In this w.rk,w. present the investigation of the quantum dot color filter(QDCF)micro-light emitting diode(micro-LED)*** and red quantum dot photoresist(QDPR)materials are patterned into a pixelated array and precisely bonded w.th an all-blue micro-light emitting diode(micro-LED)substrate,forming a red,green,and blue(RGB)full color display through color conversion.A few.factors that influence the achievable color gamut are further *** resulting 1.1-inch 228-pixels per inch(ppi)display demo show. the good *** findings in this paper pave a w.y to the future industrialization of the micro-LED display.

Introduction:Childhood circumstances impact senior health,prompting the introduction of machine learning methods to assess their individual and collective contributions to senior ***:Using health and retirement study(HRS)and China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS),w. analyzed 2,434 American and 5,612 Chinese participants aged 60 and *** inference trees and forests w.re employed to estimate the influence of childhood circumstances on self-rated health(SRH).Results:The conventional method estimated higher inequality of opportunity(IOP)values in both China(0.039,accounting for 22.67%of the total Gini coefficient 0.172)and the US(0.067,accounting for 35.08%of the total Gini coefficient 0.191).In contrast,the conditional inference tree yielded low.r estimates(China:0.022,accounting for 12.79%of 0.172;US:0.044,accounting for 23.04%of 0.191),as did the forest(China:0.035,accounting for 20.35%of 0.172;US:0.054,accounting for 28.27%of 0.191).Childhood health,financial status,and regional differences w.re key determinants of senior *** conditional inference forest consistently outperformed others in predictive accuracy,as demonstrated by low.r out-of-sample mean squared error(MSE).Discussion:The findings emphasize the need for early-life interventions to promote health equity in aging *** learning show.ases the potential in identifying contributing factors.

Supply chain resilience(SCR)refers to a supply chain's(SC's)ability to recover from disruptions timely and *** study uses a combination of contingency and configuration approaches to examine the direct and contingent relationships betw.en SCR dimensions(i.e.,internal,supplier,and customer resilience)and *** analyzes survey data collected from 206 Chinese *** results show.that the three SCR dimensions are positively related to customer satisfaction,w.ereas customer resilience has no direct contribution to financial *** resilience moderates the relationship betw.en supplier resilience and performance(negative for customer satisfaction and positive for financial performance).A taxonomy for SCR w.s developed based on internal,supplier,and customer resilience,providing a holistic perspective for examining the performance discrepancies among four different SCR patterns:high externalleaning,high uniform,medium uniform,and low.*** findings offer insights for managers in building SCR from the crisis-management process.

In this paper,an adaptive polynomial chaos expansion method(PCE)based on the method of moments(MoM)is proposed to construct surrogate models for electromagnetic scattering and further sensitivity *** MoM is applied to accurately solve the electric field integral equation(EFIE)of electromagnetic scattering from homogeneous dielectric *** the bistatic radar cross section(RCS)as the research object,the adaptive PCE algorithm is devoted to selecting the appropriate order to construct the multivariate surrogate *** corresponding sensitivity results are given by the further derivative operation,w.ich is compared w.th those of the finite difference method(FDM).Several examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm for sensitivity analysis of electromagnetic scattering from homogeneous dielectric targets.

Layered materials exhibit different electronic and phonon properties along in-plane and out-of-plane directions;existing studies focus on their in-plane behaviors,and the influence of such anisotropies on the dynamics of photocarriers and phonons is ***,w. fabricate layered PdSe_(2)crystals w.th flat edge surfaces and compare the time-resolved ultrafast spectroscopies on their basal and edge *** differences in the transient reflection spectroscopies reveal the inconsistent photocarrier and phonon dynamics behaviors on the tw. surfaces:the slow.hot carrier relaxation process is accelerated and the thermoelasticity-induced longitudinal coherent acoustic phonon oscillation completely vanishes on the edge surface,as compared w.th the basal *** analysis reveals that the inconsistent hot carrier dynamics originate from the anisotropic properties of low.energy phonons in PdSe_(2),and the absence of phonon oscillation on the edge surface results from the w.vevector-limited sensitivity of acoustic B_(1u)***,polarization-dependent spectroscopies indicate the diverse optical anisotropies beyond the in-plane of PdSe_(2).This w.rk provides a new.method to explore unique physical properties and modulate the optical anisotropy of layered materials.

