Petrogenesis and Tectonic Implications of the Early Triassic Nianzi Adakitic Granite Unit in the Yanshan Fold and Thrust Belt:New Constraints from U-Pb Geochronology and Sr-Nd-Hf Isotopes

The Nianzi granite unit,which includes the Nianzi,Xiaolianghou and Xiawopu granitic intrusions,is a significant component of the northern part of the North China Craton(NCC)and is situated in the Yanshan fold and thrust belt(YFTB).However,there is still debate regarding the tectonic evolutionary history of the YFTB during the late Permian to Triassic period,specifically regarding the timing of subduction and collision between the NCC and the Paleo-Asian Ocean.The Nianzi granite unit exhibits unique petrological,geochronological and geochemical signatures that shed light on the tectonic evolutionary history of the YFTB.This study presents detailed petrology,whole-rock geochemistry,together with Sr-Nd isotopic,zircon U-Pb dating and Lu-Hf isotopic data of the granites within the Nianzi granite unit.Our findings demonstrate that the granites primarily consist of subhedral K-feldspar,plagioclase,quartz,minor biotite and hornblende,with accessory titanite,apatite,magnetite and zircon.Zircon U-Pb dating indicates that the Xiaolianghou granite was emplaced at 247.5±0.62 Ma.Additionally,the adakitic characteristics of the Nianzi,Xiawopu and Xiaolianghou granitic intrusions,such as high Sr and Ba contents and high ratios of Sr/Y and(La/Yb)N,combined with negative Sr-Nd and Lu-Hf isotopes(87Sr/86Sr)i=0.705681–0.7057433,εNd(t)=−21.98 to−20.97,zirconεHf(t)=−20.26 to−9.92,as well as the I-type granite features of high SiO_(2),Na_(2)O and K_(2)O/Na_(2)O ratios,enriched Rb,K,Sr and Ba,along with depleted Th,U,Nb,Ta,P and Ti,suggest that the Nianzi granitic unit was mainly derived from the partial melting of a thickened lower crust containing hydrous,calc-alkaline to high-K calc-alkaline,mafic to intermediate metamorphic rocks.In light of these parameters,we further integrate our data with previous studies and conclude that the Nianzi granitic unit was generated in a post-collisional extensional environment during the Early Triassic.

As a potential vectored vaccine,Newcastle disease virus(NDV)has been subject to various studies for vaccine development,while relatively little research has outlined the immunomodulatory effect of the virus in antigen presentation.To elucidate the key inhibitory factor in regulating the interaction of infected dendritic cells(DCs)and T cells,DCs were pretreated with the NDV vaccine strain LaSota as an inhibitor and stimulated with lipopolysaccharide(LPS)for further detection by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),flow cytometry,immunoblotting,and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).The results revealed that NDV infection resulted in the inhibition of interleukin(IL)-12p40 in DCs through a p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)-dependent manner,thus inhibiting the synthesis of IL-12p70,leading to the reduction in T cell proliferation and the secretion of interferon-(IFN-),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and IL-6 induced by DCs.Consequently,downregulated cytokines accelerated the infection and viral transmission from DCs to T cells.Furthermore,several other strains of NDV also exhibited inhibitory activity.The current study reveals that NDV can modulate the intensity of the innate-adaptive immune cell crosstalk critically toward viral invasion improvement,highlighting a novel mechanism of virus-induced immunosuppression and providing new perspectives on the improvement of NDV-vectored vaccine.

Pterostilbene antagonizes homocysteine-induced oxidative stress,apoptosis and lipid deposition in vascular endothelial cells

Hyperhomocysteinemia(HHcy)causes oxidative stress, induces apoptosis, and leads to damage to the vascular endothelium is the starting point of atherosclerosis. Pterostilbene(Pte)has been reported to have antioxidant and anti-apoptotic effects under various pathological conditions. The purpose of this study was to explore whether Pte can inhibit the oxidative stress and apoptosis of vascular endothelium induced by homocysteine(Hcy)and to explain the possible mechanism by which it occurs. The results showed that 20 μmol/L Pte significantly reduced the accumulation of reactive oxygen species, malondialdehyde, and lipids in cells induced by Hcy and promoted the activities of superoxide dismutase and catalase. The Hoechst 33342/PI staining assay showed that Pte antagonized Hcy-induced apoptosis. Pte inhibited Hcy-induced Akt dephosphorylation, increased p53, and decreased the Bcl-2/Bax ratio and caspase-9/caspase-3 activation in a dose-dependent manner. LY294002 pretreatment partially reversed the protective effect of Pte by blocking the PI3K/Akt pathway. Moreover, Pte reduced lipid deposition in human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs). This study proposes that Pte can inhibit Hcy-induced oxidative stress and apoptosis of HUVECs, and the PI3K/Akt/p53 signaling pathway of apoptosis was revealed. These results suggest that Pte exhibits significant potential for dealing with HHcy-induced vascular endothelial injury, such as atherosclerosis.

