Distribution characteristics of delta reservoirs reshaped by bottom currents:A case study from the second member of the Yinggehai Formation in the DF1-1 gas field,Yinggehai Basin,South China Sea

The Dongfang1-1 gas field(DF1-1)in the Yinggehai Basin is currently the largest offshore self-developed gas field in China and is rich in oil and gas *** second member of the Pliocene Yinggehai Formation(YGHF)is the main gas-producing formation and is composed of various sedimentary types;however,a clear understanding of the sedimentary types and development patterns is ***,typical lithofacies,logging facies and seismic facies types and characteristics of the YGHF are identified based on high-precision 3D seismic data combined with drilling,logging,analysis and testing *** on 3D seismic interpretation and attribute analysis,the origin of high-amplitude reflections is clarified,and the main types and evolution characteristics of sedimentary facies are *** gas formation upper II(IIU)as an example,the plane distribution of the delta front and bottom current channel is determined;finally,a comprehensive sedimentary model of the YGHF second member is *** second member is a shallowly buried“bright spot”gas reservoir with weak *** velocity of sandstone is slightly lower than that of mudstone,and the reflection has medium amplitude when there is no *** velocity of sandstone decreases considerably after gas accumulation,resulting in an increase in the wave impedance difference and high-amplitude(bright spot)reflection between sandstone and mudstone;the range of high amplitudes is consistent with that of gas-bearing *** distribution of gas reservoirs is obviously controlled by dome-shaped diapir structural traps,and diapir faults are channels through which natural gas from underlying Miocene source rocks can enter *** study area is a delta front deposit developed on a shallow sea *** lithologies of the reservoir are mainly composed of very fine sand and coarse silt,and a variety of sedimentary structural types reflect a shallow sea delta environment;upward thickening funnel type,strong tooth

The extension of the suture zone between the Siberian and Kazakhstan continents in China has been a matter of debate because few outcrops of ophiolitic melange have been found so far. The recently found Tuerkubantao ophiolitic melange, which is located east of the Kekesentao Mt. in the Buer- jin County of the Chinese Altay, provides an important clue for this problem. This paper presents the results of field investigation, petrology, U-Pb isotope dating of zircons and bulk-rock geochemistry of the Tuerkubantao melange rocks. The melange consists of fault-contacted ultramafic rocks, gabbro, diabase, basalt, flysch and granitoids. The ultramafic-mafic rocks are Mg-rich （Mg#= 4.25-6.35） and w（SiO2） spans 38.8%--46.8%. Basalt and gabbro are geochemically similar and are characterized by low w（FeOt）（10.9%）, total alkali w（Na20 ＋ K20） = 2.58%） and w（TiO2）（1.17%） and affinity to the Mg-rich tholeiite series. The flat REE and trace-element patterns of the ultramafic-mafic rocks are indic- ative of their ophiolite origin, i.e., formation in a mid-oceanic ridge setting. The fragments of low-K gneissic granite formed in suprasubduction or syn-collisional setting. Zircons from gabbro and gneissic granite yielded U-Pb ages of 363 and 355 Ma, respectively, suggesting Late Devonian mid-oceanic spreading and oceanic subduction accompanied by suprasubduction magmatism. The Tuerkubantao ophiolite together with the Qiaoxiahala and Buergen ophiolites of the Kekesentao belt define an ophiolitic melange belt extending along the Erqis fault. This belt probably belongs to the Ural- Zaisan-South Mongolian suture-shear zone formed during the subduction of the Paleo-Asian Ocean and subsequent collision of the Siberian and Kazakhstan continents.

