ABX_(2)(A=Ag,Na,Cu;B=Sb,Bi;X=S,Se,Te)(GroupsⅠ-Ⅴ-Ⅵ_(2))compounds,which are all characterized by the ultralow lattice thermal conductivity because of their strong lattice anharmonicity caused by lone-pair electrons,have aroused wide attention in thermoelectric *** practical application of thermoelectric devices usually requires both the compatible n-type and p-type materials ***,most ofⅠ-Ⅴ-Ⅵ_(2)compounds are intrinsic p-type semiconductors,lacking their n-type counterparts for ***,in this work,we increase the configuration entropy of AgBiTe_(2)by alloying SnTe,in order to stabilize the cubic phase at room *** further optimization of thermal and electrical performance,the thermoelectric performance could be improved simultaneously in both n-and p-type(AgBiTe_(2))_(1-x)(SnTe)_(x)(x=0.3,0.4)solid ***,p-type compound with the nominal composition of(AgBi_(0.99)Cd_(0.01)Te_(2))_(0.6)(SnTe)_(0.4)and n-type of(AgBiTe_(2))_(0.7)(SnTe)_(0.3)~Br 6%show the maximum zT of~0.33 and~0.21,at 381 and 423 K,respectively.

The adsorption of O2 over defective La2O3-based OCM catalysts with anionic vacancies , and the reaction of surface oxygen species with CH4 were studied by means of in situ confocal microprobe Raman spectra. The partially reduced oxygen species O2, O , O (O<&<1 ) and even the lattice oxygen ion O2-can be detected on the surface of O2-pretreated La2O3-based catalysts. At lower temperatures (< 573 K) it is peroxide species O- or O- that is more essential for the coupling of methane,while at higher temperature. the superoxide O2 and lattice oxygen species O2-are rather important. It is easier for fluoride-containing La2O3-based catalysts to induce the oxygen species with fewer negative charges and the basicity of the cat- alyst surface is weakened , so that the C2 selectivity for OCM reaction is improved.

In this work,we show significantly enhanced thermoelectric performance in Cu_(2) SnSe_(3) via a synergistic effect of Cd-doping and CuGaTe_(2) alloying in the temperature range of 300-823 *** the electron and phonon transport properties can be simultaneously regulated by Cd doping at Sn site,leading to a higher quality ***,a maximum figure of merit(zT) value of ~0.68 was obtained for Cu_(2) Sn_(0.93)Cd_(0.07)Se_(3) sample at823 K,which is about four times higher than that of the pristine sample(zT=0.18 at 773 K).Furthermore,Cu_(2) Sn_(0.93)Cd_(0.07)Se_(3) was alloyed with CuGaTe_(2) to reduce the lattice thermal conductivity in the high-temperature ***,a further enhanced zT value(0.77,823 K) was achieved in the(Cu_(2) Sn_(0.93)Cd_(0.07)Se_(3))_(0.94)(CuGaTe_(2))_(0.06) sample,with a high average zT(zT_(ave)) value of0.30 between 300 and 823 *** results demonstrate that Cd-doping combined with CuGaTe2 alloying could be an effective method to enhance zT values of Cu_(2) SnSe_(3) based compounds.

It is one of the key points for modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicines to construct the Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) base of Chinese materia medica (CMM). GAP helps to minimize contamination and improve the quality of CMM during the plantation and the production of Chinese crude drugs. In this article, the status and development of CMM production bases of GAP in Guangdong Province, China, are presented. The suggestions upon the problems during the development of GAP for Chinese crude drugs are also provided.

Curative effect analysis of spiral pedunculated bladder muscle flap in repairing long segment ureteral defects

