.55±418.40)pg/ml,对照组为(619.33±453.37)pg/ml,实验组低于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);经治疗,实验组患者的PRC值显著下降至(11.58±4.77)pg/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);经治疗,实验组患者的ALD值显著下降至(65.47±12.01)pg/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。比较两组患者治疗前后差值,实验组ALD(pg/ml)(19.05±20.16),与对照组(2.29±16.07)结果显示,实验组显著高于对照组具有统计学意义(P0.05);经治疗,实验组与对照组均显著下降,治疗前后差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:1.达格列净可显著降低不伴糖尿病心力衰竭患者心功能分级和BNP值,且安全性佳。2.达格列净可显著降PRC、Ang-II、ALD浓度水平,且治疗效果不受性别和其他药物的影响。提示达格列净可能具有抑制RASS系统的作用。

行政服务对一个国家的政治和经济发展方面起着非常重要的作用。ISO9000质量管理体系不仅符合应用在企业管理中，而且也符合应用在公共行政管理中，所以被世界上很多国家进行运用。所以ISO9000被应用在行政管理中不仅有助于世界上很多国家解决行政管理中难以解决的复杂问题，而且这些国家也可以获得ISO9000质量管理的理论精华，工作方法，工作过程以及程序等。应用ISO9000使国家管理机关提供最好的行政服务给人民，满足人民的愿望和要求。越南国家也不例外，从2000年以来，在越南的一些机构已经实施了ISO9000，并且对越南行政改革的过程做出了重大贡献。但是在实践过程中还存在许多问题，需要改进。基于对一些国内外ISO9000质量管理体系的研究和一些管理理论展开研究。首先分析ISO在行政管理的作用，ISO9000与政府行政管理的特点，说明应用ISO9000在国家行政管理的必要性和目标。其次，本文分析了ISO9000在马来西亚和中国的应用情况，从两国应用的情况可以获得经验和教训，使ISO9000成为越南最有效的行政改革工具，提高国家的公共行政体系。然后，本文以越南文化体育及旅游部为例，详细介绍了越南文化体育与旅游部应用ISO9000的情况，取得的进展和存在的问题。特别针对在应用过程中的经费安排以及明确的实施计划等进行了系统的研究。最后，从越南应用ISO9000的情况和在微观、宏观两个层面提出措施和对策以提升ISO9000在改进质量行政管理服务的作用。研究的内容将会对越南国家行政管理应用ISO9000改进行政服务质量提供理论借鉴。

this study used double-bounded dichotomous-choice to estimate and analyze the factors affecting households’ willingness to pay (WtP) for water quality improvement. this study notes that households with higher income, living near a polluted water source, using tap water instead of natural water, who are handicraft producers, and who have more members, are willing to pay more. However, households who rarely hear about environmental pollution issues and who are offered a higher bid are more likely to refuse to pay. Solutions to improve water quality are suggested such as to raise people’s awareness through communication channels and social organizations;to increase income associated with environmental protection policies;to construct wastewater treatment plants;to encourage the relocation of production establishments to industrial parks and industrial complexes;to put regulations on collection, payment and sanctions in case of not declaring and paying fees into village conventions;to promulgate circulars, and bylaws to concretize and simplify regulations and policies of the Government and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

this study used the Binary Logistic regression model to estimate the willingness to pay (WtP) to reduce the use of plastic bags in the daily life of people in the Linh Nam ward. this study notes that households with higher incomes and higher levels of education tend to be more willing to pay. In addition, those who do not have access to information about the harmful effects of plastic bags and receive a higher proposed price often refuse to pay.

离合词为汉语词汇中由两个语素构成的一种数量庞大而且比较特殊的词语群体,其最大的一个特点为既可合又可离,正因为离合词的这一特殊性质和复杂性使得越南学生在习得汉语离合词时经常受到偏误的困扰,尤其是动宾式离合词带补语的偏误。目前在越南,虽然有关汉语离合词该领域的研究愈来愈多,但仔细针对汉语动宾式离合词的研究还相对较少,关于汉语动宾式离合词带补语的偏误研究则更为稀少。因此,笔者决定基于前人研究成果,在对比分析理论和偏误分析理论的基础上通过问卷调查以及数据统计分析软件(SPSS),进行了一项尽可能全面的关于越南中高级阶段学生动宾式离合词带趋向补语、结果补语、可能补语、数量补语及程度补语等五种补语偏误的实证研究。在问卷数据统计的基础上,探究并分析了偏误的一些规律和问题以及产生偏误的原因,从而结合笔者本身的实践教学经验给国家汉语动宾式离合词带补语教学提出了相应的教学建议和启示。调查结果显示,越南中高级阶段学生对动宾式离合词带补语的习得及掌握情况目前属于颇不乐观的状态,在习得与应用的过程中常会出现大量的偏误,且大多数偏误都是错在“补语位置上”的。偏误产生的原因颇多,但主要是由母语负迁移、目的语负迁移、离合词特殊性、教材编写方面的不足以及教学方面的欠缺等因素造成的。通过偏误产生原因的具体分析,笔者分别从教材编写方面、教师讲解方面以及操练设计方面提出了建议,特别强调要使学生理解离合词的概念、特点及其大致用法,然后在日后的教学期间,一步一步地插入离合词并带不同补语扩展形式的教学,同时进行细致的讲解及系统化的操练,教学中注意结合语境,培养学生对动宾式离合词带补语扩展形式的语感,以减少偏误的发生。
