High-temperature treatment is key to the preparation of zeolite ***,the effects of hightemperature treatment on the property and performance of HZSM-5 zeolites were studied in this work.X-Ray diffraction,N2physisorption,27Al magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance(MAS NMR),and temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia results indicated that the hightemperature treatment at 650℃ hardly affected the inherent crystal and texture of HZSM-5zeolites but facilitated the conversion of framework Al to extra-framework Al,reducing the acid site and enhancing the acid ***,the high-temperature treatment improved the performance of HZSM-5 zeolites in n-heptane catalytic cracking,promoting the conversion and light olefins yield while inhibiting coke *** on the kinetic and mechanism analysis,the improvement of HZSM-5 performance caused by high-temperature treatment has been attributed to the formation of extra-framework Al,which enhanced the acid strength,facilitated the bimolecular reaction,and promoted the entropy change to overcome a higher energy barrier in n-heptane catalytic cracking.

目的分析并总结具有横纹肌样特征的肾上腺皮质癌的临床病理特点、诊断治疗方法和预后情况。方法报道潍坊市人民医院泌尿外科收治的1例罕见的具有横纹肌样特征的肾上腺皮质癌患者的诊治经过,并结合文献分析该病的临床表现、病理特点、诊断及预后情况。结果34岁男性,因“左侧阴囊胀痛半年”就诊。影像学检查示腹膜后左侧肾上腺区巨大软组织肿瘤,左肾受压移位,导致左侧精索静脉回流受阻,引起精索静脉曲张。血清肾素、血管紧张素、醛固酮、皮质醇、儿茶酚胺等检查均未见异常。行左侧肾上腺肿瘤切除手术,术后病理显示横纹肌样细胞肿瘤,免疫组化示INI1、Syn、Calretinin、Vimentin阳性,基因检测未见SMARCB1、SMARCA4突变缺失,诊断为具有横纹肌样特征的肾上腺皮质癌。目前已随访20个月未发现复发或转移。查阅文献发现该疾病仅有7例报道。结论具有横纹肌样特征的肾上腺皮质癌罕见,确诊需要依靠病理学检查。手术完整切除肿瘤是治疗该病的主要手段,术后需长期随访,辅助治疗效果有待进一步观察。

Blockchain-based cryptocurrencies,such as Bitcoins,are increasingly ***,the decentralized and anonymous nature of these currencies can also be(ab)used for nefarious activities such as money laundering,thus reinforcing the importance of designing tools to effectively detect malicious transaction *** this paper,we propose TMAS,a transaction misbehavior analysis scheme for blockchain-based ***,the proposed system includes ten features in the transaction graph,two heuristic money laundering models,and an analysis method for account linkage,which identifies accounts that are distinct but controlled by an identical *** evaluate the effectiveness of our proposed indicators and models,we analyze 100 million transactions and compute transaction features,and are able to identify a number of suspicious ***,the proposed methods can be applied to other cryptocurrencies,such as token-based cryptocurrencies(e.g.,Bitcoins)and account-based cryptocurrencies(e.g.,Ethereum).

As a new type of nanomaterial,carbon dots(CDs)have been recognized as a versatile nanoplatform with enormous potential for biomedical and optoelectronic applications because of low cytotoxicity,photostability,biocompatibility and versatility in addition to their tunable *** this review,we aim at updating the latest research on preparation,optoelectronic and chemical properties of CDs as well as their biomedical and optoelectronic *** highlight the applications of CDs for stem cell imaging,cell nucleus imaging,two-photon fluorescence imaging,tumor diagnosis and therapy and their optoelectronic applications including light-emitting diodes(LEDs),solar cells and ***,we also discuss current challenges and breakthroughs on machine-learning-driven synthesis of CDs as well as nucleic acid detection with an eye towards the ***,we hope that this review will give further impulses to target-oriented research on CDs for biomedical and optoelectronic applications.

Genetic analysis of the seed dehydration process in maize based on a logistic model

Seed moisture at harvest is a critical trait affecting maize quality and mechanized production,and is directly determined by the dehydration process after physiological ***,the dynamic nature of seed dehydration leads to inaccurate evaluation of the dehydration process by conventional determination *** dry weight and fresh weight were recorded at 14 time points after pollination in a recombinant inbred line(RIL)population derived from two inbred lines with contrasting seed dehydration *** dehydration curves of RILs were determined by fitting trajectories of dry weight accumulation and dry weight/fresh weight ratio change based on a logistic model,allowing the estimation of eight characteristic parameters that can be used to describe dehydration *** trait locus(QTL)mapping,taking these parameters as traits,was performed using multiple ***-trait QTL mapping revealed 76 QTL associated with dehydration characteristic parameters,of which the phenotypic variation explained(PVE)was 1.03%to 15.24%.Multipleenvironment QTL analysis revealed 21 related QTL with PVE ranging from 4.23%to 11.83%.Multiple-trait QTL analysis revealed 58 QTL,including 51 pleiotropic *** these mapping results revealed 12 co-located QTL and the dehydration process of RILs was divided into three patterns with clear differences in dehydration *** results not only deepen general understanding of the genetic characteristics of seed dehydration but also suggest that this approach can efficiently identify associated genetic loci in maize.

