Down syndrome(DS)pathology:DS is the most common cause of Alzheimer’s disease(AD)and has a known AD-causing genetic variation which is trisomy of the whole or part of Homo sapiens chromosome 21(HSA21)(Chen and Mobley,2019a).Compared with AD,DS usually present with various symptoms and manifestations which are related to dysfunction of multiple body systems;the extra copies of the many genes present in HSA21 in DS can cause various developmental problems including neurodevelopmental deficits,which underlie the physical features in DS and may also contribute to the ADrelated neurological symptoms of DS like cognition decline(Antonarakis et al.,2020).

在人工智能大模型时代,以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能(Artificial Intelligence Generated Content,AIGC)备受关注,然而其应用在高等教育领域,尤其是编程类课程中的研究却相对较少。该文针对此问题展开初步探讨,着眼于AIGC技术在编程类课程中的应用,特别是对低年级和非计算机专业学生的潜在应用价值。AIGC技术为编程学习提供了智能、灵活、个性化的方式,能够消除语言障碍,让学生随时随地进行学习,通过大量的示例和练习,能够跨越物理和时间限制,使学习过程更加公平和易于获取。然而,使用AIGC工具也可能引发过度依赖,产生学术诚信等问题。在这一背景下,该文重点探讨了如何将AIGC技术充分融入非计算机专业的编程课程中,讨论新的机遇和相关挑战,主要从代码生成和解释、调试帮助指导以及知识点理解指导等三个方面介绍如何利用AIGC工具进行编程学习,并对如何促进教学工作以及如何改进提出见解。

非哺乳期乳腺炎发生于女性非哺乳期,以病程长、易反复、损外观为特点,常见类型包括浆细胞性乳腺炎和肉芽肿性乳腺炎两种。浆细胞性乳腺炎是一种导管周围炎症,多由乳头内陷、乳管堵塞、细菌感染、吸烟等引起;肉芽肿性乳腺炎多发于乳腺小叶,一般多由于自身免疫、细菌感染、泌乳异常等引起[1]。急性肿块期为非哺乳期乳腺炎最常见的就诊分期,患者常因乳房红肿热痛而来就诊。

With improved overall survival of cervical cancer patients, the importance of the quality of life (QOL) is increasingly recognized. This study was conducted to compare the QOL of women with different stage cervical cancer before and after treatment to facilitate improved cervical cancer prevention and treatment. We used the generic Medical Outcomes Study Short Form-36 (MOS SF-36) to collect QOL information. Based on SF-36, we interviewed cervical cancer patients at West China Second Affiliated Hospital and Sichuan Cancer Hospital between May 2010 and January 2011. A total of 92 patients with precancerous lesions, 93 with early cancer, and 35 with advanced cancer responded to our survey. Average physical component summary (PCS) scores were significantly different between the three groups at every time point (P nally, patients with early cancer recover more quickly than do those with advanced cancer in terms of both physical and mental functions. Thus, early detection and treatment initiatives may improve the QOL for patients with precancerous lesions and cervical cancer.

In this paper,a two-level search method for searching transfer opportunities between interplanetary halo orbits,exploiting the invariant manifolds of the restricted three-body problem,is *** the method,the first-level search procedure is performed under the conditions of the initial time of escape manifold trajectory of the Sun-Earth halo orbit and the terminal time of capture manifold of the target planet fixed,by solving the optimal two-impulsive heliocentric trajectory to connect the two manifold *** contour map,helpful to the understanding of the global characteristics of the transfer opportunities,taking the initial time of escape manifold and the terminal time of capture manifold as variables,the optimal velocity increment of the first-level search as objective function,is used for the second-level ***,taking the Earth-Mars and Earth-Venus halo to halo transfers for example,the transfer opportunities in 2015-2017 are *** results show the effectiveness of the proposed method and reveal the property of quasi-period of transfer opportunities between interplanetary halo orbits.

This paper takes Fen-Wei Basin(FWB)as a case to study the ground fissures controlled by normal *** on the field investigation,geophysical exploration,drilling,GNSS data and numerical calculation,the characteristics and mechanism of ground fissures originated from the hanging wall of normal faults are *** results show that the distribution of ground fissures in the hanging wall and heading wall of the active faults is not *** fissures are mostly distributed in the hanging wall of active faults and show a linear distribution on the surface,their strike is consistent with the fault,mainly characterized by vertical offset and horizontal *** fissures destroy the farmland and building foundation through which they pass and cause the rupture or *** profile section,the ground fissure shows the characteristics of normal faults and dislocates the strata,and is connected with the underlying *** analysis shows that the vertical displacement of normal fault activity in hanging wall is much larger than that in heading wall,which is the reason that tectonic ground fissures mainly originate from hanging *** range of dangerous area of ground fissures is controlled by the depth of fault,the strength of the ground fissures disaster is mainly controlled by the activity of *** formation of the ground fissures originated from the hanging wall of the fault experienced three stages:the main fault activity stage,the secondary fault activity stage and the fissure formation stage.