Bedrock weathering performs a significant influence on the evolution of Earth’s critical *** rock(dolostone),metamorphic rock(gneiss),and sedimentary rock(sandstone)geological formations in Yanshan Mountain,Hebei Province,are taken as objects to probe the controlling of geological formations on weathering characteristics,migration,and enrichment of elements as well as structure of Earth’s critical zone under the identical climate conditions through geological field survey,analysis on minerals component,element distribution in the weathering *** dolostone geological formation(DGF)is lithologically dominated by dolostone,characterized by the strongest and predominant chemical *** bedrock weathering and pedogenesis,DGF is marked by significant depletion of CaO,Mg O,S,Mn,Mo and enrichment of N,K,Fe_(2)O_(3),and Zn with concentrations of P,Cu,and B keeping *** of soil-forming materials and significant loss are driven by soil erosion,which results in thin regolith and *** soil thickness is less than 10 cm,and the regolith thickness is less than 30 *** vegetation community is predominantly rock arbor or brush,which is calcivorous and tolerant of *** is a dominant rock type of gneiss geological formation(GGF),characterized by the weakest weathering and fast chemical and physical weathering *** is masked by significant depletion of P,K,CaO,MgO,Fe_(2)O_(3),Mn,Cu and enrichment of N,S,Mo,and B,with contents of Zn keeping *** soil and regolith developed in GGF are relatively thick for one of the reasons that biotite expands during *** soil thickness is more than 50 cm,and the regolith thickness ranges from 100 to 200 *** vegetation community is predominantly high-quality economic forests and various arbors because of the enrichment of nutrients in *** is primarily a rock type of sandstone geological formation(SGF),characterized by moderate weathering degree and slow che

The preharvest internal browning of Nane plum fruit,with no visible effects on the appearance of the fruit,has become a serious problem in recent years in its production area in Guangdong Province,*** study investigated the effects of environmental factors,including temperature,on Nane plum internal *** orchards at different elevations with different incidences of internal browning were *** fruits with different internal browning incidence levels,the internal browning mechanism was analyzed with transcriptome and metabolome *** results revealed decreased internal browning at high *** treatment significantly reduced internal browning,whereas bagging and insect-proof net-covering treatments significantly increased internal *** bagging and net coverings increase the local ambient temperature,the findings suggest that high temperature is an important factor influencing the internal browning of Nane *** metabolome experiments showed that with increased internal browning,the levels of phenolic hydroxyls such as catechol increased,with simultaneous increases in hydrogen peroxide content and oxidase *** can be speculated that the oxidation of phenolic hydroxyl substances is the main cause of the preharvest browning of Nane *** analysis revealed the increased expression of calcium signaling-related and downstream effector genes and indicated an important role of calcium in internal browning,possibly due to its increased content in the ***,with increasingly serious internal browning,genes related to photosynthesis were down-regulated,while genes related to senescence were up-regulated,thus suggesting the up-regulation of the process of cell senescence during internal *** conclusion,heat stress should be eliminated to reduce preharvest internal browning in Nane plum.

Background:Current global health course is most set as elective course taught in traditional teacher-taught model with low credit and short *** teaching models are *** characterized by high flexibility and strong application-orientation holds its potential to enhance global health *** applied crowdsourcing to global health teaching for undergraduates,aiming to develop and evaluate a new teaching model for global health ***:Crowdsourcing was implemented into traditional course-based teaching via introducing five COVID-19 related global health *** students majoring in preventative medicine and nursing grouped in teams of 5-8,were asked to resolve these debates in reference to main content of the course and with manner they thought most effective to deliver the ***’experience and teaching effect,were evaluated by questionnaires and teachers’ratings,***’s test was used to compare the difference in students’experience before and after the course,and regression models were used to explore the influencing factors of the teaching ***:A total of 172 undergraduates were included,of which 122(71%)were ***’evaluation of the new teaching model improved after the course,but were ***’self-reported teaching effect averaged 67.53±16.8 and the teachers’rating score averaged 90.84±*** majoring in preventive medicine,participated in student union,spent more time on revision,and had positive feedback on the new teaching model tended to perform ***:We innovatively implemented crowdsourcing into global health teaching,and found this new teaching model was positively received by undergraduate students with improved teaching *** studies are needed to optimize the implementation of crowdsourcing alike new methods into global health education,to enrich global health teaching models.

