A lipid droplet-associated protein Nem1 regulates appressorium function for infection of Magnaporthe oryzae

Lipid droplets are important storages in fungal conidia and can be used by plant pathogenic fungi for infection.However,the regulatory mechanism of lipid droplets formation and the utilization during fungal development and infection are largely unknown.Here,in Magnaporthe oryzae,we identified a lipid droplet-associated protein Nem1 that played a key role in lipid droplets biogenesis and utilization.Nem1 was highly expressed in conidia,but lowly expressed in appressoria,and its encoded protein was localized to lipid droplets.Deletion of NEM1 resulted in reduced numbers of lipid droplets and decreased content of diacylglycerol(DAG)or triacylglycerol(TAG).NEM1 was required for asexual development especially conidia production.TheΔnem1 mutant was nearly loss of virulence to host plants due to defects in appressorial penetration and invasive growth.Remarkably,Nem1 was regulated by the TOR signaling pathway and involved in the autophagy process.The Ser303 residue of Nem1 could be phosphorylated by the cAMP-PKA signaling pathway and was important for biological function of Nem1.Together,our study revealed a regulatory mechanism of lipid biogenesis and metabolism during the conidium and appressorium formation of the rice blast fungus.

Migration behavior of solid fuel particles during granulation process and its influence on combustion property

Iron ore sintering process is the main CO_(2) emission source throughout the integrate steelworks,which primarily comes from the combustion of solid fuels.Improving the combustion efficiency and reducing the solid fuel consumption are important ways to reduce the CO_(2) emission in the sintering process.Around the efficient combustion of fuel,the migration behavior and combustion characteristics of solid fuel in the granulation process were investigated.The results indicated that during the granulation process,fuel particles with size less than 0.5 mm mainly migrated into the granules with grain size of 1-3,3-5 and 5-8 mm;fuel particles with size of 0.5^(-1)mm mainly migrated into granules of 1-3 mm;fuel particles with size of 1-3,3-5 and 5-8 mm mainly entered the granules with the same grain size.With the increase in fuel particles grain size from-0.5 to+8 mm,the combustion efficiency exhibited a firstly-increasing and then decreasing tendency,while the NO_(x) exhibited a decreasing tendency.Potential reason can be described that finer fuel particles(-1 mm)easily distributed in the outer layer of the granules,which combusted fiercely due to its larger specific surface area,leading to the development of incomplete combustion and the conversion of fuel nitrogen;the combustion efficiency of larger fuel particles was restricted by the inner diffusion of O_(2),which then contributed to the reduction of NO_(x) under the inadequate combustion atmosphere.

针对Ni包WC颗粒增强金属基复合材料激光熔覆过程,开发了熔覆层温度场及应力场模型,考虑了不同含量Ni包WC颗粒对复合熔覆层热物性的影响,分析了金属基复合熔覆层中的温度场和应力场演变机理并提出了应力优化的梯度熔覆方案。结果表明:当粉末中Ni包WC颗粒含量越多,物性与基体相差越大,在熔覆过程中会产生较大的应力,熔覆层中最大应力出现在熔覆层与基体的结合面附近。采用梯度熔覆方案可显著降低最大应力,以得到成形良好的复合熔覆层。

Assembly-oriented reliability analysis method for the top-connection structure of a nuclear fuel assembly

The nuclear fuel assembly is the core component of a nuclear reactor.In a pressurized water reactor fuel assembly,the top-connection structure connects the top nozzle to the guide thimble.Its performance reliability is essential for the stability of the nuclear fuel assembly.In this study,an assembly-oriented reliability analysis method for top-connection structures is presented by establishing an assembly-oriented top-connection structure parameter modeling method and a nonlinear contact gap and penetration correction method.A reliability model of the top-connection assembly structure,including multiple stochastic design variables,was constructed,and the overall reliability of the top-connection assembly structure was obtained via a Kriging model and Monte Carlo simulation.The acquired experimental data were consistent with real-world failure conditions,which verified the practicability and feasibility of the reliability analysis method proposed in this study.

