BACKGROUND Cerebral infarction is a local or extensive necrosis of brain ***,the corresponding neurological deficits *** incidence of cerebrovascular diseases in China is increasing *** the onset of cerebrovascular disease,the most common sequelae include movement disorders,language disorders,and cognitive *** To investigate the effect of early refined nursing program on the prognosis of middle-aged and elderly patients with cerebral infarction combined with cognitive *** A retrospective study was conducted to divide 60 patients with cerebral infarction and cognitive impairment into an experimental group(n=32)and a control group(n=28).The experimental group received early intensive care every day,and the control group received daily routine *** scores of the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)and the Trail Making Test(TMT),as well as the latency and amplitude of the event-related potential P300,were used as main indicators to evaluate changes in cognitive function,and changes in BDNF,TGF-β,and GDNF expression were used as secondary *** Both groups experienced notable enhancements in MMSE scores,with the experi-mental group demonstrating higher scores than the control group(experimental:28.75±2.31;control:25.84±2.87).Moreover,reductions in TMT-A and TMT-B scores were observed in both groups(experimental:TMT-A 52.36±6.18,TMT-B 98.47±10.23;control:TMT-A 61.48±7.92,TMT-B 112.63±12.55),with the experimental group displaying lower scores.P300 Latency decreased(experimental:270.63 ms±14.28 ms;control:285.72 ms±16.45 ms),while amplitude increased(experimental:7.82μV±1.05μV;control:6.35μV±0.98μV)significantly in both groups,with superior outcomes in the experimental ***,the levels of the growth factors BDNF,TGF-β1,and GDNF surged(experimental:BDNF 48.37 ng/mL±5.62 ng/mL,TGF-β152.14 pg/mL±4.28 pg/mL,GDNF 34.76 ng/mL±3.89 ng/mL;control:BDNF 42.58 ng/mL±4.73 ng/mL,TGF-β146.23 pg/m

The presence of high-density defects is rarely observed in bulk 3 mol%yttria-stabilized tetragonal zirconia polycrystal(3Y-TZP)ceramics obtained through conventional pressureless *** the present work,fine-grained dense 147 nm 3Y-TZP ceramics were prepared by pressureless sintering of commercial 0.25 wt%alumina-doped zirconia powders at 1300℃.A novel discovery was reported in which large amounts of defects were present in the grain interiors of the *** phenomenon was further examined using three types of powder samples,and the reasons for defect formation were investigated by microstructural characterization using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM)analysis and Rietveld *** results confirmed the essential dependence of the defect formation on the alumina *** authors attributed the defect formation to the significant difference in ionic radii of the solvent and solute during the dissolution of alumina into the zirconia *** sintering kinetics were proposed to be enhanced by the presence of substantial defects,which consequently favored the low-temperature sintering of the alumina-doped zirconia ceramics.

Effect of tungsten carbide particles on microstructure and mechanical properties of Cu alloy composite bit matrix

Copper alloy composite bit matrix was prepared by pressureless vacuum infiltration,using at least one of the three kinds of tungsten carbide particles,for example,irregular cast tungsten carbide,monocrystalline tungsten carbide and sintered reduced tungsten carbide *** effects of powder particle morphology,particle size and mass fraction of tungsten carbide on the microstructure and mechanical properties of copper alloy composite were investigated by means of scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and abrasive wear test in *** results show that tungsten carbide morphology and particle size have obvious effects on the mechanical properties of copper alloy *** tungsten carbide partially dissolved in the copper alloy binding phase,and layers of Cu_(0.3)W_(0.5)Ni_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)C phase with a thickness of around 8–15μm were formed on the edge of the cast tungsten *** 45%irregular crushed fine cast tungsten carbide and 15%monocrystalline cast tungsten carbide were used as the skeleton,satisfactory comprehensive performance of the reinforced copper alloy composite bit matrix was obtained,with the bending strength,impact toughness and hardness reaching 1048 MPa,4.95 J/cm^(2) and 43.6 HRC,*** main wear mechanism was that the tungsten carbide particles firstly protruded from the friction surface after the copper alloy matrix was worn,and then peeled off from the matrix when further wear occurred.

Simultaneously enhanced electrochemical performance and air stability of Ni-rich cathode with a modified washing process

Water washing has been regarded as one of the most effective strategies to remove surface residual lithium of nickel-rich layered oxides for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).However,the loss of lattice lithium during the water washing process deteriorates the electrochemical performances and air ***,washing the LiNi_(0.90)Co_(0.05)Al_(0.02)O_(2)(NCA) with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate(NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4)) solution has been proposed to simultaneously enhance electrochemical performances and air stability,in which in-situ generated Li_(3)PO_(4) coating layer on surface of NCA can suppress the loss of lattice ***,as a fast ionic conductor,Li_(3)PO_(4) coating layer on NCA can prevent the direct contact with electrolyte/*** a result,the NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4) solution washed NCA cathode can deliver a high capacity of131.9 mAh·g^(-1) at 10.0C rate as well as impressive cycle stability with a capacity retention of 83.1% after 100 cycles at 1.0C,much higher than those of water washed NCA(WS-NCA) *** exposed in air for 7 days,the NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4) solution washed NCA electrode can more effectively maintain the structural integrity as well as the electrochemical performances than water-washed *** work provides a simple and effective approach to enhance the cycle stability and air stability of Nickel-rich cathode materials.

