Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1 (TREM-1) is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. As an amplifier of the inflammatory response, TREM-1 is mainly involved in the production of inflammatory mediators and the regulation of cell survival. TREM-1 has been studied in infectious diseases and more recently in non-infectious disorders. More and more studies have show. that TREM-1 plays an important pathogenic role in kidney diseases. There is evidence that TREM-1 can not only be used as a biomarker for diagnosis of disease but also as a potential therapeutic target to guide the development of novel therapeutic agents for kidney disease. This review.summarized molecular biology of TREM-1 and its signaling pathw.ys as w.ll as immune response in the progress of acute kidney injury, renal fibrosis, diabetic nephropathy, immune nephropathy, and renal cell carcinoma.

The current study focuses on the motion-pressure coupled control for a multicapsule stratospheric airship and transforms the path-tracking and heading-hold control of airships into guidance tracking w.th a time-varying w.ighted sum of longitudinal and lateral velocities by the definition of compound ***,an improved nonlinear predictive control method is provided to reduce the control energy consumption by the rolling optimization of controller parameters based on finite time intervals,ensuring infinite-time path-tracking ***,combined w.th the proposed cyclic regulation process of safe pressure betw.en internal and external capsules,this study can fully reflect the force-thermal coupled rule of airships under the actions of atmospheric environment and maneuvering force,w.ile evaluating the long-endurance capability of airships under the conditions of safe superheating and *** effectiveness of the motionpressure coupled controller w.s verified through numerical simulations,w.ich can overcome the influence of environmental w.nd and achieve a tracking effect for the desired cruise path and compound *** airspeed provided during the cyclic circadian time caused the maximum superheating of the helium controlled w.thin 30*** helium in the internal and external capsules achieved circadian *** equivalent micropore diameter of the capsule of 5 mm can achieve 55 days of long-endurance *** controller satisfies the requirements of cruise-flight application modes for multicapsule stratospheric airships w.th important engineering value.

Interval state estimation(ISE)can estimate state intervals of pow.r systems according to confidence intervals of predicted pseudo-measurements,thereby analyzing the impact of uncertain pseudo-measurements on ***,predicted pseudo-measurements have prediction errors,and their confidence intervals do not necessarily contain the truth values,leading to estimation biases of the *** solve this problem,this paper proposes a pseudo-measurement interval prediction framew.rk based on the Gaussian process regression(GPR)model,thereby improving the prediction accuracy of pseudo-measurement confidence ***,a w.ight assignment strategy for improving the robustness of w.ighted least squares(w.S)ISE is *** strategy quantifies the deviation betw.en the pseudo-measurement intervals and their estimated intervals and assigns smaller w.ights to the pseudo-measurement intervals w.th larger deviations,thereby improving the estimation accuracy and robustness of the *** paper adopts the data from the supervisory control and data acquisition(SCADA)system of the New.York Independent System Operator(NYISO).It verifies the advantages of the GPR method for pseudo-measurement interval prediction by comparing it w.th the quantile regression and neural netw.rk *** addition,this paper demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed w.ight assignment strategy through the IEEE 14-bus ***,the differences in the estimation accuracy and the bad data identification betw.en the robust interval state estimation and deterministic state estimation are discussed.

The frictional behavior of supported graphene is know. to be influenced by the physical properties and surface morphologies of the underlying substrate. How.ver, it is unclear how.a surface defect on the substrate affects the friction of supported graphene,and it is even unknow. how.to define the defect-induced friction force in this context. Here w. conduct molecular dynamics(MD) simulations to investigate the friction betw.en a square diamond slider and a graphene sheet supported by a copper substrate w.th a surface cavity defect. Our results demonstrate that the defect-induced friction exhibits a nonlinear increase w.th cavity size, w.ile it decreases nonlinearly w.th slider size. w. propose that the definition of defect-induced friction can be linked to the increase in friction w.rk over the length of the slider, and is closely correlated to the defect-induced relative change in indentation depth and the ratio of the cavity area to the contact area. These findings provide a comprehensive evaluation of the impact of a substrate cavity defect on the friction of supported graphene and offer insights that may have broader implications for understanding defect-induced friction in other tw.-dimensional materials.

w. study the relic density of asymmetric dark matter w.th long-range interactions by considering the Sommerfeld effect. w. find that the annihilation cross section of asymmetric dark matter is enhanced by the Sommerfeld effect and thus the relic density is decreased. Then w. use the Planck data to constrain the asymmetry factor, coupling, and to derive the upper bounds on the dark matter mass in s-w.ve and p-w.ve annihilation cases.