In the past, the surgeons usually adopted ileal ureter plasty or ureter bladder flap plasty （Boari flap plasty） to restorelong-term ureteral mucosal avulsions and long or entire ureteral segment defects caused mostly by ureteroscope operations. But there are still certain difficulties in the restoration of long segment ureteral defects （〉20 cm） using traditional methods. In order to overcome traditional surgical approaches, we designed a new ureteroplasty operation using spiral pedunculated bladder muscle flap to restore long segment ureteral defects. METHODS Six patients who presented long segment ureteral defects caused in the course of ureteroscopic lithotripsy due to ureteropelvic junction stenosis and stones （length of defects： 21-25 cm, mean length： 22.5 cm）, were given general anesthesia, and made to lay in the horizontal position while indwelling triple lumen catheters. These patients had Gibson incision in the hypogastrium of the injured sides, and we could prolong the surgical incision up to the epigastrium or the flank abdomen moderately if necessary. We exposed the retroperitoneal space, transected the umbilical ligaments, peritoneal adhesions, spermaducts or the round ligaments to dissociate the bladder to the maximum extent possible. We could increase the mobility of the bladder by dissociating the contralateral superior vesical arteries along the anterior trunk of the internal iliac artery. We could also identify the stump of the distal ureter along the path between the ureter and bladder below the iliac vessels, and then we had to ligate or transfix the ureteral stump. We dissociated the ureteropelvic junction carefully, trimmed the stump to the inclined plane in order to facilitate the anastomose between the bladder muscle flap and the trimmed ureteral stump while locating and tracting it by the suture. The constant amplitude loading fatigue tests were carried out on the 6061/7075 aluminum alloy TIG fillet welded lap specimens in this study,and the weld seam cross-section hardness was *** experimental results show that most specimens mainly failed at the 7075 side weld toes even though the base material tensile strength of 7075 is higher than that of *** maximum stress-strain concentration in the two finite element models is located at the 7075 side weld toe,which is basically consistent with the actual fracture *** weld zone on the 7075 side experiences severe material softening,with a large ***,the Vickers hardness value on the 6061 side negligibly changes and fluctuates around 70 *** obvious defects are found on the fatigue fracture,but a large number of secondary cracks *** germinate from the weld toe and propagate in the direction of the plate *** reinforcement has a serious impact on fatigue *** life will decrease exponentially as the weld reinforcement increases under low *** is found that the notch stress method can give a better fatigue life prediction for TIG weldments,and the errors of the predicted results are within the range of two factors,while the prediction accuracy decreases under low *** equivalent structural stress method can also be used for fatigue life prediction of TIG weldments,but the errors of prediction results are within the range of three factors,and the accuracy decreases under high stress.

The development of flexible supercapacitors(FSCs) capable of operating at high temperatures is crucial for expanding the application areas and operating conditions of supercapacitors. Gel polymer electrolytes and electrode materials stand as two key components that significantly impact the efficacy of hightemperature-tolerant FSCs(HT-FSCs). They should not only exhibit high electrochemical performance and excellent flexibility, but also withstand intense thermal stress. Considerable efforts have been devoted to enhancing their thermal stability while maintaining high electrochemical and mechanical performance. In this review, the fundamentals of HT-FSCs are outlined. A comprehensive overview of state-of-the-art progress and achievements in HT-FSCs, with a focus on thermally stable gel polymer electrolytes and electrode materials is provided. Finally, challenges and future perspectives regarding HT-FSCs are discussed, alongside strategies for elevating operational temperatures and *** review offers both theoretical foundations and practical guidelines for designing and manufacturing HT-FSCs, further promoting their widespread adoption across diverse fields.

Adipogenesis is the healthy expansion of white adipose tissue (WAT),serving as a compensatory response to maintain metabolic homeostasis in the presence of excess energy in the ***,the identification of novel regulatory molecules in adipogenesis,specifically membrane receptors such as G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs),holds significant clinical *** receptors can serve as viable targets for pharmaceuticals,offering potential for restoring metabolic homeostasis in individuals with *** utilized trajectory inference methods to analyze three distinct single-nucleus sequencing (sNuc-seq) datasets of adipose tissue and systematically identified GPCRs with the potential to regulate *** verification in primary adipose progenitor cells (APCs) of mice,we discovered that ADGRD1 promoted the differentiation of APCs,while GPR39 inhibits this *** the obese mouse model induced by a high-fat diet(HFD),both gain-of-function and loss-of-function studies validated that ADGRD1 promoted adipogenesis,thereby improving metabolic homeostasis,while GPR39 inhibited adipogenesis,leading to metabolic ***,through the analysis of 2,400 ChIP-seq data and 1,204 bulk RNA-seq data,we found that the transcription factors (TFs) MEF2D and TCF12 regulated the expression of ADGRD1and GPR39,*** study revealed the regulatory role of GPCRs in adipogenesis,providing novel targets for clinical intervention of metabolic dysfunction in obese patients.

A series of hydroxide conductive polymers QTBMs carrying dense aromatic side-chain quaternary ammonium groups has been synthesized by using a new monomer of 3,3＇-di（3＂,5＂-dimethylphenyl）-4,4＇-difluorodiphenyl sulfone and other commercial monomers via polycondensation reaction, and subsequent bromination, quaternization and alkalization. The chemical structures of the ionomers were confirmed by 1H- and 13C-NMR spectroscopy. Water uptake, swelling ratio, hydroxide conductivity, the number of bonded water per ammonium group （A）, volumetric ion exchange capacity （IECvwet）, mechanical and thermal properties, and chemical stability were systematically evaluated for the series of QTBMs membranes. QTBMs showed IECs ranging from 1.02 meq·g-1 to 2.11 meq·g-1; in particular, QTBM-60 membrane with the highest IEC （2.11 meq·g-1） had very high hydroxide ion conductivity of 131.9 mS·cm-1 at 80 ℃, which was attributed to the well assembled nano-channels with distinct phase separation evidenced by small-angle X-ray scattering （SAXS）. It was found that the hydrated QTBMs membranes were mechanically stable with moderate water uptakes and swelling ratios, high chemical stability under the harsh alkaline conditions. This work provides a facile way to prepare anion exchange membranes （AEMs） with high performances for the application in alkaline fuel cells.
