Five perovskite ceramics samples of Ba_(1-x)er_(x)SnO_(3) with x=0.00,0.05,0.10,0.15,and 0.20 were synthesized using the conventional solid-state reaction *** prepared samples were cha.a.terized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transforms infrared(FTIR),and UV-Vis *** shielding properties a.a.nst ionizing radiation were also *** XRD a.a.ysis shows the perovskite cubic structure as the major phase in all *** FTIR reveals a distinctive band around 614-620 cm^(-1) ascribed to the antisymmetric O-Sn-O ***-Vis spectroscopy was used to determine the bandgap according to diffuse reflectance,and the results display a fixed enhancement in the bandgap from 3.2 to 3.3 eV for all ***-ray shielding properties of the synthesized samples were experimentally measured and compared with XCOM computational *** relative differences(Δ,%)between experimental and theo retical values are low and fall within the 0.446%-7.10%*** addition of er leads to the enhanced density,neutron,and gamma shielding *** contrast,charged particles’shielding pa.a.eters gradually reduce with rising er *** results suggest that Ba_(1-x)er_(x)SnO_(3) samples can be used in different radiation shielding applications.

Optimization of double chamber microbial fuel cell for domestic wastewater treatment and electricity production

Microbial fuel cells(M FCs)represent a new approach for treating w aste w ater along w ith electricity *** present study addressed electricity production from domestic w astew ater using a mediator-less double chamber M *** electricity production w as monitored under different operational conditions for both summer and w inter *** of the anodic and cathodic chambers resulted in a maximal current of 0.784 and 0.645 m A w ith the maximal pow er intensity of 209 and 117 m W/m2in pow er duration of 24 h for the summer and w inter samples,*** electron microscopy show ed that the bacterial biofilm formation on the anode w as denser for the summer sample than that w hen the w inter sample w as used,so w as the total bacterial ***,samples taken during summer w ere considered better in electricity production and w aste w ater treatment than those taken during w inter basically because of the high microbial load during the hot *** pa.a.lel,there w as a decrease in both biological oxygen demand(BOD5)and chemical oxygen demand(COD)values which reached 71.8%and 72.85%,respectively at the end of the operation process for the summer sample,w hile there w as no evident decrease for the w inter *** the operating conditions not only increased the potential of using domestic w aste w ater in microbial fuel cells to produce electricity,but also improved the quality of the domestic w aste w ater.

目的:从 NCBI GEO(Gene Expression Omnibus)中选择三个胰腺导管腺癌(Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma,PDAC)数据集用于筛选潜在的PDAC预后生物标志物。基因富集分析以发现差异表达基因涉及的信号通路和基因本体功能。该研究旨在使用微阵列数据集鉴定参与PDAC发生发展的主要调节基因。方法:从GEO数据库获得胰腺导管腺癌及相应健康胰腺导管组织的基因表达谱(GSE46234、GSE62165、GSE62452)。GSE46234 的微阵列数据基于 GPL570[HG-U133lus]Affymetrix Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 Array;GSE62165 基于GPL13667[HG-U219]Affymetrix Human Genome U219 Array,GSE62452 基于GPL6244[HuGene-1-st]Affymetrix Human Gene 1.0 st Array[转录本(基因)版本]收集。我们从GSE46234(胰腺肿瘤组织:4例;正常胰腺组织:4例)、GSE62165(胰腺肿瘤组织:118例;正常胰腺组织:13例)和GSE62452(胰腺肿瘤组织:69例;正常胰腺组织:61例)中收集所有样本,使用GEO2R筛选PDAC中肿瘤组织和正常组织样品之间的差异表达基因(Differentially expressed genes)。将P0作为统计学上显著基因的标准。使用在线工具创建维恩图(图 2)(https://***/webtools/Venn/).由于所有微阵列数据集都来源不同平台,因此我们使用Z-score方法对logFC值进行归一化:Z score=(x-μ)/σ;其中 x=logFC,μ=平均值(logFC),σ=标准差(logFC)。从DAVID(版本6.8)检索DEG的基因本体论(GO)和京都基因和基因组百科全书(KEGG)通路信息[1,2].我们通过STRING(版本11.0)[3](一种分析两种或多种蛋白质之间的功能网络)创建差异表达的基因之间的蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用(Protein-protein interaction;PPI)。随后运用 Cytoscape(v 3.9.0)软件对 PPI 可视化为整体集群[4].并且通过MCODE分子复合物检测插件(MCODE)(版本1.5.1)对整个网络进行进一步分析,从而获得中枢基因列表.MCODE的配置如下:degree cutoff-2,node score cutoff-0.2,K-Core-2,maximum depth-100。筛选显著中枢基因的标准:上调DEG的总体MCODE得分为12.769,下调DEG的总体MCODE得分为12.00。选用UALCAN的PAAD肿瘤数据库中4例正常组织样本和178例肿瘤组织样本,验证所选中枢基因在UALCAN中的基因表达和生存分析。人类蛋白质图谱(human protein atlas;HPA)用于进一步验证数据分析后所获得作为预后Hub基因。结果:三个数据集共识别出共有133个上调的差异表达基因(表2;图2A)(P0)和256个下调的基因(表3;图2B)(Per,抗原处理和通过MHC Ⅱ类呈递外源肽抗原,有丝分裂染色体向纺锤体极点移动,有丝分裂纺锤体组织,有丝分裂的细胞周期,有丝分裂中期/后期转化的调控,动粒组装,泛素化依赖的蛋白质分解代谢过程,有丝分裂纺锤体装配,有丝分裂细胞周期的调控,有丝分裂胞质分裂,染色体分离,微管,有丝分裂纺锤体,纺锤体,细胞核,纺锤极,中间体,细胞液,纺锤中间区,及核浆,驱动蛋白复合体,分裂沟,细胞间桥,微管结合,蛋白激酶结合,微管运动活性,ATP结合,蛋白质结合,ATP依赖的微管运动活性,加上末端导向,ATP依赖的微管运动活性。通过Cytoscape的MCODE插件识别出14个上调的差异表达中枢基因是CENPE,CKS2,PTTG1,CKAP2L,UBE2C,TPX2,RACGAP1,KIF20A,DLGAP5,KIF11,MELK,TK1,LMNB1 和UHRF1。通过UALCAN平台分析发现14个差异表达的上调中枢基因在PDAC肿

