Effectiveness of biofertilizers foliar application on yield and quality traits of flax(Linum usitatissimum L.)

Flax is considered to be one of the most significant dual-purpose crops for oil and fiber production in Egypt and *** have a substantial impact on various metabolic processes,including increased photo-synthesis,endogenous hormone levels,ion absorption,nucleic acid synthesis,and protein *** factors collectively contribute to the growth and development of ***,this study aims to investigate how three biofertilizers(Algae extract,CmS as a by-product of yeast,and metalosate multi minerals as amino acids)can enhance both the quantity and quality of flax seed yield under sandy soil *** field experiments were conducted at the Experimental Station of National Research Centre in Nubaria District,Behira Governorate,Egypt during two seasons(2021/2022)using a randomized complete block design(RCBD).The results revealed significant differences among all tested biofertilizers in terms of various characteristics studied in *** application of algae extract at a rate of 1.50 mL/L resulted in an increase in seed yield(ton/ha)by 26.69%&19.89%,straw yield(ton/ha)by 8.08%&17.12%,and oil yield(kg/ha)by 47.72%&33.69%compared to the control group during both seasons *** applications of algae extract at a rate of 1.50 mL/L along with CmS at a rate of 5 m L/L and amino acids at a rate of 1.50 mL/L demonstrated significantly higher macronutrient contents(N,P,K),micronutrient contents(Fe,Zn,mn),seed oil content,and protein content in flax seeds during both *** highest values for seed oil content and protein content%were obtained through foliar application of amino acids at a rate of 1.50 mL/*** can be concluded that foliar sprays with these bio-fertilizers effectively improved flax performance by increasing seed straw and oil yields,nutrients oil,protein and fatty acids seeds contents.

Water stress is a critical environmental adversity that significantly impacts the growth,development,and yield of flax *** this study,flax seeds were cultivated under different water irrigation requirements(WIR)(100%,75%,and 50%)to investigate the effects of exogenously supplied nitric oxide(NO)donor sodium nitroprusside(SNP)as foliar treatments at concentrations of 0.0 mmol/L,0.5 mmol/L,1.0 mmol/L,and 2.0 mmol/*** stress led to a significant decrease in plant growth,photosynthetic pigments,yield components such as oil and total carbohydrate *** also resulted in an increase in leaf H2O2 production,lipid peroxidation levels and activities of enzymatic antioxidants including polyphenol oxidase,superoxide dismutase,and nitrate reductase ***,foliar application of SNP improved photosynthetic pigments and antioxidant defense system which mitigated the negative impact of water stress on growth and yield productivity by reducing oxidative damage caused by reactive oxygen species *** use of SNP also decreased H_(2)O_(2) accumulation levels,lipid peroxidation levels,and improved membrane *** treatment at concentration of 2 mmol/L showed superior results compared to other concentrations with extremely significant increases observed in yield characteristics such as oil content,total carbohydrate percentages,and unsaturated fatty acids to saturated fatty acids ratio.

Web service(WS)presents a good solution to the interoperability of different types of systems that aims to reduce the overhead of high processing in a resource-limited *** the increasing demand for mobile WS(mWS),the WS discovery process has become a significant challenging point in the WS lifecycle that aims to identify the relevant mWSs that best match the service *** discovery process is a resource-consuming task that cannot be performed efficiently in a mobile computing environment due to the limitations of mobile ***,a cloud computing can provide rich computing resources for mobile environments given its unlimited and easily scalable *** paper proposes a semantic WS discovery and invocation framework in mobile environments based on cloud and a relationship-aware matchmaking *** discovery algorithm enriches mWS and user requests semantically with the functional and non-functional properties of Ontology Web Language for Services,such as Quality of Web Service,device context,and user *** WS repository is filtered based on logical reasoning and a parameter-based matching algorithm to minimize the matching space and improve runtime *** cosine similarity between the user request and services repository is then assessed to generate the most relevant *** relationships among concepts in the ontology are considered to improve the recall and precision *** the WS discovery process,users can invoke and test these services in a mobile environment through a dynamic user *** interface of the invocation process is changed according to the WS description *** application prototype is also developed to evaluate the framework based on a Cordova cross-mobile development framework.

COVID-19 is the common name of the disease caused by the novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)that appeared in Wuhan,China in *** the infected people is the most important factor in the fight against the *** gold-standard test to diagnose COVID-19 is polymerase chain reaction(PCR),but it takes 5–6 h and,in the early stages of infection,may produce false-negative *** Computed Tomography(CT)images to diagnose patients infected with COVID-19 has become an urgent *** this study,we propose a residual attention deep support vector data description SVDD(RADSVDD)approach to diagnose *** is a novel approach combining residual attention with deep support vector data description(DSVDD)to classify the CT *** the best of our knowledge,we are the first to combine residual attention with DSVDD in general,and specifically in the diagnosis of *** attention with DSVDD naively may cause model *** in the proposed RADSVDD guides the network during training and enables quick learning,residual connectivity prevents vanishing *** approach consists of three models,each model is devoted to recognizing one certain disease and classifying other diseases as *** models learn in an end-to-end *** proposed approach attained high performance in classifying CT images into intact,COVID-19,and non-COVID-19 *** evaluate the proposed approach,we created a dataset from published datasets and had it assessed by an experienced *** proposed approach achieved high performance,with the normal model attained sensitivity(0.96–0.98),specificity(0.97–0.99),F1-score(0.97–0.98),and area under the receiver operator curve(AUC)0.99;the COVID-19 model attained sensitivity(0.97–0.98),specificity(0.97–0.99),F1-score(0.97–0.99),and AUC 0.99;and the non-COVID pneumoniamodel attained sensitivity(0.97–1),specificity(0.98–0.99),F1-score(0.97–0.99),and AUC 0.99.

