病历数据作为一种敏感数据,采用中心化存储方式实现数据共享存在较大风险,因此在目前的分级诊疗制度中普遍存在“数据孤岛”现象。然而,数据的有序流通是确保分级诊疗制度有效实施的重要保障。为此,论文引入区块链与门限秘密分享技术,提出了一种面向分级诊疗制度的病历数据共享方法,并详细介绍了初始化阶段、请求访问阶段及验证阶段的具体工作流程。在此基础上,针对数据共享首要考虑的安全性问题,设计不同的交易格式,采用非对称密码方法使病历数据以密文在区块上链。同时为了减少用户与服务器节点的验证负担,设置区块链验证节点承担部分可验证计算。最后,对比分析表明该方法提升了交易验证的平均时间消耗并且满足区块链平台的处理速度。

Cultivar-dependent rhizobacteria community and cadmium accumulation in rice: Effects on cadmium availability in soils and iron-plaque formation

The association between the rhizospheric microbial community and Cd accumulation in rice is poorly understood.A field trial was conducted to investigate the different rhizobacterial communities of two rice cultivars with high Cd accumulation(HA)and low Cd accumulation(LA)at four growth stages.Results showed that the Cd content in the roots of the HA cultivar was 1.23-27.53 higher than that of the LA cultivar(0.08-10.5μg/plant)at four stages.The LA cultivar had a significantly lower Cd availability in rhizosphere and a higher quantity of iron plaque(IP)on the root surface than the HA cultivar at four stages.This resulted in the reduction of Cd concentration in IPs and Cd translocation from IP-to-root.Microbial analysis indicated that the LA cultivar formed a distinct rhizobacterial community from the HA cultivar and had lessα-diversity.The rhizosphere of the LA cultivar was enriched in specific bacterial taxa(e.g.,Massilia and Bacillus)involved in Cd immobilization by phosphate precipitation and IP formation by iron oxidization.However,the rhizosphere in the HA cultivar assembled abundant sulfur-oxidizing bacteria(e.g.,Sulfuricurvum)and iron reduction bacteria(Geobacter).They promoted Cd mobilization and reduced IP formation via the metal redox process.This study reveals a potential approach in which specific rhizobacteria decrease or increase Cd accumulation in rice on contaminated soil and provides a new perspective for secure rice production.

提出了气相色谱-串联质谱法(GC-MS/MS)测定牛肉中4种琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂类杀菌剂(吡噻菌胺、氟唑菌苯胺、氟唑菌酰羟胺和苯并烯氟菌唑)残留量的方法。取5 g绞碎的牛肉样品,以10 mL体积比1∶1的环己烷-乙酸乙酯混合溶液提取两次,2.0 mL乙腈净化。分取1.0 mL乙腈层,于40℃水浴氮吹至近干,用1.0 mL正己烷溶解残渣,过0.22μm有机滤膜,滤液按照仪器工作条件进行测定。4种琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂类杀菌剂在柱升温程序下分离,在多反应监测模式下检测,基质匹配法绘制工作曲线,外标法定量。结果显示:4种琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂类杀菌剂工作曲线的线性范围均为0.2~20.0μg·L^(-1),检出限(3S/N)均为0.08μg·kg^(-1);对空白样品进行3个浓度水平的加标回收试验,回收率为89.8%~105%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.74%~4.5%;方法用于12份实际样品分析,均未检出目标物。

Root Endophyte Shift and Key Genera Discovery in Rice under Barnyardgrass Stress

Despite increasing knowledge of barnyardgrass(Echinochloa crus-galli) interference with rice, relatively little is known how endophytes improve the ability of rice against barnyardgrass stress. Here, we provided a detailed temporal characterization of rice root-associated microbiomes during co-cultivation with barnyardgrass and a comparison with the microbiomes of weed-free rice plants. Alpha diversity analysis indicated that barnyardgrass had the opposite effects on endophytic bacteria and fungi in rice roots, in terms of the community diversity, richness and coverage at the rice seedling stage. Principal coordinate analysis showed that barnyardgrass had only a minor effect on the community composition of endophytes in rice roots at the rice seedling stage, but showed a significant and maximum interference at the heading stage. Rice recruited many endophytes to resist biotic stress from barnyardgrass, especially for fungi. PICRUSt(phylogenetic investigation of communities by reconstruction of unobserved states) predictive analysis indicated that 23 metabolic pathways of bacteria were overrepresented in rice. In addition, the main trophic mode of fungi was pathotroph according to FUNGuild analysis. A positive correlation between bacteria and fungi in rice roots was found via network analysis. Anaeromyxobacter, Azospira and Pseudolabrys were the vital bacteria, Phaeosphaeria and Funneliformis were the dominant fungi in maintaining the stability of the ecological network. These results provided data and a theoretical basis for the in-depth understanding of what role endophytes play in rice resistance to barnyardgrass stress and will have implications on improving the resistance of rice against biotic stress using root microbiota.

