A novel structure of photoelectrochromic cell fabricated with titanium wirelike photo-electrode is introduced in this paper. The transmittance spectra show that average transmittance of devices is 68.0% (from 400 to 1100 nm) at bleached state and 26.1% (from 400 to 1100 nm) at colored state, respectively. And the maximal photopic transmittance of the device varies from 81.9% (bleached state) to 30.3% (colored state) at 736 nm. Compared with traditional devices, the spectral response range is improved obviously, which solves the problem of lower transmittance at bleached state for traditional devices.

We report experimental evidence of in-situ Mg77Cu12Zn5Y6 bulk metallic glass (BMG) ma- trix composite with extraordinary plastic strain of 18.5% and specific strength of 4.31×105 N·m·kg?1, which are the highest plasticity and specific strength in Mg base BMG alloys reported to date. The excel- lent mechanical properties are attributed to the for- mation of the composite structure which is composed of amorphous matrix and hexagonal-close-packed (hcp) Mg solid solution needle phase with a width less than 500 nm. As plastic phase, the Mg needles not only possess the capability of deformation but also have work hardening phenomenon effect. They give rise to multiple shear bands, and hinder the propagation of local shear band in amorphous matrix.

Understanding the temporal and spatial variation of hydrochemical components in large freshwater lakes is crucial for effective management and *** this study,we identify the temporalspatial characteristics and driving factors of the hydrochemical components in Baiyangdian Lake using geochemical methods(Gibbs diagram,Piper diagram and End-element diagram of ion ratio)and multivariate statistical techniques(Principal component analysis and Correlation analysis).16 sets of samples were collected from Baiyangdian Lake in May(normal season),July(flood season),and December(dry season)of *** indicate significant spatial variation in Nat,ci,SO and NO,,suggesting a strong influence of human *** concentrations exhibit greater seasonal variation in the dry season compared to the flood season,while the concentrations of the four anions show inconsistent seasonal changes due to the combined effects of river water chemical composition and human *** hydrochemical type of Baiyangdian Lake is primarily HCO,***,Mg*and HCO,originate mainly from silicate and carbonate rock dissolution,while Kt,Nat and CI originate mainly from sewage and salt dissolution in ***42 may mainly stem from industrial wastewater,while NO,primarily originates from animal feces and domestic *** the use of Principal Component Analysis,it is identified that water-rock interaction(silicate and carbonate rocks dissolution,and dissolution of salt in sediments),carbonate sedimentation,sewage,agricultural fertilizer and manure,and nitrification are the main driving factors of the variation of hydrochemical components of Baiyangdian Lake across three hydrological *** findings suggest the need for effective control of substandard domestic sewage discharge,optimization of agricultural fertilization strategies,and proper management of animal manure to comprehensively improve the water environment in Baiyangdian Lake.

Monolithic catalysts with excellent O_(3)catalytic decomposition performance were prepared by in situ loading of Co-doped KMn_(8)O_(16)on the surface of nickel *** triple-layer structure with Co-doped KMn_(8)O_(16)/Ni6MnO_(8)/Ni foam was grown spontaneously on the surface of nickel foam by tuning the molar ratio of KMnO_(4)to Co(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O ***,the formed Ni6MnO_(8)structure between KMn_(8)O_(16)and nickel foam during in situ synthesis process effectively protected nickel foam from further etching,which significantly enhanced the reaction stability of *** optimum amount of Co doping in KMn_(8)O_(16)was available when the molar ratio of Mn to Co species in the precursor solution was 2:*** the Mn2Co1 catalyst had abundant oxygen vacancies and excellent hydrophobicity,thus creating outstanding O_(3)decomposition *** O_(3)conversion under dry conditions and relative humidity of 65%,90%over a period of 5 hr was 100%,94%and 80%with the space velocity of 28,000 hr^(−1),*** in situ constructed Co-doped KMn_(8)O_(16)/Ni foam catalyst showed the advantages of low price and gradual applicability of the preparation process,which provided an opportunity for the design of monolithic catalyst for O_(3)catalytic decomposition.

