This work reveals the significant effects of cobalt(Co)on the microstructure and impact toughness of as-quenched highstrength steels by experimental characterizations and thermo-kinetic *** results show that the Co-bearing steel exhibits finer blocks and a lower ductile-brittle transition temperature than the steel without ***,the Co-bearing steel reveals higher transformation rates at the intermediate stage with bainite volume fraction ranging from around 0.1 to *** improved impact toughness of the Co-bearing steel results from the higher dense block boundaries dominated by the V1/V2 variant ***,the addition of Co induces a larger transformation driving force and a lower bainite start temperature(BS),thereby contributing to the refinement of blocks and the increase of the V1/V2 variant *** findings would be instructive for the composition,microstructure design,and property optimization of high-strength steels.

Objective: To construct gene co-occurrence network of hypertension and liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome, to investigate the biological basis of hypertension and liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome and the characteristics of the molecular network from gene *** and Methods: Applying Gen CLip 2.0 online platform to retrieve the up-to-date literature referred to essential hypertension from PubMed database, cluster the abnormal expression of essential hypertension-related genes and analyze their function, combining Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes-pathway analysis to investigate the closely related genes and the signaling *** on the genes closely related to hypertension, standard diagnostic symptoms of liver-fire hyperactivity were used as keywords to conduct hypertension liver-fire hyperactivity-related gene cluster ***: The top 1000 genes of essential hypertension were retrieved from GenCLip 2.0 online platform, which mainly clustered in the regulation of ambulatory blood pressure, regulation of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS), and sympathetic nervous system activity, as well as endothelial dysfunction; the closely related genes of hypertension with liver-fire hyperactivity are related to RAAS, gene REN, angiotensin converting enzyme, angiotensinogen, and cytochrome P450 family ***: A combination of literature mining and data mining can construct the gene network of hypertension and the syndrome-related genes, which provides a new method for the study of the biological basis of hypertension from the genetic level.

Objective:To analyze the investigation results of mental health Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90)of nursing interns(hereinafter referred to as nursing students)in a hospital in Gansu Province,to comprehensively and objectively understand the mental health status of nursing students,in order to provide the basis of maintaining and improving the mental health level of nursing ***:Totally 121 nursing interns were surveyed using SCL-90,and statistical analysis was performed using ***:The mental health status of nursing students in a hospital in Gansu Province is higher than that of normal adults in *** scores of the six factors(somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,depression,anxiety,horror,and psychosis)are higher(P<0.01).Compared with the group norm,the four factors of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,terror,and anxiety are higher(P<0.01),but they are better than the mental health status of college students in China(except for somatic symptoms)(P<0.01).Conclusion:The mental health status of nursing students is poor and needs *** can be taken to alleviate psychological problems of nursing students,thoroughly improve their anxiety and depression,and thus improve their health.

Background:Hypertension affects over 1 billion people globally and is the top risk factor of cardiovascular morbidity and ***(WWJYS),as an empirical prescription,has stable depressurization *** study investigated the chemical composition and pharmacodynamic effects of WWJYS in regulating the blood pressure(BP),emotion,and blood lipid of spontaneous hypertensive rats,and further explored the depressurization mechanism of *** and Methods:This study used network pharmacology to identify the origins and predict targets of WWJYS,and artificial intelligence-based molecular docking is used to further predict targets and *** chemical constituents of WWJYS were analyzed and identified by ultra high-performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry(MS)/***:In the WWJYS group,the systolic BP level significantly was decreased,and the HR was *** irritability became stable after the 5-week treatment compared with the model group(P<0.05).Rats’rotation tolerance time increased after 2-weeks *** with the model group,angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 protein and mRNA of the WWJYS group increased significantly(P<0.05).Network pharmacology collected 64 compounds and identified 22 potential targets of WWJYS for antihypertensive *** Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes enrichment analysis showed that WWJYS might regulate smooth muscle cells,affect inflammatory response and improve endothelial function through multiple *** molecular docking study further supported that the target proteins have good combinations with the main active components of ***:The data indicated that WWJYS had significant depressurization,analgesic,and sedative,as well as lipid-lowering effects,and the depressurization mechanism of WWJYS may function in multiple signal pathways,especially in improving blood vessel function and intervening inflammation.

Objective To report tympanoplasty cases completed with Sheehy Partial Ossicular Replacement Prostheses(PORP).Methods Seventy eight(83 ears) of 89 cases who received Sheehy PORP for ossicular chain reconstructionwere *** cases were followed for more than 6 months(mean:21.3 months).The preand post -operative average air conduction thresholds and Air -Bone Gap(ABG) at 0.5,1 and 2 kHz were *** All 83 ears showed uneventful healing at 1 month *** in 2 ears without cartilage reinforcement were found dislocated at 3 *** hearing thresholds were from 35.75 to 68.5 dB HL(mean:59.13 ± 15.23 dB HL).Postoperative mean hearing threshold improved to 32.23± 13.21 dB HL(P < 0.01).Mean air-bone gap(ABG) improved from 36.95 ± 12.19 dB preoperatively to 21.71 ± 12.05 dB after surgery(P < 0.01).In 68 ears(81.9%),postoperative ABGs were either ≤ 20 dB or improved by 15 dB or more compared to before surgery(defined as satisfactory).Conclusion PORP as a ossicular reconstruction material appears to provide satisfactory *** should be paid to avoid of postoperative ***-term outcomes remain to be assessed.

BACKGROUND: The outcome of surgical treatment of pa- tients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) is poor. This study was designed to analyze the relationship between clinicopathologic features and the survival time after opera- tion. METHODS: The operation was performed in 104 patients with mass-forming type ICC at our hospital between No- vember 1996 and May 2000. Seventy-nine patients (76.0%) were followed up successfully. Sixteen clinicopathological variables including age, sex, history of chronic liver di- sease , HBsAg, operation, adjuvant therapy, ascites, lymph node metastasis, invasion of adjacent organs, tumor size, necrosis of tumor, envelope, intrahepatic metastasis, Inter- national Union Against Cancer (UICC) TNM staging, his- tology, and cirrhosis were selected for univariate and multi- variate analyses to evaluate their influence on the prognosis. RESULTS: The accumulative 1-, 3-, 5-year survival rates of the 79 patients were 49.4%, 17.3%, 9.6% respectively. Univariate analysis revealed that sex (P=0.0221), HBsAg (P=0.0115), operation (P=0.0042), adjuvant therapy (P= 0.0389), ascites (P=0.0001), invasion (P=0.0220), intra- hepatic metastasis (P=0.0000) and TNM stage (P= 0.0001) were related to survival time. Multivariate analysis revealed that HBsAg, ascites and TNM stage were signifi- cantly related to prognosis. CONCLUSION: Early diagnosis and treatment and major hepatectomy are essential to improving the results of surgi- cal treatment of ICC patients.