基于三阶段DEA模型的“双高”院校办学效率评价

“双高计划”出台后,中央加大了“双高”院校的财政投入,并出台相关文件对其实施绩效管理。为了评估“双高计划”实施后这些院校的办学效率,运用三阶段DEA模型,对146所“双高”院校的投入产出效率进行评估和比较。研究发现:剔除环境影响因素后,146所“双高”院校综合技术效率值从0.902提升到0.912,其中,48所学校达到DEA有效,比例为32.9%。从全国四大区域看,“双高”院校办学效率地区差距明显,剔除环境因素影响后,东部地区综合技术效率上升,而其他地区下降,表明环境因素对不同地区的影响有差异。此外,政府支持力度、非农产业结构和城镇化水平等三个环境因素对“双高”院校办学效率产生积极作用,而经济发展水平产生抑制作用。基于此提出:进一步加强“双高”院校资源配置能力,重点提升院校治理水平;继续开展东西部协作,助力西部和东北部地区不断提升办学效率;优化外部环境,增强“双高”院校办学支撑。

目的探究微量血与常量血血清样本在0~6岁儿童维生素D水平检测中的应用效果。方法前瞻性选取2020年2月至2022年2月银川市妇幼保健院儿保科门诊就诊的147名0~6岁健康体检儿童作为本次研究的对象,同时对入组对象采集微量血(末梢取血)和常量血(静脉取血),测定其25-羟基维生素D3[25(OH)D3]水平,并对末梢采样结果进行校正。比较两种采血方式下25(OH)D3的水平,并比较不同采血季节(春季、夏季、秋季、冬季)时25(OH)D3的水平差异。记录不同采血方式下,平均穿刺时间、次数,呼吸频率上升值及疼痛情况,比较两种采血方式的采血满意度。结果静脉取血和末梢取血测定的25(OH)D3水平中位数分别为29.10(24.40,34.30)ng/mol和28.80(22.20,36.30)ng/mol,两种采血方式测定的25(OH)D3水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同采血季节下静脉取血和末梢取血时25(OH)D3的检测结果组间比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),末梢取血的呼吸频率上升值为(8.13±0.98%),高于静脉取血[(7.16±0.67%)],末梢取血平均穿刺次数为(1.45±0.49)次,少于静脉取血[(2.09±0.57)次],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。末梢取血的取样满意度为95.24%,高于静脉采血(87.07%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对0~6岁儿童采取微量血进行维生素D检测,结果与常量血检测无明显差异,但可减少穿刺次数,提高满意度,且以夏季检测值最高,春季检测值最低。

AIM: To investigate intraperitoneal transplantation of microencapsulated hepatic-like cells from human umbilical cord blood for treatment of hepatic failure in rats. METHODS: CD34+ cells in umbilical cord blood cells were isolated by magnetic cell sorting. In the in vitro experiment, sorted CD34+ cells were amplified and induced into hepatic-like cells by culturing with a combination of fibroblast growth factor 4 and hepatocyte growth factor. Cultures without growth factor addition served as controls. mRna and protein levels for hepatic-like cells were analyzed by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction, immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence. In the in vivo experiment, the hepatic-like cells were encapsulated and transplanted into the abdominal cavity of acute hepatic failure (AHF) rats at 48 h after D-galactosamine induction of acute hepatic failure. Transplantation with PBS and unencapsulated hepatic-like cells served as controls. The mortality rate, hepatic pathological changes and serum biochemical indexes were determined. The morphology and structure of microcapsules in the greater omentum were observed. RESULTS: Human albumin, alpha-fetoprotein and GATA-4 mRna and albumin protein positive cells were found among cultured cells after 16 d. Albumin level in culture medium was significantly increased after culturing with growth factors in comparison with culturing without growth factor addition (P < 0.01). Compared with the unencapsulated group, the mortality rate of the encapsulated hepatic-like cell-transplanted group was significantly lower (P < 0.05). Serum biochemical parameters, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and total bilirubin in the encapsulated group were significantly improvement compared with the PBS control group (P < 0.01).