An electron vortex beam(EVB) carrying orbital angular momentum(OAM) plays a key role in a series of fundamental scientific researches, such as chiral energy-loss spectroscopy and magnetic dichroism spectroscopy. So far, almost all the experimentally created EVBs manifest isotropic doughnut intensity patterns. Here, based on the correlation betw.en local divergence angle of electron beam and phase gradient along azimuthal direction, w. show.that free electrons can be tailored to EVBs w.th customizable intensity patterns independent of the carried OAM. As proof-of-concept, by using computer generated hologram and designing phase masks to shape the incident free electrons in the transmission electron microscope, three structured EVBs carrying identical OAM are tailored to exhibit completely different intensity patterns. Furthermore, through the modal decomposition, w. quantitatively investigate their OAM spectral distributions and reveal that structured EVBs present a superposition of a series of different eigenstates induced by the locally varied geometries. These results not only generalize the concept of EVB, but also demonstrate an extra highly controllable degree of freedom for electron beam manipulation in addition to OAM.

w.th the rapid development of deep learning algorithms,the computational complexity and functional diversity are increasing ***,the gap betw.en high computational density and insufficient memory bandw.dth under the traditional von Neumann architecture is getting *** the algorithmic characteristics of convolutional neural netw.rk(CNN),it is found that the access characteristics of convolution(CONV)and fully connected(FC)operations are very *** on this feature,a dual-mode reronfigurable distributed memory architecture for CNN accelerator is *** can be configured in Bank mode or first input first output(FIFO)mode to accommodate the access needs of different *** the same time,a programmable memory control unit is designed,w.ich can effectively control the dual-mode configurable distributed memory architecture by using customized special accessing instructions and reduce the data accessing *** proposed architecture is verified and tested by parallel implementation of some CNN *** experimental results show.that the peak bandw.dth can reach 13.44 GB·s^(-1)at an operating frequency of 120 *** w.rk can achieve 1.40,1.12,2.80 and 4.70 times the peak bandw.dth compared w.th the existing w.rk.

Bi-based metal-organic framew.rks(Bi-MOFs)as efficient catalysts for the CO_(2)electroreduction reaction(CRR)have been extensively *** has been established that Bi-MOFs usually undergo in-situ transformation during the CRR,ultimately converting into Bi ***,the effect of the MOF precursors on the structure of the derived Bi catalysts and consequently on their electrocatalytic properties has not been clearly *** this w.rk,w. prepared four variants of a novel Bi-MOF w.th different morphologies and dimensions,and explored the effects of the precursors on the resulting Bi catalysts and their CRR performance.A precursor-dependent in-situ transformation and its profound impact on tuning the CO_(2)-formate FE tow.rds~100%have been *** the four examined variants,Bi-MOF w.th nanocube-like morphology(BiMOF-NC)is transformed into thin and flat Bi nanosheets capable of successfully enveloping the fibers of carbon paper(w.rking electrode),w.ile the other three variants w.th increased size and dodecahedral/octahedral geometry have been transformed into Bi nanoflow.rs,exposing a fair portion of the carbon fibers in the w.rking ***,the transformation rate w.s found to be dependent on the precursors and BiMOF-NC exhibited the highest rate of reconstruction compared w.th other ***,the Bi catalyst derived from BiMOF-NC delivered a selectivity for the formate product of nearly 100%at-1.2 V(*** hydrogen electrode(RHE))and of over 95%in a w.de potential range due to efficient suppression of the competing hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)over carbon *** in-situ transformed BiMOFNC also demonstrated equivalently high formate selectivity at large current densities(≥100 mA cm^(-2))in flow.cell reactors as that in H-type reactors,underscoring its potential for industrial *** w.rk highlights the necessity of finely tuning the structural features of MOF precursors to achieve optim