Evolution of Cenozoic sedimentary architecture in Central and Southern South China Sea basins

The Central and Southern South China Sea(CSSCS) has a complex tectonic dynamic background and abundant oil and gas resources, which has always been a hot topic of academic and industrial ***, systematic analyses are still lacking regarding its sediment filling structure and evolution, mostly due to limited borehole penetration and poor quality of seismic reflection data for deeply buried sequences. No consensus has been reached yet on the sedimentary infilling processes, which impeded the reconstruction of the palaeogeography of Southeast Asia and the oil-and-gas exploration undertakings. Here, we illustrate the Cenozoic sedimentary evolution of the CSSCS region by synthesizing relevant data from previous literature and our own observations and displaying the evolution of depositional systems in sequential reconstructions. Besides, the controlling factors of preferred sedimentary scenarios in the CSSCS incorporate the latest interpretations of the spreading of South China Sea(SCS) as well as the demise of the hypothetical Proto-South China Sea(PSCS). The results show that there are three types of sedimentary basins in the CSSCS(foreland,strike-slip, and rift basins) with different sedimentary filling structures. The foreland basins formed a depositional pattern of ‘transition from deep water to shallow water environments', dominated by deep-water depositional systems which were formed before the Early Oligocene with submarine fans developed. Later,the foreland basins were gradually dominated by shallow-water depositional systems with deltas and shallow marine facies. The strike-slip basins showed the depositional architecture of ‘transition from lake to marine environments', i.e. the basins were dominated by lacustrine deposits during the Eocene and evolved into the marine depositional environment since Oligocene with delta developed in the western part of the basin. Identification of reservoir types in deep carbonates has always been a great challenge due to complex logging responses caused by the heterogeneous scale and distribution of storage *** cross-plot analysis and empirical formula methods for identifying reservoir types using geophysical logging data have high uncertainty and low efficiency,which cannot accurately reflect the nonlinear relationship between reservoir types and logging ***,the kernel Fisher discriminant analysis(KFD),a kernel-based machine learning technique,attracts attention in many fields because of its strong nonlinear processing ***,the overall performance of KFD model may be limited as a single kernel function cannot simultaneously extrapolate and interpolate well,especially for highly complex data *** address this issue,in this study,a mixed kernel Fisher discriminant analysis(MKFD)model was established and applied to identify reservoir types of the deep Sinian carbonates in central Sichuan Basin,*** MKFD model was trained and tested with 453 datasets from 7 coring wells,utilizing GR,CAL,DEN,AC,CNL and RT logs as input *** particle swarm optimization(PSO)was adopted for hyper-parameter optimization of MKFD *** evaluate the model performance,prediction results of MKFD were compared with those of basic-kernel based KFD,RF and SVM ***,the built MKFD model was applied in a blind well test,and a variable importance analysis was *** comparison and blind test results demonstrated that MKFD outperformed traditional KFD,RF and SVM in the identification of reservoir types,which provided higher accuracy and stronger *** MKFD can therefore be a reliable method for identifying reservoir types of deep carbonates.

RNA modification is an essential component of the epitranscriptome,regulating RNA metabolism and cellular *** types of RNA modifications have been identified to date;they include N^(6)-methyladenosine(m^(6)A),N^(1)-methyladenosine(m1A),5-methylcytosine(m5C),N^(7)-methylguanosine(m^(7)G),N^(6),2′-O-dimethyladenosine(m^(6)Am),N4-acetylcytidine(ac^(4)C),*** modifications,mediated by regulators including writers,erasers,and readers,are associated with carcinogenesis,tumor microenvironment,metabolic reprogramming,immunosuppression,immunotherapy,chemotherapy,etc.A novel perspective indicates that regulatory subunits and post-translational modifications(PTMs)are involved in the regulation of writer,eraser,and reader functions in mediating RNA modifications,tumorigenesis,and anticancer *** this review,we summarize the advances made in the knowledge of different RNA modifications(especially m^(6)A)and focus on RNA modification regulators with functions modulated by a series of factors in cancer,including regulatory subunits(proteins,noncoding RNA or peptides encoded by long noncoding RNA)and PTMs(acetylation,SUMOylation,lactylation,phosphorylation,etc.).We also delineate the relationship between RNA modification regulator functions and carcinogenesis or cancer ***,inhibitors that target RNA modification regulators for anticancer therapy and their synergistic effect combined with immunotherapy or chemotherapy are discussed.