At this current time,data stream classification plays a key role in big data analytics due to its enormous *** of the existing classification methods used ensemble learning,which is trustworthy but these methods are not effective to face the issues of learning from imbalanced big data,it also supposes that all data are *** weakness of current methods is that it takes a long evaluation time when the target data stream contains a high number of *** main objective of this research is to develop a new method for incremental learning based on the proposed ant lion fuzzy-generative adversarial network *** proposed model is implemented in spark *** each data stream,the class output is computed at slave nodes by training a generative adversarial network with the back propagation error based on fuzzy bound *** method overcomes the limitations of existing methods as it can classify data streams that are slightly or completely unlabeled data and providing high scalability and *** results show that the proposed model outperforms stateof-the-art performance in terms of accuracy(0.861)precision(0.9328)and minimal mSE(0.0416).

Early detection of the Covid-19 disease is essential due to its higher rate of infection affecting tens of millions of people,and its high number of deaths also by 7%.For that purpose,a proposed model of several stages was *** first stage is optimizing the images using dynamic adaptive histogram equalization,performing a semantic segmentation using DeepLabv3Plus,then augmenting the data by flipping it horizontally,rotating it,then flipping it *** second stage builds a custom convolutional neural network model using several pre-trained ***,the model compares the pre-trained data to the new output,while repeatedly trimming the best-performing models to reduce complexity and improve memory *** experiments were done using different techniques and ***,the proposed model achieved an average accuracy of 99.6%and an area under the curve of 0.996 in the Covid-19 *** paper will discuss how to train a customized intelligent convolutional neural network using various parameters on a set of chest X-rays with an accuracy of 99.6%.

Incidence of orbital,conjunctival and lacrimal gland malignant tumors in USA from Surveillance,Epidemiology and End Results,1973-2009

AIm： To determine the types and incidence of tumors affecting the orbit, conjunctiva and lacrimal glands and to study the trend line of these tumors in the United States from 1973 to ***： We used the publicly available Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results （SEER） database registries to determine the incidence rates. Age was adjusted to the 2000 US Standard Population. Patients were stratified according to age group, gender, race and histological grouping of tumor lesions. Three age groups were defined： 0-19, 20-49 and ≥50y. Annual percentage changes were calculated to examine ***： The overall age adjusted incidence rate was 3.39 （95%CI： 3.27-3.52） per million person-years. The tumors were more prevalent in age group ≥50 counting 9.51 （95%CI： 9.11-9.92） per million person-years. most of the soft tissue sarcomas occurred in the young age with incidence rate of 0.35 （95%CI： 0.28-0.42） per million person-years. Lymphomas were the dominant subtype in the adult population with incidence rate of 5.74 （95%CI： 5.43-6.06） per million person-years. Incidence rates were higher in males than females with an overall rate ratio of 1.31 （95%CI： 1.21-1.41） mainly caused by the increase in carcinoma subtypes. White race had a higher tumor incidence with a rate ratio of 1.47（95%CI： 1.25-1.73） driven by the higher incidence of most histological subtypes. Orbital tumors showed a higher incidence rate followed by conjunctival and lacrimal gland tumors with incidence rates of 1.59, 1.37 and 0.43 per million person-years respectively. The trend line of overall incidence of tumors showed a significant increase （APC=3.11, 95%CI： 2.61-3.61） mainly due to increase of lymphomas. Humic and Oxalic Acid Stimulates Grain Yield and Induces Accumulation of Plastidial Carbohydrate metabolism Enzymes in Wheat Grown under Sandy Soil Conditions

Humic and oxalic acids have the effects of promoting plant growth. We test whether they are able to positively impact wheat yield under newly reclaimed sandy soil, where water deficiency negatively influences yield. Foliar application of humic acid and oxalic acid on two wheat cultivars, Gemiza-9 and Sakha-93, leads to overall better performance of the plants and increases the yield significantly, irrespective of the cultivar genetic background. However, Gemiza-9 surpassed Sak- ha-93 in grain yield parameters. The highest values of grain and protein yields/ha were obtained in both cultivars, when the plants were sprayed with a combination of 17 mg/L humic acid and (300 mg/L) oxalic acid. Humic and oxalic acid showed accumulative yield-promoting effect. To understand the mechanism by which humic and oxalic acids promoted grain yield, we performed SDS-PAGE followed by mS-mS-LC analyses. We identified a unique humic acid-induced 52 KDa band in Gemiza-9. The band contained three major proteins, Ribulose bisphosphate carboxylase large chain, ADP-glucose synthase and NADP-dependent glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPN). Thus humic acid increased the activity of plastid enzymes involved in photosynthesis, sucrose biosynthesis and starched accumulation to improve the overall performance of the plant.
