Recently we have proposed anew method combininginterior and exterior approaches to solve linear programming problems. this method uses an interior point, and from there connected to the vertex of the so called station cone which is also a solution of the dual problem. this allows us to determine the entering vector and the new station cone. Here in this paper, we present a new modified algorithm for the case, when at each iteration we determine a new interior point. The new building interior point moves toward the optimal vertex. Thanks to the shortened from both inside and outside, the new version allows to find quicker the optimal solution. The computational experiments show that the number of iterations of the new modified algorithm is significantly smaller than that of the second phase of the dual simplex method.

We report magnetization and Raman spectroscopy study on single crystals of VOCl,a van der Waals antiferromagnetic *** measurement confirms an antiferromagnetic transition at 79 K and a magnetic easy axis along crystallographic a *** temperature-dependent Raman spectrum reveals five peaks at 30 *** the Neel temperature TN,the Raman-active modes 247 cm^(−1) and 404 cm^(−1) remarkably deviate from the standard Boltzmann function,which is ascribed to the strong magnetoelastic coupling between spins and *** further observe an anomaly in 383 cm^(−1) mode at around 150 *** coincides with the broad maximum in VOCl’s magnetic susceptibility,suggesting a development of short-ranged magnetic order at this temperature.

High speed and ultra-high capacity optical communications have emerged as the essential techniques for backbone global information transmission networks. As the bit rate of the transmission system gets higher and higher 40 Gb/s to 100 Gb/s the modeling of proposed modulation techniques is very important so as to avoid costly practical demonstration. The search for a universal modeling platform for such systems is urgent. Matlab Simulink has become the universal mathematical and modeling tools in most universities and re-search laboratories around the world. this paper thus describes the modeling techniques for advanced photonic transmission systems and Simulink is proven to be very effective platform for development of photonic communications systems due its comprehensive blocksets. The simulation is based mainly on the physical phenomena and understanding of its concepts of communications and photonics. Simulink models are given as examples of various sub-systems of the photonic transmission systems. Some simulated trans-mission performances are demonstrated as examples of final results obtained from Simulink models of the transmission systems.

输血依赖性地中海贫血患儿血浆代谢谱分析

目的:探讨输血依赖性地中海贫血(TDT)患儿血浆代谢组学特征,揭示TDT患儿代谢模式的改变。方法:选取2021年在赣州市妇幼保健院定期输血的23例TDT患儿,同时选取同期体检的健康儿童11例作为对照组。比较TDT患儿与对照组常规指标的差异,随后采用液相色谱-质谱联用技术检测TDT患儿及对照组血浆样本的代谢物组成。建立OPLS-DA模型,对检测出的代谢物进行差异性分析,通过差异代谢物进而分析两组间存在的差异代谢通路。结果:常规指标检验结果显示,TDT患儿较健康对照儿童铁蛋白、胆红素、总胆汁酸、葡萄糖、甘油三酯等指标均显著升高,血红蛋白、总胆固醇均显著降低(均P0.05)。与对照组相比,在TDT患儿中共鉴定出190种差异代谢物(VIP>1)。其中,有168种化合物显著升高,包括精氨酸、脯氨酸及甘胆酸等;有22种化合物显著下降,包括肉豆蔻酸、桐酸、棕榈酸和亚油酸等。代谢通路分析结果显示,TDT对患儿的代谢影响主要集中于氨基酸代谢的上调和脂类代谢下调。结论:与健康对照组相比,TDT患儿氨基酸代谢和脂类代谢显著改变。这一发现有助于优化TDT患儿的治疗选择,为临床治疗提供了新的思路。

For a typical photonic crystal fiber with two zero-dispersion wavelengths,we theoretically demonstrate a new way to generate supercontinuum using an input pulse of 30fs duration and lOkW peak power for providing a compact and cost effective light source to the ultra-broadband time-resolved coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering spectroscopy.

The weight-drop impact is widely used in making animal model of spinal cord injury(SCI).But there has not yet been an appropriate unit for the quantification of the *** this study,we compared the degrees of the spinal cord injury caused by weight-drop impact with the same momentum but different combinations of drop weight and drop height,in order to test whether‘‘momentum’’is capable of being the unit for the quantification of weightdrop *** adult rats were randomly allocated to three groups and were injured with 5 g–10 cm(group A),10 g–2.5 cm(group B)and 15 g–1.11 cm(group C)impacts with the same momentum to the spinal cord,***-field locomotor function was evaluated using the Basso–Beattie–Bresnahan(BBB)locomotor rating *** percentage of spared tissue area(STA)at the epicenter,and 500,1000 and 1500 lm from the epicenter was calculated using serial sections stained by hematoxylin and *** a result,the behavioral recovery(BBB scores)and the STA percentage were similar in group B and group ***,the BBB score in group A was significantly lower than that in groups B and C at the same time point post *** STA percentage was significantly less and the lesion/cavity length was significantlygreater in group A than in groups B and *** suggested that the 5 g–10 cm weight-drop impact,compared with the other two impacts with different weights and heights,caused a greater damage of the spinal cord when the momentum was the ***,these impacts with the same momentum but different weights and drop heights cause different degrees of spinal cord *** alone is inadequate to be the unit for the qualification of weightdrop impact and to be used to predict the extent of injury.

Controlled Fusion Strategy Using Ultra-Intense Laser Derived Positron Generation for Initiation

A controllable strategy for eliciting nuclear fusion is presented through ultra-intenselaser derived positron generation by a conceptual first physics perspective. The capability to generate positrons on demand in a controlled manner through an ultra-intense laser incident on a high atomic number target, such as gold, is the intrinsic core to the foundation of controllable nuclear fusion. Positron antimatter generated from the periphery of the fusion fuel pellet provides the basis for initiating the fusion reaction, which is regulated by controlling the operation of the ultra-intense laser. A dual pulsed Fast Ignition mechanism is selected to achieve the fusion reaction. Based on first physics performance analysis the controllable strategy for eliciting nuclear fusion through ultra-intenselaser derived positron generation offers a realizable means for achieving regulated nuclear fusion. A future perspective of the controllable fusion strategy addresses the opportunities and concerns of a pathway toward regulated nuclear fusion.

An amorphous ferric oxide layer was prepared on a bismuth vanadate *** resulted in improved charge carrier separation and surface catalytic performance compared with the photoanode without the oxide *** photocurrent of the oxide‐layer‐containing photoanode was2.52mA/cm2at1.23V versus the reversible hydrogen electrode,in potassium phosphate buffer,(0.5mol/L,pH=7.0).The amorphous ferric oxide layer on the photoanode contained low‐valence‐state iron species(FeII),which enabled efficient hole extraction and transfer.
