Miniature devices comprising stimulus-responsive hydrogels with high environmental adaptability are now considered competitive candidates in the fields of biomedicine,precise sensors,and tunable *** and advanced fabricationmethods are critical formaximizing the application capabilities ofminiature ***-based three-dimensional(3D)printing technology offers the advantages of a wide range of applicable materials,high processing accuracy,and strong 3D fabrication capability,which is suitable for the development of miniature devices with various *** paper summarizes and highlights the recent advances in light-based 3D-printed miniaturized devices,with a focus on the latest breakthroughs in lightbased fabrication technologies,smart stimulus-responsive hydrogels,and tunable miniature devices for the fields of miniature cargo manipulation,targeted drug and cell delivery,active scaffolds,environmental sensing,and optical ***,the challenges in the transition of tunable miniaturized devices from the laboratory to practical engineering applications are *** opportunities that will promote the development of tunable microdevices are elaborated,contributing to their improved understanding of these miniature devices and further realizing their practical applications in various fields.

Cross-scale modulation for aqueous fabrication of monodisperse Cu2−xE(E=S,Se,Te)nanocrystals and supraparticles

Exploring aqueous nano-fabrication with monodisperse and hierarchical characteristics is fundamentally and technically ***,we discover that inter-particle nano–nano scale interactions profoundly affect the products’morphology ranging from polydisperse→monodisperse to individual→hierarchical ***,we present a“nucleationgrowth-dispersion triple modulation”strategy for fabricating monodisperse Cu2−xE(E=S,Se,Te)nanocrystals(nCs)and supraparticles(SPs).Such full-process and cross-scale control is conducted by two rationally selected ligands(cysteine and citrate molecules),which are responsible for atom/molecule–nano and nano–nano interaction modulations,*** reacts with the cations and forms low reactive(cysteine-Cu+)n coordination polymers,which overcomes the commonly concerned nucleation and particle growth induced ***,by virtue of its strong negative charge modulated nC–nC interactions,decides the products morphology from polydisperse products to monodisperse nCs to monodisperse hierarchical *** findings not only present new insights into aqueous nano-synthesis chemistry but provide an eco-friendly system for versatile and high-quality nano-entity fabrication.

Paleoceanographic records and sea ice extension history on the slope of the northern Bering Sea over the last 100 ka B.P.

Quantitative analytic results of the biogenic components in Core B2-9 fromthe northern Bering Sea slope indicate that the coarse fraction and opal content, serving as proxiesof surface productivity, have increased stepwise since the marine isotope stageCMISJS.S, reflectingperiodic enhancement in surface *** surface productivity attained its highest levelduring the Holocene, followed by MIS 3.2 to 2 and then MIS 5.3 to 3.3 with a lowest level. Hightotal organic carbon(TOC) contents, together with high C/n ratios, which stand mostly between 7 and20, show that the TOC was deposited from mixing sources. Therefore,one has to be cautious to use TOCas a proxy of surface *** high TOC and C/n ratio during MIS 5.1, 3.3 to 3.2 and theHolocene reflect that the terrigenous organic matter input increased during *** in the fine- and silt-grained terrigenous components from MIS 5.3 to the middleHolocene imply that with the cooling climate, sea ice on the Bering Sea slope extended ***-rafted and charcoal detritus increased during glacial, interstadial and the last deglaciationperiods and decreased during interglacial periods, suggesting that sea ice on the slope increasedand melted, respectively, during glacial and interglacial periods. The extension of sea ice duringglacial *** was linked with the climate over the north American Continent, responded toglobal climate change during late Quaternary glacial and interglacial cycles.

As is well known,the classical nonsingular Whittaker modules over quantum groups cannot be defined for the non-A1 *** this paper,by choosing different generators for the quantum group U_(q)(gl_(n+1)),we introduce and study the twisted Whittaker modules over U_(q)(gl_(n+1)).We classify all the simple twisted Whittaker modules with nonsingular Whittaker *** agrees with Kostant’s results on Whittaker modules for the simple complex Lie algebras sln+1 as q approaches 1.

Copper（II） Complexes Based on 4＇-R-Terpyridine： Synthesis, Structures, and Photocatalytic Properties

Complexes Cu（II）（4＇-R-terpyridine）2（C104）2[R=2-thienyl（1）, 2-（5-bromothienyl）（2）, 2-（5-methyl- thienyl）（3） and 2-（5-methoxythienyl）（4）] were synthesized, and their structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses and were further characterized by high resolution mass spectrometry, infrared spectrosco- py（m）, as well as elemental analysis. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis shows that Cu（II） ions in the complexes are both six-coordinated with n6 coordination sphere, displaying distorted octahedral geometries. In addition, the UV-Vis absorption spectra show that the four complexes all exhibit absorption components in both UV and visible light regions. Thus, the photocatalytic activities of the four complexes in the degradation of organic dyes were investigated.

