The flourishing progress in nanotechnology offers boundless opportunities for agriculture,particularly in the realm of nanopesticides research and ***,concerns have been raised regarding the human and environmental safety issues stemming from the unrestrained use of non-therapeutic nanomaterials in *** is also important to consider whether the current development strategy of nanopesticides based on nanocarriers can strike a balance between investment and return,and if the complex material composition genuinely improves the efficiency,safety,and circularity of ***,we introduced the concept of nanopesticides with minimizing carriers(NMC)prepared through prodrug design and molecular self-assembly emerging as practical tools to address the current limitations,and compared it with nanopesticides employing non-therapeutic nanomaterials as carriers(NNC).We further summarized the current development strategy of NMC and examined potential challenges in its preparation,performance,and ***,we asserted that the development of NMC systems can serve as the innovative driving force catalyzing a green and efficient revolution in nanopesticides,offering a way out of the current predicament.

Characterisation of dissolved organic matter in stormwater using high-performance size exclusion chromatography

Understanding the complexity of dissolved organic matter（DOM）in stormwater has drawn a lot of interest,since DOM from stormwater causes not only environmental impacts,but also worsens downstream aquatic quality associated with water supply and *** study introduced and employed high-performance size exclusion chromatography（HPSEC）coupled with an ultraviolet–visible（UV–vis）diode array detector to assess changes in stormwater-associated DOM *** DOM was also analysed in relation to storm event characteristics,water quality and spectroscopic *** tools were used to determine the correlations within DOM and water quality *** showed that dissolved organic carbon（DOC）and UV absorbance at 254 nm（UV（254））as conventional DOM parameters were found to be correlated well to the changes in stormwater quality during each of the three storm events *** detector wavelengths（210and 254 nm）and their ratio（A（210）/A（254））were found to provide additional information on the physiochemical properties of stormwater-associated *** study indicated that A（210）/A（254） is an important parameter which could be used to estimate the DOM proportions of functional groups and conjugated carbon *** study provided also an understanding of stormwater quality constituents through assessing variability and sensitivity for various parameters,and the additional information of rainfall characteristics on runoff quality data for a better understanding of parameter correlations and influences.

为了提高森林康养基地等级划分的精度,对相同等级下不同地区之间的优劣做出比较,提出了一种基于博弈论与模糊区间理论的森林康养基地评价方法,建立了区间型森林康养基地评价指标体系.利用博弈论将模糊熵与变异系数权重进行组合,借助模糊区间理论构建评价模型,并采用格贴近度公式得到待评价地区隶属的等级,引入TOPSIS模型对所选取的待评价地区进行优劣排序.结果表明,该评价方法具有良好的适用性与有效性.

Photocatalytic water splitting has emerged as a new frontier for converting solar energy to green H_(2) and value-added ***,great challenges still remain for developing efficient photocatalysts for pure water splitting without sacrificial *** this work,we demonstrate that doping hexagonal ZnIn_(2)S_(4)(ZIS) with Pd single atoms(Pd_(0.03)/ZIS) can serve as a highly efficient photocatalyst for pure water splitting to simultaneously produce H_(2) and H_(2)O_(2) without any sacrificial *** from aberration-corrected high-angle annular dark field scanning transmission electron microscopy,X-ray fine spectroscopy,insitu electron paramagnetic resonance and diffuse Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy reveal that doping ZIS with Pd single atoms facilitates the formation of S vacancies(S_(v)),where the photogenerated electrons can transfer to Pd single atoms,as a result of enhanced separation of electron-hole pairs and improved photocatalytic ***,Pd_(0.03)/ZIS displays a stoichiometric ratio of H_(2) and H_(2)O_(2) with the productivity of 1,037.9 and 1,021.4μmol g^(-1)h^(-1),respectively,which has largely outperformed pure ZIS and other reported catalysts for pure water *** work provides an efficient photocatalyst for water splitting to produce H_(2) and H_(2)O_(2),which may attract rapid interest in materials science,chemistry,and heterogeneous catalysis.

Analysis of ecological quality in Lhasa Metropolitan Area during 1990-2017 based on remote sensing and Google Earth Engine platform

Based on a total of 519 images,the composite images with the lowest possible cloud cover were generated at pixel level with image synthesis method on Google Earth Engine(GEE)*** Remote Sensing Ecological Index(RSEI)was adopted,and calculated in an efficient way with the assistance of parallel cloud computing of the GEE *** RSEI was used in this paper to evaluate and monitor the eco-environmental quality of the Lhasa Metropolitan *** show that:(1)The ecological quality is better in the west than in the east of Lhasa Metropolitan Area,with Lhasa as an approximate dividing *** ecological quality improved and then deteriorated dramatically before 2000,with the mean RSEI value dropping from 0.51 to 0.46;the trend was followed by a gradual increase up until 2017,with the mean RSEI value increased from 0.46 to 0.55.(2)The RSEI is weakly and positively correlated with socioeconomic *** indicates that the population growth and economic development did not negatively influence the ecological quality,but actually boosted it.(3)The GEE can serve as an efficient computing platform for the assessment and monitoring of eco-environmental quality in vast regions.

