The management of acute ischemic stroke remains challenging due to its abrupt onset and the narrow treatment window,resulting in high rates of disability and *** therapy for neuroprotection and neurorepair strategies provided new hopes for subacute stroke *** we designed a multistage nanodelivery system that matches the unique microenvironment of the subacute phase of stroke,which utilizes calixarene as a building block to effectively load the neuroprotective drug *** calixarene is designed with glycosidic linkages targeting the glucose transporter 1 (GLUT1)on the blood-brain barrier (BBB) and azo bonds that are responsive to hypoxic ***,the decomposed calixarene molecules themselves possess intrinsic bio-activation to modulate inflammatory responses,achieving a multistage therapeutic approach that transitions from targeting to release and finally to *** approach combines anti-inflammation and neuroprotection,providing a multi-level treatment *** system was validated in a rat model of permanent middle cerebral artery occlusion (pMCAO),demonstrating that intravenous administration of the nanodelivery system repairs brain damage and improves motor function 24 h post-pMCAO *** work offers a precise and integrative strategy for stroke patients missing the acute therapy window to improve functional recovery and enhance the effect of comprehensive treatment.

To control the reverse-transformation austenite structure through manipulation of the micro/nanometer grain structure, the influences of cold deformation and annealing parameters on the microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of 316L austenitic stainless steel were investigated. The samples were first cold-rolled, and then samples deformed to different extents were annealed at different temperatures. The microstructure evolutions were analyzed by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), magnetic measurements, and X-ray diffraction (XRD); the mechanical properties are also determined by tensile tests. The results showed that the fraction of stain-induced martensite was approximately 72% in the 90% cold-rolled steel. The micro/nanometric microstructure was obtained after reversion annealing at 820-870A degrees C for 60 s. Nearly 100% reversed austenite was obtained in samples annealed at 850A degrees C, where grains with a diameter ae 500 nm accounted for 30% and those with a diameter > 0.5 mu m accounted for 70%. The micro/nanometer-grain steel exhibited not only a high strength level (approximately 959 MPa) but also a desirable elongation of approximately 45%.

目的研究不同心功能等级心力衰竭患者血半乳凝集素3(galectin-3)表达水平及其与心脏结构和功能的关系。方法选取96例慢性心力衰竭患者,按照美国纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)分级将患者分为Ⅰ级(16例)、Ⅱ级(21例)、Ⅲ～Ⅳ级(59例)。测定血清galectin-3及氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平,用心脏彩色多普勒超声观察心脏结构和功能。对心功能Ⅲ～Ⅳ级患者给予正规抗心力衰竭治疗,于治疗前及治疗后1周测血清galectin-3和NT-proBNP水平。结果心功能Ⅲ～Ⅳ级组血NT-proBNP、galectin-3水平明显高于心功能Ⅱ级、Ⅰ级组(均P40%组(LnNT-proBNP:8.31±1.64比7.54±1.32,P70mm组血galectin-3水平高于LVEDD 50～70mm组[(10.70±3.51)比(8.78±3.20)μg/L,P<0.05];LVEDD 50～70mm组血NT-proBNP、galectin-3水平高于LVEDD<50mm组[LnNT-proBNP(8.57±1.27)比(7.43±1.45),galectin-3(8.78±3.20)比(5.56±2.12)μg/L;均P<0.05]。相关性分析显示:galectin-3与NYHA分级、LVEDD呈正相关(rs=0.44,r=0.37,均P<0.05)。多元Logistic回归分析显示β受体阻滞剂类药物是降低galectin-3水平的因素(OR=0.073,P=0.003)。结论随着心功能恶化,血galectin-3水平逐渐升高。Galectin-3与左心室重构的进展有一定的相关性。抗心力衰竭治疗可影响galectin-3水平。

The aim of this study was to investigate whether the sperm chromatin structure assay （SCSA） results after swim-up are related to fertilization rates, embryo quality and pregnancy rates following in vitrofertilization （IVF）. A total of 223 couples undergoing IVF in our hospital from October 2008 to September 2009 were included in this study. Data on the IVF process and sperm chromatin structure assay results were collected. Fertilization rate, embryo quality and IVF success rates of different DNA fragmentation index （DFI） subgroups and high DNA stainability （HDS） subgroups were compared. There were no significant differences in fertilization rate, clinical pregnancy or delivery rates between the DFI and HDS subgroups. However, the group with abnormal DFI had a lower good embryo rate. So, we concluded that the SCSA variables, either DFI or HDS after swim-up preparation, were not valuable in predicting fertilization failure or pregnancy rate, but an abnormal DFI meant a lower good embryo rate following IVF.