On Unitary Invariant Weakly Complex Berwald Metrics with Vanishing Holomorphic Curvature and Closed Geodesics

In this paper, the authors construct a class of unitary invariant strongly pseudoconvex complex Finsler metrics which are of the form F =√[ rf(s- t)[, where r = ||v||~ 2, s =| z,v |~2/r, t =|| z||~ 2, f(w) is a real-valued smooth positive function of w ∈ R,and z is in a unitary invariant domain M  C^n. Complex Finsler metrics of this form are unitary invariant. We prove that F is a class of weakly complex Berwald metrics whose holomorphic curvature and Ricci scalar curvature vanish identically and are independent of the choice of the function f. Under initial value conditions on f and its derivative f, we prove that all the real geodesics of F =√[rf(s- t)] on every Euclidean sphere S^(2n-1) M are great circles.

Error-detected n-photon cluster state generation based on the controlled-phase gate using a quantum dot in an optical microcavity

We propose a scheme for error-detected generation of an AT-photon cluster state with a quantum dot(QD)embedded in a single-sided optical niicrocavity(QD-cavity system).The basic structure of this scheme is an error-detected controlled-phase(C-phase)gate on the hybrid electron-photon *** this scheme,the fidelity of n-photon cluster state generation can be reached imity even if low-Q cavity and cavity leakage are *** using error detecting,the generation of an AT-photon cluster state can be performed by repeating until success,which also leads to a high success probability,compared with other schemes assisted by the QD-cavity *** error-detected generation of an n-photon cluster state in the highly controllable way may benefit on the quantum network in the future.

Dependence of domain wall structures on repetition n in[Pt(0.5 nm)/Co(0.4 nm)]_n/niO(1.1 nm)/[Co(0.4 nm)/Pt(0.5 nm)]_n multilayers

The magnetic force microscopy and a sample vibrating magnetometer have been used to investigate the domain structure in two antiferromagnetically coupled Co/Pt *** the antiferromagnetic coupled[Pt（0.5 nm）/Co（0.4 nm）]n/niO（1.1 nm）/[Co（0.4 nm）/Pt（0.5 nm）]n multilayers with perpendicular anisotropy,the antiferromagnetic interlayer coupling strength increases linearly with the repetition number n in Co/Pt *** demagnetized states,relatively shifted domain walls in the two Co/Pt multilayers are observed,with net ferromagnetic stripes formed between them for the repetition number n less than 5,and the stripe width decreases with the increase of *** occurrence of these features can be attributed to the competition between the interlayer coupling and magnetostatic energies.

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a Cyano-bridged Bimetallic Complex K_3(TMS)_2(H_2O)_2Cr(Cn)_6[TMS = Tetramethylene Sulfone]

The cyano-bridged bimetallic complex K3(TMS)2(H2O)2Cr(Cn)6 with three- dimensional microporous structure was synthesized and characterized. The title complex (C14H20CrK3n, Mr = 601.78) crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 14.357(4), b = 9.331(3), c = 19.180(6) ?, β = 96.754(5)o, V = 2551.6(13) ?3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.567 g/m3, μ(MoKα) = 1.141 mm-1, F(000) = 1228, the final R = 0.0440 and wR = 0.0990 for 1760 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the crystal, two [Cr(Cn) ]3- units, four K+ ions and two oxygen atoms of two 6 TMS molecules are linked to form a sixteen-membered ring and an extended three-dimensional structure.

A novel threshold changeable secret sharing scheme

A(t,n)threshold secret sharing scheme is a fundamental tool in many security applications such as cloud computing and multiparty *** conventional threshold secret sharing schemes,like Shamir’s scheme based on a univariate polynomial,additional communication key share scheme is needed for shareholders to protect the secrecy of their shares if secret reconstruction is performed over a *** the secret reconstruction,the threshold changeable secret sharing(TCSS)allows the threshold to be a dynamic value so that if some shares have been compromised in a given time,it needs more shares to reconstruct the ***,a new secret sharing scheme based on a bivariate polynomial is proposed in which shares generated initially by a dealer can be used not only to reconstruct the secret but also to protect the secrecy of shares when the secret reconstruction is performed over a *** this paper,we further extend this scheme to enable it to be a TCSS without any *** proposed TCSS is dealer-free and *** generated by a dealer in our scheme can serve for three purposes,(a)to reconstruct a secret;(b)to protect the secrecy of shares if secret reconstruction is performed over a network;and(c)to enable the threshold changeable property.
