Reduction of photodynamic damage of blood vessels in the protected region by(–)-epigallocatechin gallate

Photodynamic therapy(PDT)has been increasingly used in the clinical treatment of neoplastic,inflammatory and infectious skin ***,the generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS)may induce undesired side effects in normal tissue surrounding the treatment lesion,which is a big challenge for the clinical application of *** date,(–)-Epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)has been widely proposed as an antiangiogenic and antitumor agent for the protection of normal tissue from ROS-mediated oxidative *** study evaluates the regulation ability of EGCG for photodynamic damage of blood vessels during hematoporphyrin monomethyl ether(Hemoporfin)-mediated *** quenching rate constants of EGCG for the triplet-state Hemoporfin and photosensitized 1O2 generation are determined to be 6.8×10^(8)M^(−1)S^(−1),*** vasoconstriction of blood vessels in the protected region treated with EGCG hydrogel after PDT is lower than that of the control region treated with pure hydrogel,suggesting an efficiently reduced photodamage of Hemoporfin for blood vessels treated with *** study indicates that EGCG is an efficient quencher for triplet-state Hemoporfin and 1O2,and EGCG could be potentially used to reduce the undesired photodamage of normal tissue in clinical PDT.

为了响应高等院校师范类专业“面向产出”的改革导向,满足“双减”政策背景下中小学校提质增效的基础教育改革需求,龙岩学院“学习心理辅导”虚拟教研室以OBE理念为指导思想,以“学习心理辅导”课程改革为核心,通过搭建虚拟平台、重构课程体系、打造实践共同体、推广教学改革成果等建设路径,探索了基于OBE理念打造大中小学校一体化教研模式的新路径,以期为高校师范类专业“面向产出”的课程改革提供思路,也为大中小学校开展联合教研、促进职前职后融通的教师专业发展提供实践参考。

Effects of pulse width and repetition rate of pulsed laser on kinetics and production of singlet oxygen luminescence

Pulsed and continuous-wave(CW)lasers have been widely used as the light sources for photodynamic therapy(PDT)*** oxygen(^(1)O_(2))is known to be a major cytotoxic agent in type-II PDT and can be directly detected by its near-infrared luminescence at 1270 *** compared to CW laser excitation,the effiects of pulse width and repetition rate of pulsed laser on the kinetics and production of^(1)O_(2)luminescence were quantitatively studied during photosensitization of Rose *** di®erence in kinetics of^(1)O_(2)luminescence was found under the excitation with various pulse widths of nanosecond,microsecond and CW irradiation with power of *** peak intensity and duration of^(1)O_(2)production varied with the pulse widths for pulsed laser excitation,while the^(1)O_(2)was generated continuously and its production reached a steady state with CW ***,no significant di®erence(P>0:05)in integral^(1)O_(2)production was *** results suggest that the PDT efficacy using pulsed laser may be identical to the CW laser with the same wavelength and the same average°uence rate below a threshold in solution.

Establishment of a transformation system in close relatives of wheat under the assistance of TaWOX5

Species closely related to wheat are important genetic resources for agricultural production,functional genomics studies and wheat *** this study,a wheat gene related to regeneration,TaWOX5,was applied to establish the Agrobacterium-mediated transformation systems of Triticum monococcum,hexaploid triticale,and rye(Secale cereale L.)using their immature *** plants were efficiently *** the transformation process,the Agrobacterium infection efficiency was assessed by histochemical staining forβ-glucuronidase(GUS).Finally,the transgenic nature of regenerated plants was verified by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)-based genotyping for the presence of the GUS and bialaphos resistance(bar)genes,histochemical staining for GUS protein,and the QuickStix strip assay for bar *** transformation efficiency of *** genotype PI428182 was 94.4%;the efficiencies of four hexaploid triticale genotypes lin456,ZS3297,ZS1257,and ZS3224 were 52.1,41.2,19.4,and 16.0%,respectively;and the transformation efficiency of rye cultivar Lanzhou Heimai was 7.8%.Fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)and genomic in situ hybridization(GISH)analyses indicated that the GUS transgenes were integrated into the distal or near centromere(proximal)regions of the chromosomes in transgenic *** and hexaploid triticale *** the transgenic hexaploid triticale plants,the foreign DNA fragment was randomly integrated into the AABB and RR ***,the transgene was almost stably inherited in the next generation by Mendel’s *** findings in this study will promote the genetic improvement of the three plant species for grain or forage production and the improvement of cereal species including wheat for functional genomics studies.