本研究旨在建立一种酸提取快速测定复合维生素中维生素B1、维生素B2的方法。样品前处理采用盐酸溶液在70℃提取10 min后,在高效液相色谱仪联合二极管阵列检测器260 nm的检测波长下,可以实现维生素B1、维生素B2的分离和检测。结果表明:两种组分在浓度0.1~50.0μg/mL内线性关系良好,检出限均为0.1μg/kg,定量限均为0.3μg/kg,加标回收率达到82.3%~95.7%,相对标准偏差为3.2%~5.9%(n=5)。本方法准确度和灵敏度均较高,可减少两种目标物分别测定的繁琐步骤,可以满足复合维生素中维生素B1、维生素B2同时快速测定需求。

当今水下无人航行器(UUV)在军事与民用领域都有着广泛的应用前景,布放与回收技术是影响UUV实际应用的一项关键技术。目前主要回收引导方式有声学导引、光学导引、电磁导引这3种,而各自都存在明显的优缺点。本文针对声光联合导引机械臂回收系统光学子系统进行研究,设计一组可在水下200 m、0.05~10 m范围工作的机器视觉镜头及其配合使用的靶标,并完成了系统的仿真。该系统可在环境要求下准确地提取出靶标特征点。

Metal oxide semiconductor heterojunctions(MOSHs)can enhance the performance of ethanol gas sen-sors substantially.Ethanol gas sensors based on MOSHs are cost-effective and have excellent sensing response,good selectivity,fast response and recovery,long-term stability or repeatability,a low operating temperature,a facile fabrica-tion process,and versatile applications.This paper reviews the recent advances in gas sensors that are based on MOSHs and the advantages of using them to detect ethanol gas.According to the literature,compared with ethanol gas sen-sors that use single-component sensing materials,the MOSHs exhibit superior performance due to the synergy between the different components,which can amplify the reception and transduction components of the sensor signals.To the best of our knowledge,heterojunctions can be grouped into four main categories as metal oxide/metal oxide,metal oxide/metal sulfide,metal oxide/noble metal,and metal oxide/other materials,including rare-earth metals,g-C_(3)N_(4),and graphene,heterojunctions.The future trends and challenges that would be faced in the development of ethanol gas sensors based on MOSHs are discussed in detail.Finally,critical ideas and thinking regarding the future progress of MOSH-based gas sensors are presented.

Effect of hydrogen-storage pressure on the detonation characteristics of emulsion explosives sensitized by glass microballoons

In this study,hydrogen-storage glass microballoons were introduced into emulsion explosives to improve the detonation performance of the explosives.The effect of hydrogen-storage pressure on the detonation characteristics of emulsion explosives was systematically investigated.Detonation velocity experiments shows that the change of sensitizing gas and the increase of hydrogen pressure have different effects on the detonation velocity.The experimental parameters of underwater explosion increase first and then decreases with the increase of hydrogen pressure.The decrease of these parameters indicates that the strength of glass microballoons is the limiting factor to improve the detonation performance of hydrogen-storage emulsion explosives.Compared with the traditional emulsion explosives,the maximum peak pressure of shock wave of hydrogen-storage emulsion explosives increases by 10.6%at 1.0 m and 10.2%at 1.2 m,the maximum values of shock impulse increase by 5.7%at 1.0 m and 19.4%at 1.2 m.The stored hydrogen has dual effects of sensitizers and energetic additives,which can improve the energy output of emulsion explosives.

目的探究门静脉血栓与非急诊内镜下治疗食管胃静脉曲张(GV)术后再出血的关联。方法回顾性纳入2017年1月至2023年3月郑州大学人民医院诊断的肝硬化伴食管GV患者,根据是否存在门静脉血栓,将患者分为血栓组和非血栓组,比较两组患者经治疗后的内镜治疗失败率、不同时间段内的再出血率。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线选取影响两组随访时间内总再出血的GV直径的最佳截断值。分析两组患者12、36个月内再出血的影响因素,并进一步分析血栓组36个月内再出血的影响因素。结果共纳入106例患者,血栓组53例,男37例,女16例,年龄18~78(54±13)岁;非血栓组53例,男37例,女16例,年龄27~83(55±12)岁;两组随访时间分别为(20±15)和(25±15)个月。血栓组总再出血率高于非血栓组[30.2%(16/53)比13.2%(7/53),P<0.05];其中血栓组6、12、24和36个月内再出血率均高于非血栓组[分别为18.9%(10/53)比5.7%(3/53),18.9%(10/53)比5.7%(3/53),28.3%(15/53)比9.4%(5/53),30.2%(16/53)比11.3%(6/53),均P<0.05]。影响两组总再出血的GV直径的最佳截断值为10.4 mm(从实际临床应用方便考虑,选择10 mm作为最佳截断值)。血红蛋白<85 g/L(HR=0.202,95%CI:0.043~0.953,P=0.043)、10 mm
