Antimony selenide(Sb_(2.Se_(3))is one of the perspective candidates for potassium-ion batteries due to its advanced virtues stem including featured high capacity,fertile reserves and the relative narrow band *** the unique advantages,it is still plagued by the unstable interface compatibility and poor wider-temperature *** optimization of microstructure and the construction of inorganic-organic hybrids with a low desolvation barrier and rapid kinetics behaviors are efficient to address these *** Sb_(2.Se_(3)nanorods enclosed by the S-doped carbon layer(SC),further crosslinked by the poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)(PM)film(PM@Sb_(2.Se_(3)@SC),were artificially fabricated,and it displays the enrichment ion aggregated model as well as contacted ion pair state,the well-tailored cooperation environment of potassium bonds,assuring a homogeneous potassium deposition and an excellent widertemperature *** complicated experimental studies and theoretical calculations authenticate the synergistic effects of geometric conformation and compositional design for the tremendously enhanced potassium ***,the full device over PM@Sb_(2.Se_(3)@SC anode and the potassium Prussian blue cathode manifests impressively durable cycling life and wider-temperature adaptability,verifying the glorious contribution from the finely manipulation in solvation structure and potassium bonds to enhancing the potassium storage behaviors.

The Permian-Triassic transition saw extreme climatic changes that severely impacted the terrestrial *** plants,particularly fossil woods,are sensitive to climatic changes,and they,therefore,are unique materials revealing extreme environmental and climatic changes on land at that *** conifer woods were discovered in the Lopingian(Late Permian)strata of the Sunjiagou Formation in Shanxi Province,North *** newly finding permineralized woods record the unique landscape of Lopingian North *** represent a new conifer genus and species:Shanxiopitys zhangziensis *** *** of growth pattern and anatomical characteristics of the fossil woods indicate these trees grew under optimal growing conditions,and without seasonal growth ***,climate signals from leaf fossils,vertebrate fossils and sedimentary evidences indicate a strongly seasonal climate in North China during the ***,it is speculated that these trees likely lived in the gallery forests,which were distributed along the paleo-rivers within a seasonal landscape in the central North China block during the Lopingian.

A comparative study on characteristics of retracted publications across different open access levels

Purpose:Recently,global science has shown an increasing open trend,however,the characteristics of research integrity of open access(OA)publications have rarely been *** aim of this study is to compare the characteristics of retracted articles across different OA levels and discover whether OA level influences the characteristics of retracted ***/methodology/approach:The research conducted an analysis of 6,005 retracted publications between 2.01 and 2.2. from the Web of Science and Retraction Watch *** publications were categorized based on their OA levels,including Gold OA,Green OA,and *** study explored retraction rates,time lags and reasons within these ***:The findings of this research revealed distinct patterns in retraction rates among different OA *** with Gold OA demonstrated the highest retraction rate,followed by Green OA and non-OA.A comparison of retraction reasons between Gold OA and non-OA categories indicated similar proportions,while Green OA exhibited a higher proportion due to falsification and manipulation issues,along with a lower occurrence of plagiarism and authorship *** retraction time lag was shortest for Gold OA,followed by non-OA,and longest for Green *** prolonged retraction time for Green OA could be attributed to an atypical distribution of retraction reasons.A comparative study on characteristics of retracted publications across different open access levels Research limitations:There is no exploration of a wider range of OA levels,such as Hybrid OA and Bronze *** implications:The outcomes of this study suggest the need for increased attention to research integrity within the OA *** occurrences offalsification,manipulation,and ethical concerns within Green OA publications warrant attention from the scientific ***/value:This study contributes to the understanding of research integrity in the realm of OA publications,she

Injectable chitosan hydrogels loaded with antioxidant agent as first-aid dressings for second-degree burn wounds

Burn wounds are destructive skin traumas typically of irregular shape and large area. Prone to infection, they require frequent dressing replacement, and painless removal of dressings from burn wounds remains a major challenge. This study focuses on the dynamic characteristics and treatment difficulty of burn wounds. Hydrogel dressings based on glycol chitosan and propionaldehyde-or benzaldehyde-terminated 4-arm poly(ethylene glycol) were designed on the basis of Schiff base cross-linking networks. The hydrogels exhibited shape-adaptability, self-healing and fast-degradation properties, which makes these hydrogels suitable for burn wounds. Salvianolic acid B(SaB)-loaded hydrogel exhibited good antioxidant properties in vitro. In a rat model of deep second-degree burn wounds, the SaB-loaded hydrogel could quickly reduce wound temperature, regulate wound oxidant microenvironment, promote angiogenesis, and accelerate wound healing. Thus, the drug-loaded hydrogel shows significant potential as a first-aid dressing for treatment of burn wounds.

Coordination polymerization of renewable β-ocimene has been investigated using asymmetric diiminophosphinate lutetium complex1, β-diketiminate yttrium complex 2. bis(phosphino)carbazolide yttrium complex 3, half-sandwich benzyl fluorenyl scandium complex 4 and pyridyl-methylene-fluorenyl rare-metal complexes 5a–5c. Complexes 1, 4 and 5a–5c show trans-1,2.regioselectivities and high activities, of which 5c exhibits excellent isoselectivity(mmmm>99%). Conversely, complexes 2.and 3 promote β-ocimene polymerization to produce isotactic cis-1,4-polyocimenes(cis-1,4>99%, mm>95%). Diblock copolymers cis-1,4-PIP-block-cis-1,4-POc and cis-1,4-PBD-block-cis-1,4-POc are obtained in one-pot reactions of β-ocimene with isoprene and butadiene using complex 3. Epoxidation and hydroxylation of polyocimene afford functionalized polyolefins with enhanced T_(g)(from-2. ℃ to 79 ℃ and 74 ℃) and hydrophilicity.

Effect of Y_(2.O_(3) on microstructure and properties of CoCrFeNiTiNb high entropy alloy coating on Ti-6Al-4V surface by laser cladding

The effects of Y_(2.O_(3) on the microstructure, microhardness, wear resistance, high-temperature oxidation resistance, hot corrosion resistance, and electrochemical corrosion behaviour of CoCrFeNiTiNb high entropy alloy coatings formed on Ti-6Al-4V alloy surfaces were studied. The results show that the addition of Y_(2.O_(3) changes the proportion of the phase but does not change its type. The average grain size is only 1/4.7 of that of the high entropy alloy(HEA) coating, and the fine-grained strengthening leads to increases in the microhardness and wear resistance of 2..8% and 2..9%, respectively. The addition of Y_(2.O_(3) enhances the denseness and bonding properties of the oxide and corrosion product layers, reducing the oxidation and hot corrosion rates by 60.3% and 40.3%, respectively. The addition of Y_(2.O_(3) doubles the corrosion resistance which is attributed to the refinement of the grains, the increased proportion of HCP and TiN, and the weakening of galvanic coupling corrosion.

Research on a Monte Carlo global variance reduction method based on an automatic importance sampling method