Background and Objective:LTB4 has been shown to be involved in rheumatoid arthritis(RA)*** effect of Dioscin(Dio)on the LTB4 pathway of RA have not been reported *** study aimed at further exploring whether Dioscin’s effects on TNF-αinduced collagen-induced arthritis(CIA)rat fibroblast-like synoviocytes(FLS)connected with the LTB4 and its receptor ***&Methods:In this experiment,control group,TNF-αgroup,and different concentrations of Dioscin groups were *** viability was evaluated using MTT *** levels of LTB4 in the samples of above groups were measured using *** mRNA expression levels of LTA4H,BLT1,and BLT2 were detected by quantitative real time PCR,while the expression level of LTA4H proteins were detected using western *** distribution of LTA4H was assessed by immunofluorescence ***:the LTB4 level of TNF-αgroup in sample supernatant was higher than both control group and Dioscin groups with decreased LTB4 levels(p<0.05).Compared with the control group,the expression of LTA4H was significantly increased in TNF-αgroup(p<0.05),whereas LTA4H expressions were significantly decreased in all Dioscin groups when compared to TNF-αgroup(p<0.05).The mRNA expressions of BLT1 and BLT2 were markedly higher in TNF-αgroup than those in control group while Dioscin treatment significantly inhibited the increased expressions of BLT1 and BLT2 induced by TNF-α(p<0.05).Conclusions:These results firstly demonstrate that the protective effect of Dioscin on TNF-αinduced FLS may involve in its reducing LTB4 production by down-regulating LTA4H expression,and may inhibit its downstream pathway by decreasing LTB4 receptors *** findings suggest that dioscin produces a potential therapeutic effects for RA via its influencing LTA4H/LTB4/BLT pathway.

Problems of PGE metallogenesis related to mafic-ultramafic complexes in North Xinjiang,China

Platinum group element （PGE） mineralization is mostly related to mafc--ultramafic complexes of the dominant magmatic deposit type. Mineralization of this type mainly relies on two conditions： the abundance of PGE in magma, and the presence of mechanisms favorable to PGE enrich- ment and separation from sulfur-saturated magma during magmatic evolution. Mafic-ultramafic complexes are widely developed in North Xinjiang, including （1） the large-scale copper-nickel deposits of Kelatongke, Huangshan, Huangshan East, and Tulargen, （2） numerous small to medium-sized copper- nickel deposits such as Xiangshan, Tudun, Hulu, Baishiquan, and （3） the Xiangshan West and Weiya medium-sized V--Ti magnetite deposits. However, mafic-ultramafic complexes in North Xinjiang rarely form PGE deposits. Therefore, questions about PGE metallogenesis in North Xinjiang are discussed in this paper from the standpoint of the ore-forming mechanism of PGE deposits and the characteristics of the North Xinjiang magma sources. The rock types of the post-collisional mafic--ultramafic complexes in North Xinjiang are of a ferrous rock series formed by fractional crystallization, a rock type generally favorable for hosting PGE. For the Cu-Ni sulfde deposits of North Xingjiang, the assimilation of crustal material causes sulfide liquation during processes of magmatic evolution and mineralization. This can be shown petrogeochemically, including the characteristics of Sr, Nd, Pb, O, Os, and S isotopes, which indi- cate a magmatic ore-forming mechanism for the Xingjiang PGE deposits. The principal reason for weak PGE mineralization in North Xinjiang may be ascribed to a widely-developed depleted mantle source （with positive end values） that underlies it. The North Xinjiang lithosphere is not of typical Precambrian cratonal type, but has more affinities with modified oceanic lithosphere or immature continental lithosphere that would constitute PGE-poor original magma sources unfavorable to PGE mineralization.

The inessential heavy metal/loids cadmium(Cd)and arsenic(As),which often co-occur in polluted paddy soils,are toxic to ***(Si)treatment is known to reduce Cd and As toxicity in rice *** better understand the shared mechanisms by which Si alleviates Cd and As stress,rice seedlings were hydroponically exposed to Cd or As,then treated with *** addition of Si significantly ameliorated the inhibitory effects of Cd and As on rice seedling *** supplementation decreased Cd and As translocation from roots to shoots,and significantly reduced Cd-and As-induced reactive oxygen species generation in rice *** analyses were conducted to elucidate molecular mechanisms underlying the Si-mediated response to Cd or As stress in *** expression patterns of the differentially expressed genes in Cd-or As-stressed rice roots with and without Si application were *** transcriptomes of the Cd-and As-stressed rice roots were similarly and profoundly reshaped by Si application,suggesting that Si may play a fundamental,active role in plant defense against heavy metal/loid stresses by modulating whole genome *** also identified two novel genes,0s01g0524500 and 0s06g0514800,encoding a myeloblastosis(MYB)transcription factor and a thionin,respectively,which may be candidate targets for Si to alleviate Cd and As stress in rice,as well as for the generation of Cd-and/or As-resistant *** study provides valuable resources for further clarification of the shared molecular mechanisms underlying the Si-mediated alleviation of Cd and As toxicity in rice.