Red list assessments of Chinese higher plants

Based on the two most recent assessments of Chinese higher plants in 2013 and 2020,of 34,450 and 39,330 species,respectively,we analysed the threatened status of Chinese higher *** 2020,around 4,088(10.39%)of the assessed species in China are threatened,2,875(7.31%)Near Threatened,27,593(70.16%)not currently threatened and categorised as Least Concern and 4,752(12.08%)categorised as Data *** in 2013,3,767(10.93%)of the assessed higher plants in China are threatened,2,723(7.90%)Near Threatened,24,296(70.53%)Least Concern and 3,612(10.48%)Data *** of the Red List Index in the two years show different patterns when using different weighting methods with the equal steps weighting method showing a slight decrease(0.91675-0.91495)and the extinction risk weighting method showing a slight increase(0.98792-0.98797).We inferred that China's threatened plant species were likely/relatively effectively ***,attention should also be given to the non-threatened species in the future as an additional strategy for their conservation,to maintain their non-threatened status.

High-performance size exclusion chromatography with a multi-wavelength absorbance detector study on dissolved organic matter characterisation along a water distribution system

This study examined the associations between dissolved organic matter（DOM） characteristics and potential nitrification occurrence in the presence of chloramine along a drinking water distribution system. High-performance size exclusion chromatography（HPSEC） coupled with a multiple wavelength detector（200–280 nm） was employed to characterise DOM by molecular weight distribution, bacterial activity was analysed using flow cytometry, and a package of simple analytical tools, such as dissolved organic carbon, absorbance at 254 nm, nitrate,nitrite, ammonia and total disinfectant residual were also applied and their applicability to indicate water quality changes in distribution systems were also evaluated. Results showed that multi-wavelength HPSEC analysis was useful to provide information about DOM character while changes in molecule weight profiles at wavelengths less than 230 nm were also able to be related to other water quality parameters. Correct selection of the UV wavelengths can be an important factor for providing appropriate indicators associated with different DOM compositions. DOM molecular weight in the range of 0.2–0.5 kDa measured at210 nm correlated positively with oxidised nitrogen concentration（r = 0.99）, and the concentrations of active bacterial cells in the distribution system（r = 0.85）. Our study also showed that the changes of DOM character and bacterial cells were significant in those sampling points that had decreases in total disinfectant residual. HPSEC-UV measured at210 nm and flow cytometry can detect the changes of low molecular weight of DOM and bacterial levels, respectively, when nitrification occurred within the chloraminated distribution system.

城市群时空大数据具有跨时空与跨行政区域的动态性与实时性特征,传统的样本数据建设方式给数据存储管理、整合集成、挖掘分析与知识发现等技术环节带来挑战。本研究面向城市群建设与管理对空间信息集成应用服务的重要需求,基于应用主题领域触发的事件模型和关联要素的特征研究,以城市群空间格局与功能定位、区域规划与监测评价、城乡统筹发展、产业协同发展4个应用主题为例,设计了基于要素-事件-主题的时空大数据体系框架,并对“产业用地利用效率评估”事件模型驱动的要素设计、数据组织和算法实现进行了探索。本研究提出的时空大数据体系框架设计思路,使得时空信息互联互通和模型驱动的自适应数据调用成为可能,有助于推动要素类时空大数据在城市群建设与管理工作中的集成应用。

[目的/意义]数据交易是数据要素市场建构的关键一环，对促进数据的流通和利用发挥着重要作用，同时也是法学界当前研究的热点之一。[方法/过程]通过对现有数据的性质观点进行分析，认为数据是物权客体或者知识产权客体都有不妥之处。数据应是新型财产权客体，数据交易的形态有数据包和API接口，但是无论哪一种模式都是通过合同方式交易的。[结果/结论]数据交易合同不应该是买卖合同、租赁合同、承揽合同和技术许可合同，而应该属于民法上的无名合同，按照民法上的无名合同参照最相类似的合同适用规则的视角来看，数据交易合同应该参照适用技术许可合同。在参照适用过程中，要注意数据安全问题，利用技术保障数据安全地进行交易。

中国经济发展新阶段的双重目标是实现经济高质量发展和“双碳”目标。在双循环新发展格局中,国内重点城市的大气污染防治达标与外贸质效的关联性值得深入探讨。论文以2003年原国家环保总局关于大气污染防治重点城市限期达标政策为准自然实验场,使用中国海关企业数据库和工业企业数据库的匹配数据,采用双重差分法(DID)实证检验113个重点城市环境规制对所在企业出口产品质量的影响。研究发现:(1)环境规制会显著促进企业出口产品质量的升级,且通过了一系列稳健性检验;(2)环境规制对非国有制企业和东部企业的出口产品质量的促进作用更强,对国有企业和中西部地区企业影响不明显,对来料加工贸易和一般贸易产生促进作用,但是对进料加工贸易影响不显著,对污染行业产品质量提升作用明显,对清洁行业影响不显著;(3)环境规制通过生产成本、产品创新、工艺创新等中介变量影响出口产品质量,且工艺创新的中介效应大于产品创新。