Inter-annual variations of 6.5-day planetary waves and their relations with QBO

This paper studies inter-annual variations of 6.5-Day Waves(6.5 DWs) observed at altitudes 20-110 km between 52°S-52°N latitudes during March 2002-January 2021, and how these variations were related to the equatorial stratospheric Quasi-Biennial Oscillation(QBO). Temperature amplitudes of the 6.5 DWs are calculated based on SABER/TIMED observations. QBO zonal winds are obtained from an ERA5 reanalysis dataset. QBO phases are derived using an Empirical Orthogonal Functions(EOF) method. Wavelet analysis of the observed 6.5 DW variations demonstrates obvious spectral maximums around 28-38 months at 32°N-52°N, and around 26-30 months at 32°S-52°S. In the Northern Hemisphere, peak periods lengthened poleward;in the Southern Hemisphere, however,they were unchanged with latitude. Residual 6.5 DWs amplitudes have been determined by removing composite amplitudes from 6.5 DWs amplitudes. Comparisons between QBO and monthly maximum residual 6.5 DWs amplitudes(AMmax) show clear correlations between the QBO and 6.5 DWs in both hemispheres, but the observed relationship is stronger in the NH. When AMmax NH, the mean QBO profile was easterly at all levels from 70 to 5 hPa;when the AMmax below 30 hPa. Linear Pearson correlation coefficients between QBO phases and AMmax 20°N-52°N in April and around 64 km at 24°S in February, and large negative values from 80 to 110 km between 20°N-50°N in August and at 96-106 km between 20°S-44°S in February. These results indicate quantitative correlations between QBO and 6.5 DWs and provide credible evidences for further studies of QBO modulations on long-term variations of 6.5 DWs.

目的解决TiO_(2)粉末催化剂在污水净化过程中易沉降和难回收问题,同时提高TiO_(2)在可见光条件下降解有机污染物的速率。方法采用悬浮液等离子喷涂(SPS)技术,以H2为辅助气体制备TiO_(2)涂层,借助H2将高温等离子体焰流中熔融态TiO_(2)中的Ti4+还原成Ti3+。通过场发射扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、X射线光电子能谱光谱仪、紫外-可见光谱仪等对TiO_(2)粉末以及所制备涂层的结构形貌、物相组成、元素价态、光学特性进行分析。以亚甲基蓝为目标污染物,使用光化学反应仪测试粉末和涂层的光催化性能。结果TiO_(2)涂层表面呈现由熔融和半熔融颗粒组成的“喀斯特”微观形貌,表面粗糙度为2.94μm,孔隙率为10.2%。TiO_(2)粉末物相为纯锐钛矿,涂层物相由锐钛矿、金红石相及TiO_(2)-x相组成。TiO_(2)涂层中Ti3+的存在使其带间隙减小0.6eV。在紫外光条件下,TiO_(2)粉末的催化速率为0.00348,而涂层的催化速率为0.00345。在可见光条件下,粉末的催化速率与亚甲基蓝的光解速率相近,涂层的催化速率是0.00307。结论通过SPS技术成功制备了TiO_(2)光催化涂层,其在可见光条件下的催化性能较粉末有显著提升。

目的探讨FISH探针应用于临床检测前的规范化性能验证。方法选取20名正常供者检测后剩余的骨髓样本进行间期细胞和中期分裂象FISH杂交,分析ETV6/RUNX1探针的灵敏度和特异性。采用反β函数建立该探针的阈值体系,并制定判读标准。最后以PCR检测为对照组,对286例中国医学科学院血液病医院患者骨髓样本进行平行对照研究,分析ETV6/RUNX1探针FISH检测的临床敏感性、特异性、诊断符合率,并采用Kappa检验分析两种方法诊断一致性。结果ETV6/RUNX1探针灵敏度为98.47%,特异性为100%。计数50、100和200个细胞时经典阳性信号阈值分别为5.81%、2.95%和1.49%,非经典阳性信号阈值分别为13.98%、9.75%和6.26%。FISH检测临床敏感性为96.1%,特异性为99.6%,诊断符合率为99.00%,诊断一致性检验Kappa值为0.964,P值<0.001。结论不具备国家医疗器械注册证的商品化FISH探针,可通过实验室自建方法验证标准进行探针的规范化性能验证和方法学性能确认,以保证为临床诊疗提供可靠、精准的参考依据。