AIM: To investigate the effect and possible mechanism of ulinastatin on renal ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. METHODS: Male Sprague-Dawley rats were subjected to 45-min bilateral renal ischemia, treated with intravenously 12 500 U ulinastatin at 30 min prior to ischemia and at the beginning of reperfusion, compared with a nontreated group without ulinastatin and a sham-operation group without bilateral renal ischemia. After 0 h, 2 h, 6 h, 12 h, and 24 h of reperfusion, serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen were measured for the assessment of renal function, renal sections were used for histologic grading of renal injury, for immunohistochemical localization of Bcl-2 and heat shock protein 70. Renal ultrastructure was observed through a transmission electron microscope. RESULTS: Ulinastatin significantly reduced the increase in blood urea nitrogen and creatinine produced by renal ischemia-reperfusion, suggesting an improvement in renal function. The coastal areas of the lower reaches of Oujiang River Basin are rich in groundwater ***,the unsustainable exploitation and utilization of groundwater have led to significant changes in the groundwater *** the characteristics and genesis of groundwater salinization is crucial for preventing its deterioration and ensuring sustainable *** this study,a comprehensive approach combining the ion ratio method,mineral saturation index method and multivariate statistical analysis was employed to investigate the hydrochemical characteristics and main controlling factors in the study *** findings reveal that:(1)Groundwater samples in study area exhibit a neutral to slightly alkaline *** predominant chemical types of unconfined water are HCO_(3)-Ca·Na,HCO_(3)·Cl-Na·Ca and HCO_(3)·SO_(4)-Ca·Na,while confined water mainly exhibits Cl·HCO_(3)-Na and Cl-Na types.(2)Salinity coefficients indicate an increase in salinity from unconfined to confined ***,Na^(+)and Cl^(–)concentrations show an increasing trend from mountainous to coastal areas in unconfined water,while confined water displays variability in TDS,Na^(+)and Cl^(–)concentrations.(3)Groundwater salinity is mainly influenced by water-rock interactions,including the dissolution of halite and gypsum,cation exchange,and seawater intrusion ***,human activities and carbonate dissolution contribute to salinity in unconfined *** intrusion is identified as the primary factor leading to higher salinity in confined water compared to unconfined water,with increasing cation exchange and seawater interaction observed from unconfined to confined water.

The standard model of modern cosmology might be cracked by the recent persistent hot debate on the Hubble-constant(H_(0))tension,which manifests itself as the sound-horizon(r_(s))tension or absolute-magnitude(M_(B))tension if deeming the origin of the Hubble tension from modifying the early or late Universe,*** this study,we achieve a fully model-independent constraint(fitting a model-independent global parameterization to a model-independent inverse distant ladder with a modelindependent high-redshift calibration)on late-time models with strong evidence against homogeneous new physics over theΛ-cold-dark-matter(ΛCDM)*** using this model-independent constraint to calibrate sufficiently local supernovae with corresponding late-time models extrapolated below the homogeneity scale,we find surprisingly that,although both H_(0)tension and MB tension are absent in our local Universe,a combination of H_(0)and M_(B)as the intercept a B of the magnitude-redshift relation exhibits 3~7σtension even for theΛCDM *** aBtension seems to call for local-scale inhomogeneous new physics disguised as local observational systematics.

This paper is concerned with the global stability of the plane wave solutions to the relativistic string equation with non-small *** certain decay assumptions on the plane wave,we conclude that the perturbed system admits a globally smooth solution if the perturbation along the transversal direction is sufficiently small,while the travelling direction is allowed to be *** choosing a gauge adapted to the plane wave solution,we deduce an equivalent Euler-Lagrangian equation for the perturbation whose quasilinear structure is reflected precisely in the induced geometry of the relativistic *** then helps to proceed with a geometrically adapted and weighted energy argument for which robust estimates ***,due to the non-trivial background solutions,the induced metric of the relativistic string involves linear perturbations with undetermined signs,and hence a key observation is needed to guarantee that the energies associated with the multipliers are positive up to lower-order terms.

Photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)is one of the promising strategies for sustainably producing solar *** precise identification of catalytic sites and the enhancement of photocatalytic CO_(2)conversion is imperative yet quite *** critical review summarizes recent advances in porous photo-responsive polymers,including covalent organic frameworks(COFs),covalent triazine frameworks(CTFs),and conjugated microporous polymers(CMPs),those can be rationally designed from the molecular level for visible-light-driven photocatalytic CO_(2)***,special emphasis is placed on how the well-defined active sites on these polymers can influence their properties and photocatalytic *** precise regulation and control of microenvironments and electronic properties of metal active centers are crucial for boosting catalytic efficiency and selectivity,as well as for the design of better photocatalysts for CO_(2)reduction.
