为解决高海拔地区气压降低导致急救呼吸机潮气量控制精度下降的问题,提出了双环PID潮气量控制系统。该系统采用气压补偿型PID控制器调整风机转速,并辅以积分分离式PID控制器,以实现对气流速度的精确控制。在实际海拔4370 m、大气压59 kPa的环境中,系统性能测试表明,相较于单环PID控制,双环控制系统在高海拔条件下表现出快速响应和无超调的卓越性能。平均气流速度输出误差为3.19%,最大误差为4.1%,优于现有临床设备的准确性。这一技术突破不仅提供了高海拔急救呼吸机潮气量控制的有效解决方案,也为特殊环境下的通气控制技术发展贡献了重要参考。

Bipartite graph-based control flow checking for COTS-based small satellites

Abstract Single event upset （SEU） effect, caused by highly energized particles in aerospace, threatens the reliability and security of small satellites composed of commercialofftheshelves （COTS）. SEU induced control flow errors （CFEs） may cause unpredictable behavior or crashes of COTSbased small satellites. This paper proposes a generic softwarebased control flow checking technique （CFC） and bipartite graphbased control flow checking （BGCFC）. To simplify the types of illegal branches, it transforms the conventional control flow graph into the equivalent bipartite graph. It checks the legal ity of control flow at runtime by comparing a global signature with the expected value and introduces consecutive IDs and bitmaps to reduce the time and memory overhead. Theoretical analysis shows that BGCFC can detect all types of internode CFEs with constant time and memory overhead. Practical tests verify the result of theoretical analysis. Compared with previous techniques, BGCFC achieves the highest error detection rate, lower time and memory overhead; the composite result in evaluation fac tor shows that BGCFC is the most effective one among all these techniques. The results in both theory and practice verify the applicability of BGCFC for COTSbased small satellites.

目的:对运动员进行各项生理生化指标的调查与研究,建立健康评估体系。方法:使用SPSS26.0软件,通过双样本t检验、独立样本非参数检验、百分位数法、卡方检验和回归分析等方法分析运动员的数据。研究结果表明:①根据体检数据所划定的标准从一般人群中筛选出233人合格,合格率为27.87%;骨密度数据中394例骨质密度增加,68例骨质密度下降,通过率85.30%;运动能力数据中140人达标,合格率29.91%;②综合问卷中,疲劳与睡眠、情绪的相关性较高,患有颈肩疼痛、支气管炎是导致疲劳状态更为显著的影响因素;③心理问卷结果显示运动员的心理状况普遍较好,对有心理问题的运动员及时进行心理疏导。根据各项指标筛选标准,将结果作为选拔运动员的标准及运动员潜力大小的评定,有助于运动员进行科学训练并改进训练方案,从而提高训练效果,促进运动员的长远发展。

Boson sampling, thought to be intractable classically, can be solved by a quantum machine composed of merely generation, linear evolution and detection of single photons. Such an analog quantum computer for this specific problem provides a shortcut to boost the absolute computing power of quantum computers to beat classical ones. However, the capacity bound of classical computers for simulating boson sampling has not yet been identified. Here we simulate boson sampling on the Tianhe-2 supercomputer, which occupied the first place in the world ranking six times from 2013 to 2016. We computed the permanent of the largest matrix using up to 312 000 CPU cores of Tianhe-2, and inferred from the current most efficient permanent-computing algorithms that an upper bound on the performance of Tianhe-2 is one 50-photon sample per ～100 min. In addition, we found a precision issue with one of two permanent-computing algorithms.

Reducing the energy consumption of the storage systems disk read/write requests plays an important role in improving the overall energy efficiency of high-performance computing *** propose a method to reduce disk energy consumption by delaying the dispatch of disk requests to the end of a time window,which we call time window-based lazy *** prove that sorting requests within a single time window can reduce the disk energy consumption,and we discuss the relationship between the size of the time window and the disk energy consumption,proving that the energy consumption is highly likely to decrease with increasing window *** exploit this opportunity,we propose the Lazy Scheduling based Disk Energy Optimization(LSDEO)algorithm,which adopts a feedback method to periodically adjust the size of the time window,and minimizes the local disk energy consumption by sorting disk requests within each time *** implement the LSDEO algorithm in an OS kernel and conduct both simulations and actual measurements on the algorithm,confirming that increasing the time window increases disk energy *** the average request arrival rate is 300 and the threshold of average request response time is 50 ms,LSDEO can yield disk energy savings of 21.5%.

目的建立基于光电容积法的便捷血管僵硬度检测技术,并评估临床诊断效能。方法采用光电容积脉搏波描记法,结合便携式掌式12导联心电信号采集终端,建立动脉脉搏波传导速度的简便检测技术,应用于55例中国人民解放军总医院心血管内科住院患者,与现有动脉硬化检测技术比较,计算灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值等指标以及一致性检验。结果可穿戴动脉硬化检测装置对动脉硬化检测的灵敏度、特异度及准确性分别为85.7%、95.2%、91.4%,且具有较好的一致性(Kappa值>0.80)。结论可穿戴动脉硬化检测装置具有便携、操作简单、快速测量的优点,在居家和社区中具有较好的应用前景。

IL-17 A is a promoter of colorectal cancer initiation and *** is a polyhydroxy alkaloid compound isolated from Narcissus plants,which has potent anti-inflammatory and antitumor *** effects of narciclasine on colorectal tumors were evaluated,with a focus on IL-17 *** reduced the growth of HCT-116 and SW-480 colon cancer cells in vitro and in vivo in murine *** results of flow cytometry on JC-1 and Annexin V/PI revealed that narciclasine significantly reduced the mitochondrial membrane potential and induced apoptosis,findings confirmed by western blotting results of reduced Bcl2 and enhanced Bax expression,as well as accumulation of cleaved Caspase-3,Caspase-8,Caspase-9,and cytoplasmic *** narciclasine incubation,IL-17 A,Act1,and TRAF6 were down-regulated,while p-P65(Ser536)accumulated in the cytoplasm,a finding confirmed by laser scanning confocal ***17A substitution could partly reverse these narciclasine effects while they were elevated by IL17A ***,IL-17 A,Act1,and TRAF6 were significantly expressed to greater extents in human colorectal cancer compared to normal adjacent tissue specimens and were closely linked with a poor *** study provided evidence that narciclasine may be a useful therapeutic drug for colorectal cancer treatment through its actions in down-regulating the L-17A/Act1/TRAF6/NF-kB anti-apoptotic signaling pathway.