Improved Gasification of Rice Husks for Optimized Biochar Production in a Top Lit Updraft Gasifier

Biochar is a solid material obtained from the carbonization of biomass. If properly produced, it is useful for soil application to enrich plant values. Rice husk (RH) waste, an abundant agricultural by-product, was gasified in a top-lit updraft Belonio rice husk gasifier with a biochar yield of 29.0% ± 1.9%. The equivalence ratio (er) for optimum biochar production was identified and its effect on biochar properties such as pH, volatile matter (VM), fixed carbon (FC) and ash content (AC), electricity consumption, biochar yield, specific gasification rate (SGR) as well as reactor temperature investigated and statistically a.a.yzed. As er increased from 0.292 ± 0.005 to 0.442 ± 0.016, the SGR decreased from 85.4 ± 4.5 kg/(m2hr) to 51.6 ± 2.4 kg/(m2hr) whereas reactor temperature increased linearly with er. The original VM content of RH was found to be 76.1% ± 1.2% and decreased with increasing er from 14.1% ± 0.2% to 10.6% ± 0.3%. The original FC and AC of 5.49% ± 0.22% and 9.10% ± 1.23% increased with er from 50.5% ± 0.7% to 51.3% ± 0.4% and 33.7% ± 0.4% to 36.7% ± 0.1% respectively. The biochar pH at low, medium and high er was 9.36 ± 0.11, 9.64 ± 0.03 and 9.42 ± 0.01, respectively. Results revealed a significant change in biochar yield and proximate values as er changes from low to high.

Internet Protocol version 6(IPv6)is the latest version of IP that goal to host 3.4×10^(38)unique IP addresses of devices in the ***6 has introduced new features like Neighbour Discovery Protocol(NDP)and Address Auto-configuration ***6 needed several protocols like the Address Auto-configuration Scheme and Internet Control Message Protocol(ICMPv6).IPv6 is vulnerable to numerous attacks like Denial of Service(DoS)and Distributed Denial of Service(DDoS)which is one of the most dangerous attacks executed through ICMPv6 messages that impose security and financial ***,an Intrusion Detection System(IDS)is a monitoring system of the security of a network that detects suspicious activities and deals with a.a.sive amount of da.a.comprised of repetitive and inappropriate features which affect the detection rate.A feature selection(FS)technique helps to reduce the computation time and complexity by selecting the optimum subset of *** paper proposes a method for detecting DDoS flooding attacks(FA)based on ICMPv6 messages using a Binary Flower PollinationAlgorithm(BFPA-FA).The proposed method(BFPA-FA)employs FS technology with a support vector machine(SVM)to identify the most relevant,influential ***,The ICMPv6-DDoS da.a.et was used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method through different attack *** results show that the proposed method BFPa.a.achieved the best accuracy rate(97.96%)for the ICMPv6 DDoS detection with a reduced number of features(9)to half the total(19)*** proven proposed method BFPA-FAis effective in the ICMPv6 DDoS attacks via IDS.

Background: Hepatocellular carcinoma is the third leading cause of tumor related mortality and develops mostly in patients with chronic liver disease and liver cirrhosis. Human hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) is produced in various organs of the body and is characterized as a multifunctional factor with various biologic activities. Aim: Our aim was to investigate the predictive factors of recurrence specially the role of HGF in patients with HCC treated with TACE. Patients and Methods: one hundred HCC patients treated by TACE who achieved complete response were included and divided into two groups according to disease free survival (DFS) status at 1 year: the non-early recurrence (NER) group (1) and the early recurrence (ER) group (2). Univariate binary logistic regression analysis for the possible risk factors of recurrence showed that AFP, multinodularity and HGF level were significant.