Over the past decade, the ability of regulatory T cells （Tregs） to suppress multiple types of immune cells has received tremendous attention. Mounting evidence has revealed that tissue resident Tregs control non-immunological processes of their target tissues and contribute to a plethora of human diseases. The identification of novel tissue-specific Tregs has highlighted their heterogeneity and complexity. This review summarizes the recent findings for visceral adipose tissue CD4＋Foxp3＋ regulatory T cells （VAT Tregs）, muscle Tregs, bone Tregs and skin memory Tregs, with a focus on their unique functions in local tissues. This interpretation of the roles of tissue-specific Tregs and of their involvement in disease progression provides new insight into the discovery of potential therapeutic targets of human diseases.

目的建立融合循证药学与精准药学思维的临床药学专业硕士研究生培养体系。方法分析临床药学专业硕士研究生培养中存在的不足,通过优化课程内容与课程体系,搭建临床药学服务模式与精准药学技术平台,培养临床药学专业硕士研究生的临床实践能力、批判精神、科研素质及人文素养。结果目前,我国临床药学专业硕士研究生在培养过程中存在循证药学与精准药学理念认知不足,培养模式不适应临床需求,培养过程管理不规范,人文教育严重不足等问题。构建了传统医学、循证医学与精准医学融合发展,覆盖理论教学、临床实践与毕业设计全过程的临床药学专业硕士研究生培养体系。结论融合循证药学与精准药学思维的临床药学专业硕士研究生培养体系将有助于研究生临床胜任力的培养,也为新时期药学研究生的培养提供了思路和借鉴。

Impact of preoperative therapy on surgical outcomes of laparoscopic total gastrectomy for gastric/gastroesophageal junction cancer

Objective: As laparoscopic surgery is widely applied for primarily treated gastric cancer(GC)/gastroesophageal junction cancer(GEJC) and gains many advantages, the feasibility of laparoscopic total gastrectomy(LTG) for GC/GEJC patients who have received preoperative therapy(PT) has come to the fore. This study aims to analyze the safety and feasibility of LTG after PT for GC/GEJC ***: We retrospectively analyzed the data of 511 patients with GC/GEJC undergoing LTG, of which 405received LTG(LTG group) and 106 received PT+LTG(PT-LTG group) at Nanfang Hospital between June 2018and September 2022. The surgical outcomes were compared between the two ***: The surgical duration was significantly longer in the PT-LTG group(P<0.001), while the incidence of intraoperative complications(P=1.000), postoperative complications(LTG group vs. PT-LTG group: 26.2% vs.23.6%, P=0.587), the classification of complication severity(P=0.271), and postoperative recovery was similar between two groups. Notably, the incidence of anastomotic complications of esophagojejunostomy was also comparable between the two groups(LTG group vs. PT-LTG group: 5.9% vs. 5.7%, P=0.918). The univariate and multivariate analysis confirmed that positive proximal margin [positive vs. negative: odds ratio(OR)=14.094, 95%confidence interval(95% CI): 2.639-75.260, P=0.002], rather than PT, has an impact on anastomotic complications after LTG(OR=0.945, 95% CI: 0.371-2.408, P=0.905).Conclusions: PT did not increase the surgical risk of LTG for GC/GEJC. Therefore, considering the positive effect of PT on long-term survival, the broader application of PT and LTG for GC/GEJC is supported by our findings.

Correlated states have emerged in low-dimensional systems owing to enhanced Coulomb *** these states requires atomic-scale characterization and delicate control ***,spectroscopic imaging-scanning tunneling microscopy was employed to investigate the correlated states residing in 1D electrons of the monolayer and bilayer MoSe2 mirror twin boundary(MTB).The Coulomb energies,determined by the wire length,drive the MTB into two types of ground states with distinct respective out-of-phase and in-phase charge *** two ground states can be reversibly converted through a metastable zero-energy state with in situ voltage pulses,which tune the electron filling of the MTB via a polaronic process,substantiated by first-principles *** Hubbard model calculation with an exact diagonalization method reveals the ground states as correlated insulators from an on-site U-originated Coulomb interaction,dubbed the Hubbard-type Coulomb blockade *** study lays a foundation for understanding and tailoring correlated physics in complex systems.