Examples of predator–prey interactions in which flies rob ants are uncommon.To date,this behavior has only been recorded in the genus Bengalia Robineau-Desvoidy(Bengaliinae,Diptera,Calliphoridae).These predatory flies ambush ants,and rob them of the food or offspring that they are carrying.However,because of the rarity of this behavior,the reasons and consequences(evolutionary advantages)are unknown,and indeed,the behavior has been sometimes considered anecdotal.In this study,we employed field investigations and behavioral analyses to investigate whether the sex of the fly Bengalia varicolor,or the weight and quality of the food carried by Pheidole nodus ants influenced fly–ant interactions in their natural habitats.We show that food weight and quality influenced the behavior of B.varicolor independent of the fly’s sex.Robbing behavior by the flies was more successful when the food robbed was of high-quality and light in weight.Furthermore,the weight of the food robbed modulated the escape distance the flies could carry it.This then may affect the food quality and weight transported by the ants.This is a novel example of deciphering the relationship between highwayman flies and their ant victims.Given the widespread distribution of Bengalia flies,we suggest that such interspecific predator–prey encounters may shape the robbery interactions and the carrying behavior of further ant species in nature.

新西兰的教师绩效管理制度形成了一种相对柔性的问责制,强调学校在制定和实施教师绩效管理方面的高度灵活性。由于多方权力的博弈,新西兰的教师专业标准具有高度的弹性,并未引入教师绩效工资制度。相对于强调精确评估和高利害问责的教师问责机制,新西兰的教师绩效管理制度在实质性责任追究方面存在很大限制。这种相对柔性的问责制度反映了新西兰教育领域对引入教师问责制度的谨慎态度。中国在借鉴西方国家教师政策的经验时,需要考虑多方权力博弈对教师问责制和专业性的影响,尊重教师的专业自主权。在教育制度层面,应努力创造信任和支持的文化环境,拓展教师的专业自主空间,避免行政干预对教师的限制。

As the representative of the literary circle of the Northern Song Dynasty,Ouyang Xiu developed the school of Huajian Ci made lots of breakthrough and innovation. He got rid of the frippery of the Ci poetry,attaching great importance to the spirit of the poet and forming the graceful and elegant artistic conception. Besides,he attempted to express the individual ambition and rational thinking,integrating poetry into Ci,which was quite pioneering and directly exerted influence upon the unconstrained Ci school,such as Su Shi and Xin Qiji.The Ci poetry of Ouyang Xiu is a milestone in the history of the development of Ci.

Accurate positioning and navigation play a vital role in vehicle-related applications,such as autonomous driving and precision agriculture.With the rapid development of Global Navigation Satellite Systems(GNSS),Precise Point Positioning(PPP)technique,as a global positioning solution,has been widely applied due to its convenient operation.Nevertheless,the performance of PPP is severely affected by signal interference,especially in GNSS-challenged environments.Inertial Navigation System(INS)aided GNSS can significantly improve the continuity and accuracy of navigation in harsh environments,but suffers from degradation during GNSS outages.LiDAR(Laser Imaging,Detection,and Ranging)-Inertial Odometry(LIO),which has performed well in local navigation,can restrain the divergence of Inertial Measurement Units(IMU).However,in long-range navigation,error accumulation is inevitable if no external aids are applied.To improve vehicle navigation performance,we proposed a tightly coupled GNSS PPP/INS/LiDAR(GIL)integration method,which tightly integrates the raw measurements from multi-GNSS PPP,Micro-Electro-Mechanical System(MEMS)-IMU,and LiDAR to achieve high-accuracy and reliable navigation in urban environments.Several experiments were conducted to evaluate this method.The results indicate that in comparison with the multi-GNSS PPP/INS tightly coupled solution the positioning Root-Mean-Square Errors(RMSEs)of the proposed GIL method have the improvements of 63.0%,51.3%,and 62.2%in east,north,and vertical components,respectively.The GIL method can achieve decimeter-level positioning accuracy in GNSS partly-blocked environment(i.e.,the environment with GNSS signals partly-blocked)and meter-level positioning accuracy in GNSS difficult environment(i.e.,the environment with GNSS hardly used).Besides,the accuracy of velocity and attitude estimation can also be enhanced with the GIL method.
