近海风力发电机组制动具有“三高”(高速、高力矩、高压力)和“一特殊”(海洋水雾、盐雾腐蚀环境)的特点,铜基粉末冶金材料因具有组织均匀、导热性好、耐磨性高、摩擦系数稳定等优点,可应用于近海风力发电的摩擦材料。本文综述了近年来铜基粉末冶金摩擦材料在成分组元、制备工艺以及仿真模拟等方面的研究进展,其中铜基粉末冶金材料的成分组元主要包括基体组元、润滑组元和摩擦组元,其制备工艺主要采用传统热压烧结和放电等离子烧结,同时概述了材料在制动过程中温度场和应力场的仿真模拟,最后展望了铜基粉末冶金摩擦材料的发展前景。

Multicomponent ultra-high temperature ceramics(UHTCs)are promising candidates for thermal protection materials(TPMs)used in aerospace ***,finding out desirable compositions from an enormous number of possible compositions remains ***,through elucidating the role of preferential oxidation in ablation behavior of multicomponent UHTCs via the thermodynamic analysis and experimental verification,the correlation between the composition and ablation performance of multicomponent UHTCs was revealed from the aspect of *** found that the metal components in UHTCs can be thermodynamically divided into preferentially oxidized component(denoted as MP),which builds up a skeleton in oxide layer,and laggingly oxidized component(denoted as ML),which fills the oxide ***,a thermodynamically driven gradient in the concentration of MP and ML forms in the oxide *** on these findings,a strategy for pre-evaluating the ablation performance of multicomponent UHTCs was developed,which provides a preliminary basis for the composition design of multicomponent UHTCs.

Multi-component solid solutions with non-stoichiometric compositions are characteristics of ultra-high temperature carbides as promising materials for hypersonic ***,for group IV transition-metal carbides,the oxidation behavior of multi-component non-stoichiometric(Zr,Hf,Ti)C_(x)carbide solid solution has not been clarified *** present work fabricated four kinds of(Zr,Hf,Ti)C_(x)carbide solid solution powders by free-pressureless spark plasma sintering to investigate the oxidation behavior of(Zr,Hf,Ti)C_(x)in *** effects of metallic atom composition on oxidation resistance were *** results indicate that the oxidation kinetics of(Zr,Hf,Ti)C_(x)are composition dependent.A high Hf content in(Zr,Hf,Ti)C_(x)was beneficial to form an amorphous Zr-Hf-Ti-C-0 oxycarbide layer as an oxygen barrier to enhance the initial oxidation ***,an equiatomic ratio of metallic atoms reduced the growth rate of(Zr,Hf,Ti)O_(2)oxide,increasing its phase stability at high temperatures,which improved the oxidation activation energy of(Zr,Hf,Ti)C_(x).

A multi-relaxation-time discrete Boltzmann model(DBM) with split collision is proposed for both subsonic and supersonic compressible reacting flows, where chemical reactions take place among various components. The physical model is based on a unified set of discrete Boltzmann equations that describes the evolution of each chemical species with adjustable acceleration, specific heat ratio, and Prandtl number. On the right-hand side of discrete Boltzmann equations, the collision,force, and reaction terms denote the change rates of distribution functions due to self-and crosscollisions, external forces, and chemical reactions, respectively. The source terms can be calculated in three ways, among which the matrix inversion method possesses the highest physical accuracy and computational efficiency. Through Chapman–Enskog analysis, it is proved that the DBM is consistent with the reactive Navier–Stokes equations, Fick's law and the Stefan–Maxwell diffusion equation in the hydrodynamic limit. Compared with the one-step-relaxation model, the split collision model offers a detailed and precise description of hydrodynamic, thermodynamic, and chemical nonequilibrium effects. Finally, the model is validated by six benchmarks, including multicomponent diffusion, mixture in the force field, Kelvin–Helmholtz instability, flame at constant pressure, opposing chemical reaction, and steady detonation.

This paper introduces the system of game-theoretic interactions,which connects both the explanation of knowledge encoded in a deep neural networks(DNN)and the explanation of the representation power of a *** this system,we define two gametheoretic interaction indexes,namely the multi-order interaction and the multivariate *** crucially,we use these interaction indexes to explain feature representations encoded in a DNN from the following four aspects:(1)Quantifying knowledge concepts encoded by a DNN;(2)Exploring how a DNN encodes visual concepts,and extracting prototypical concepts encoded in the DNN;(3)Learning optimal baseline values for the Shapley value,and providing a unified perspective to compare fourteen different attribution methods;(4)Theoretically explaining the representation bottleneck of ***,we prove the relationship between the interaction encoded in a DNN and the representation power of a DNN(e.g.,generalization power,adversarial transferability,and adversarial robustness).In this way,game-theoretic interactions successfully bridge the gap between“the explanation of knowledge concepts encoded in a DNN”and"the explanation of the representation capacity of a DNN"as a unified explanation.