The oxygen atom coordination inducing the structure reconstruction of the catalytic site is identified and recognized ambiguously,which is related to accurately declare the mechanism in a dynamic catalytic process.Herein,we demonstrated that the reconstructed catalytic sites would lead to a remarkable performance for photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction.At the initial 4-cycles testing,the in-situ formation of CoOx active sites on the Co(CoP)surface performed an increasing transient activity and selectivity toward CO evolution.The formation of reconstructive Co-O bond and the appearance of intermediate specie CO were simultaneously observed by the pre-operando Raman,revealing the dynamic relationship between catalytic site structure and the photocatalytic properties.Moreover,density functional theory calculations showed that the electronic structure of the reconstructive surface sites could modulate the ability of CO_(2)adsorption and CO desorption.The reduced barrier energy for the rate-determining step finally improved the activity and selectivity of CO_(2)reduction.

采用悬浮液等离子喷涂技术(SPS),在不同基体温度下成功地制备了TiO_(2)涂层。通过研究基体温度对TiO_(2)涂层光催化性能及机械性能的影响,探究适合TiO_(2)光催化涂层的最佳基体温度。通过场发射扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、同步热分析仪、紫外-可见光谱仪等,对TiO_(2)涂层微观形貌、物相组成、光吸收性能进行了详细分析;通过光催化测试、结合强度测试和划痕测试,深入研究了基体温度对涂层光催化性能及机械性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着基体温度由250℃降到110℃,涂层的锐钛矿含量逐渐增加了15%,间接带间隙减小了0.5 eV,同时可见光吸收强度显著提高;在可见光照射下,亚甲基蓝去除率增加了11%;随着基体温度的降低,涂层的机械性能有所减弱,结合强度降低了12.28 MPa,划痕试验的正常临界载荷减小1.77 N。该研究为选择TiO_(2)光催化涂层最佳基体温度提供了重要依据。

Photosensitized heterogeneous CO_(2) reduction(PHCR)has emerged as a promising means to convert CO_(2) into valuable chemicals,however,challenged by the relatively low carbonaceous product selectivity caused by the competing hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Here,we report a PHCR system that couples Ru(bpy)32+photosensitizer with{001}faceted LiCoO_(2) nanosheets photocatalyst to simultaneously yield 21.2 and 722μmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1) of CO,and 4.42 and 108μmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1) of CH4 under the visible light and the simulated sunlight irradiations,respectively,with completely suppressed HER.The experimental and theoretical studies reveal that the favored CO_(2) adsorption on the exposed Li sites on{001}faceted LiCoO_(2) surface is responsible for the completely suppressed HER.

Microstructures and mechanical properties of friction stir welds on 9% Cr reduced activation ferritic/martensitic steel

In this study,the microstructures and mechanical properties of 9%Cr reduced activation ferritic/martensitic（RAFM） steel friction stir welded joints were investigated.When a W-Re tool is used,the recommended welding parameters are 300 rpm rotational speed,60 mm/min welding speed and10 kn axial force.In stir zone（SZ）,austenite dynamic recrystallization induced by plastic deformation and the high cooling rates lead to an obvious refinement of prior austenite grains and martensite laths.The microstructure in SZ contains lath martensite with high dislocation density,a lot of nano-sized MX and M3C phase particles,but almost no M23C6 precipitates.In thermal mechanically affect zone（TMAZ）and heat affect zone（HAZ）,refinement of prior austenite and martensitic laths and partial dissolution of M（23）C6 precipitates are obtained at relatively low rotational speed.However,with the increase of heat input,coarsening of martensitic laths,prior austenite grains,and complete dissolution of M23C6 precipitates are achieved.Impact toughness of SZ at-20℃ is slightly lower than that of base material（BM）,and exhibits a decreasing trend with the increase of rotational speed.