Detection system for singlet oxygen luminescence in photodynamic therapy

Singlet oxygen （^1O2） is widely considered to play a major role in photodynamic therapy （PDT）, and thus an increasing attention has been focused on the direct detection of ^1O2 near-infrared luminescence around 1270 nm for PDT dosimetry. A new sensitive detection system is developed to directly measure the temporal and spectral resolved ^1O2 luminescence spectra. The triplet state and ^1O2 lifetimes of Rose Bengal as a model photosensitizer in different solvents are determined, and the obtained results agree well with the published data. Our detection system has the potential application in ^1O2 luminescence-based PDT dosimetry.

在决策、动机领域,Higgins(2000)提出了一种新的理论——调节性匹配理论。所谓调节性匹配(regulatory fit),指的是个体的自我调节定向与其行为策略之间的匹配。该理论认为,调节性匹配能增强个体在目标追求过程中的动机强度、主观评价和情绪体验,从而对个体的行为决策产生重要影响。文章围绕调节性匹配的概念、产生、效应及应用价值等问题对相关研究进行综述,并在此基础上提出了现有研究存在的问题及未来的研究方向。

探讨注意力训练课程改善学生注意力的效果,以及情绪对注意力训练效果迁移的影响。随机选取某培训机构参加注意力训练课程的60名学生,分为实验组和对照组,对两组学生进行前后测试,同时通过情绪自评问卷考察情绪对注意力训练效果的影响作用。数据采用spss13.0进行统计分析。结果显示,注意力训练后,实验组学生的注意力各指标有显著提升;注意力训练效果的迁移与情绪关系密切。

臭氧催化/超滤组合工艺去除石化反渗透浓水中有机物

由于石化反渗透浓水含盐量高且存在难降解有机物,不利于水资源的回收利用。采用臭氧催化/超滤组合工艺去除反渗透浓水中的有机物,通过分析臭氧催化氧化预处理实验中影响因素并考察超滤膜比通量变化规律并结合膜污染动力学模型揭示膜污染机理。研究结果表明:当臭氧催化氧化预处理条件为臭氧浓度17 mg/L、催化剂投加量体积比40%、紫外光强0.7 mW/cm^(2)、反应时间40 min,臭氧催化氧化预处理效果最佳;探讨孔径、流速、温度对膜比通量及膜污染影响,得出最佳运行条件为孔径20 nm、流速4.2 L/min、温度40℃且孔径越大、温度越低、流速越小,膜比通量越小,膜污染越严重;基于三维荧光光谱(3D-EEM)及水质分析,臭氧催化/超滤组合工艺能高效去除石化反渗透浓水中有机物。本研究构建的组合工艺可为石化反渗透浓水中的有机物去除提供参考。

Excavation at Hanjing site yields evidence of early rice cultivation in the Huai River more than 8000 years ago

Through the analysis of macro-and micro-plant remains,food residues and the rice-field like features from the mid-Neolithic site of Hanjing in the Huai River region,we propose an early beginning of rice cultivation at *** presence of non-shattering rice spikelet bases and the increasing percentages of rice phytoliths confirm the appearance of domesticated rice in the Hanjing archaeobotanical ***,as indicated by the different prediction rates of rice domestication shown by morphometric of the double-peaked Oryza-type glum cells and fish-scale decorations on the Oryza-type bulliform cells from different cultural phases before 7,000 a BP,rice cultivation was at an early stage of *** findings provide new and significant evidence towards the establishment of the Huai River as another important center for early rice cultivation and domestication in prehistoric China.
