Investigating the prom.sing chalcogenide m.terials for the developm.nt of m.m.ry and advanced neurom.rphic com.uting applications is a critical step in realizing electronic m.m.ry and synaptic devices that can efficiently em.late biological synaptic ***,the assessm.nt of m.nochalcogenide m.terials for the fabrication of highly scalable m.m.ry and electronic synaptic devices that can accurately m.m.c synaptic functions rem.in *** the present study,we investigated the thickness-dependent resistive switching(RS)behavior of conductive bridge random.access m.m.ry(CBRAm.based on a m.nochalcogenide GeSe switching m.dium.for its possible application in high-perform.nce m.m.ry and electronic *** thin film. of different thicknesses(6,13,24,35,47,and 56 nm.were deposited via sputtering to fabricate CBRAm.devices with a stacking sequence of Ag/GeSe/Pt/Ti/SiO_(2).The devices exhibited com.liance current(CC)-free and electroform.ng-free RS with highly stable endurance and retention characteristics with no m.jor *** devices with a thickness of 6 nm.had a low-resistance state(LRS),which required an initial reset to ensure reliable switching *** devices with a thickness of 47 nm.and above exhibited the co-existence of unipolar resistive switching(U-RS)and bipolar resistive switching(B-RS)with the CC-controlled transition between the two switching *** resistance states in the 24-nm.device between a high-resistance state(HRS)and an LRS were achieved by controlling the set-CC(from.5 m. to CC-free)and the reset stop voltage(from.0.5 to–1.0 V)during the set and reset processes,*** analog RS behavior of the device was further investigated with appropriate pulse m.asurem.nts to em.late vital synaptic functions,including long-term.potentiation(LTP),long-term.depression(LTD),spike-rate-dependent plasticity(SRDP),spike-tim.ng-dependent plasticity(STDP),paired-pulse facilitation(PPF),paired-pulse depression(PPD)and

We em.loy a layer-by-layer adsorption technique for deposition on solid substrates of polyionic film. of Chicago Sky Blue. Film.growth was significant with the increasing num.er of layers. Photochem.cal properties of these film. are investigated for different ionic concentrations. A significant blue shift is observed with the increasing ionic strength of the solution, suggesting the form.tion of aggregation. Tem.erature effect studies show som. preferable reorientation of m.lecules in the film.during cooling process. m.st rem.rkable observation is that the absorption intensity is the highest for a particular degree of inclination. Deposition tim. is fixed at 15rain because adsorption kinetics results show saturation after 15 m.n.

Study on X-ray em.ssion from.a low energy (1.8 kJ) plasm. focus devicepowered by a 9 μF capacitor bank, charged at 20 kV and giving peak discharge current of about 175kA by using a lead-inserted copper-tapered anode is reported. The X-ray yield in different energywindows is m.asured as a function of hydrogen filling pressure. The m.xim.m.yield in 4π-geom.try isfound to be (27.3+-1.1) J and corresponding wall plug efficiency for X-ray generation is 1.52+-0.06%. X-ray em.ssion, presum.bly due to bom.arding activity of electrons in current sheath at theanode tip was dom.nant, which is confirm.d by the pinhole im.ges. The feasibility of the device asan intense X-ray source for radiography is dem.nstrated.

Linear and non-linear properties of ion acoustic wave （IAW） propagating in a two-electron tem.erature plasm. are investigated from.both analytical and num.rical perspectives by em.loying the fluid theory. A one-dim.nsional m.dified Korteweg de Vries equation is derived for the IAW using the reductive perturbative technique in a nonplanar geom.try. It is observed that the ion acoustic soliton in a two-tem.erature plasm. adm.ts rarefactive （dip like） solitons. In the lim.t that the cold electron population goes to zero, it is observed that the ion acoustic soliton yields com.ressive （hum. like） solitons. The variation of the ion acoustic soliton with different plasm. param.ters is also shown. The present investigation m.y be beneficial to explain som. aspects of ion acoustic rarefactive solitary structures observed in space environm.nts where two-electron tem.erature plasm.s have been observed.

The Naga Hills Ophiolite(NHO) represents one of the fragm.nts of Tethyan oceanic crust in the Him.layan Orogenic system.which is exposed in the Phek and Kiphire districts of Nagaland, India. The NHO is com.osed of partially serpentinized dunite, peridotite, gabbro, basalt, m.nor plagiogranite,diorite dyke and m.rine sedim.nts. The basalts are m.inly com.osed of fine grained plagioclase feldspar, clinopyroxene and orthopyroxene and show quenching and variolitic textures. The gabbros are characterized by m.dium.to coarse grained plagioclase, orthopyroxene and clinopyroxene with ophitic to sub-ophitic textures. The ultram.fic cum.lates are represented by olivine, Cpx and ***, the basalts and gabbros are sub-alkaline to alkaline and show tholeiitic *** basalts are characterized by 44.1-45.6 wt.% of SiO_2 with 28-38 of m.#, and the gabbros by38.7-43.7 wt.% of SiO_2, and 26-79 of m.#. The ultram.fic rocks are characterized by 37.4-52.2 wt.% of SiO_2, and 80-88 of m.#. In m.lti-elem.nt diagram.(spidergram.) both basalts and gabbros show fractionated trends with strong negative anom.lies of Zr. Nb. Sr and a gentle negative anom.ly of ***, the rare earth elem.nt(REE) plots of the basalts and gabbros show two distinct patterns. The first pattern, represented by light REE(LREE) depletion, suggests N-m.RB features and can be interpreted as a signature of Paleo-Tethyan oceanic crust. The second pattern, represented by LREE enrichm.nt with negligible negative Eu anom.ly, conform. to E-m.RB, and m.y be related to an arc tectonic setting. In V vs. Ti/1000, Cr vs. Y and AFm.diagram., the basalts and gabbros plot within Island Arc Tholeiite(IAT) and m.RB fields suggesting both ridge and arc related settings. The ultram.fic rocks exhibit two distinct patterns both in spidergram. and in REE plots. In the spidergram. one group displays highly enriched pattern, whereas the other group shows near flat pattern com.ared to prim.rdial m.ntle. In the REE plot, one