A new code concept is used for the L1 civil（L1C） signal of the global positioning system（GPS）.The generation of L1C codes is quite different from the generation of traditional ranging ***,it is necessary to find a method for the correct generation to pave the way for future research.L1C codes are based on only one Legendre sequence which consists of Legendre *** calculate these Legendre symbols,the Euler criterion is always used to evaluate quadratic ***,due to the great length of L1C codes,this procedure causes overflow ***,the quadratic reciprocity law,some related theorems and properties are introduced to solve the ***,if the quadratic reciprocity law,some related theorems and properties are used to calculate different Legendre symbols,the combination modes may vary,which causes a complex generation *** proposed generation method deals with this complex generation process *** addition,through simulations,it is found that the autocorrelation features of obtained Legendre sequences and L1C codes are in accordance with theoretical results,which proves the correctness of the proposed method.

In this paper we mainly deal with the global well-posedness and large-time behavior of the 2D tropical climate model with small initial data. We first establish the global well-posedness of solution in the Besov space, then we obtain the optimal decay rates of solutions by virtue of the frequency decomposition method. Specifically, for the low frequency part, we use the Fourier splitting method of Schonbek and the spectrum analysis method, and for the high frequency part, we use the global energy estimate and the behavior of exponentially decay operator.

Answer extraction(AE) is one of the key technologies in developing the open domain Question & answer(Q&A) *** task is to yield the highest score to the expected answer based on an effective answer score *** introduce an answer extraction method by Merging score strategy(MSS) based on hot *** hot terms are defined according to their lexical and syntactic features to highlight the role of the question *** cope with the syntactic diversities of the corpus,we propose four improved candidate answer score *** of them is based on the lexical function of hot terms and their syntactic relationships with the candidate *** independent corpus score algorithms are proposed to tap the role of the corpus in ranking the candidate *** algorithms are adopted in MSS to tap the complementary action among the corpus,the candidate answers and the *** demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.

Many high-precision space missions need thrusters to produce thrust with low noise to compensate for disturbances and ensure satellite platform stability. Microwave ion thruster is characterized with a wide thrust range and potential for these missions. A cost-effective and accurate mathematical model is crucial for mHz-frequency thrust noise analysis and feedback controller design. The Particle-In-Cell(PIC) and global models are two common simulation tools. The PIC model is characterized with high accuracy but huge computation cost, which is difficult to analyze long-time performance characteristics. Now, the global model is only used for the discharge chamber with low accuracy and cannot reflect ion extraction properties. In this paper, an integrative mathematical model is built for a 1-cm microwave ion thruster and can reflect ion beamlet divergence and impingement on the Accelerator Grid(AG). Simulation results show good agreement with experiments at 0.06 sccm. However, the model demonstrates worse consistency with experiments when the flux increases to 0.1 sccm, which may be because the influence of neutral gas on the Electron Cyclotron Resonance(ECR) is not considered in the model. A long-time(1000 s) simulation is conducted with this model under 35 μN. It takes 3 hrs, and the thrust noise reaches 1 μN/Hz^(0.5) at 1 mHz.

Numerous perceptual hashing algorithms have been developed for identification and verification of multimedia objects in recent years. Many application schemes have been adopted for various commercial objects. Developers and users are looking for a benchmark tool to compare and evaluate their current algorithms or technologies. In this paper, a novel benchmark platform is presented. PHABS provides an open framework and lets its users define their own test strategy, perform tests, collect and analyze test data. With PHABS, various performance parameters of algorithms can be tested, and different algorithms or algorithms with different parameters can be evaluated and compared easily.
