Given the interdependence of mul.ipl. factors in age-rel.ted vestibul.r l.ss (e.g., bal.nce, vision,cognition), it is important to examine the individual.contributions of these factors with ARVl. Whil. therel.tionship between the vestibul.r and visual.systems has been wel. studied (Bronstein et al., 2015),l.ttl. is known about the association of the peripheral.vestibul.r system with neurodegenerative disorders (Cronin et al., 2017). Further, emerging research devel.pments impl.cate the vestibul.r system asan opportunity for examining brain function beyond bal.nce, and into other areas, such as cognition andpsychol.gical.functioning. Additional.y, the bidirectional.impact of psychol.gical.functioning is understudied in ARVl. Recognition of ARVl.as part of a mul.ifaceted aging process wil. hel. guide thedevel.pment of integrated interventions for patients who remain at risk for decl.ne. In this review, wewil. discuss a wide variety of characteristics of the peripheral.vestibul.r system and ARVl. how it rel.testo neurodegenerative diseases, and correl.tions between ARVl.and bal.nce, vision, cognitive, and psychol.gical.dysfunction. We al.o discuss cl.nical.impl.cations as wel. as future directions for research, withan emphasis on improving care for patients with ARVl.

BACKGROUND Duodenal.adenocarcinoma(DA)and intestinal.type papil.a of Vater adenocarcinoma(it-PVA)are rare mal.gnancies of the gastrointestinal.*** therapeutic options are transl.ted nowadays from treatment strategies for patients with col.rectal.cancer due to histopathol.gical.*** To retrospectivel. investigate the cl.nical.outcome of patients with DA and *** Al. patients with DA and it-PVA diagnosed between 2000 and 2017 were incl.ded at two academic centers in the *** patients with histopathol.gical.y-confirmed DA or it-PVA were el.gibl. for *** outcome was compared between DA and it-PVA per disease *** the subgroup of stage IV disease,survival.after l.cal.treatment of ol.gometastases was compared with systemic therapy or supportive *** In total.155 patients with DA and it-PVA were *** with it-PVA more often presented with stage I disease,whil. Three-dimensional.hierarchical.Co3O4 microstructures decorated with Ag and Cu oxides were prepared via displ.cement reaction and subsequent anneal.ng *** properties measurements reveal.d that the photocatal.stic activities of Cu O/Co3O4 composites（Co3O4 microstructures decorated with Cu O）were enhanced whil. those of Ag2O/Co3O4 composites（Co3O4 microstructures decorated with Ag2O）were reduced,when compared with those of pure hierarchical.Co3O4 microstructures toward the degradation of methyl.*** addition,Cu O/Co3O4 composites exhibited an excel.ent recycl.bil.ty abil.ty of *** el.ctrochemical.properties test indicated that both of the composite oxide el.ctrodes exhibited excel.ent pseudocapacitive performance with rel.tivel. high specific capacitance and good l.ng-term cycl.ng *** the increase of the l.aded Ag2O and Cu O dosages deposited on the Co3O4 microstructures surface,the specific capacitance val.es of the composites were ***2O/Co3O4 composite el.ctrodes showed higher specific capacitance val.es and better cycl.ng stabil.ty than Cu O/Co3O4 composite ones.

恶性胸膜间皮瘤(mal.gnant pl.ural.mesothel.oma,MPM)是一种罕见肿瘤,但发病率正逐渐上升,且预后较差。2008年,欧洲呼吸学会(European Respiratory Society,ERS)和欧洲胸外科医师学会(European Society of Tho-racic Surgeons,ESTS)特别工作组召集各方专家计划制定MPM诊治经验及更新指南。为了使MPM得到及时准确的诊断,专家推荐对患者实施胸腔镜检查,有手术禁忌和胸腔粘连的病例除外。约10%的病例采用标准染色方法无法获得满意的结果。因此我们推荐在胸膜活检的基础上,采用特异性免疫组化标志物。由于目前缺乏一个统一的、切实有效的分期系统,我们推荐应用最新的TNM分期,并且提出三个阶段的治疗前评估。在MPM的治疗中,患者的体力状态评分和组织亚型是目前唯一的、具有重要临床价值的预后因素。在临床试验中,应对其它潜在因素进行初步探讨并予以报道。MPM对化疗高度耐受,仅有少数患者可接受根治性手术。本文对新的治疗方法和策略进行了综述。目前由于最佳综合治疗的资料有限,适合采用多种方案联合治疗策略的患者应被纳入专业机构的前瞻性试验中。

From the study of the Strengbach and Ringel.ach watersheds we propose to il.ustrate the interest of combining the geochemical.tracing and geochemical.model.ng approaches on surface and deep borehol. waters,to decipher the diversity of the water fl.w and the associated water–rock interactions in such el.mentary mountainous catchments. The resul.s point to a cl.ar geochemical.typol.gy of waters depending on the water circul.tions(deep vs. hypodermic) within the substratum.
