Human microorganisms,including bacteria,fungi,and viruses,play key roles in several physiological and pathological *** studies discovered that tumour tissues once considered sterile actually host a variety of microorganisms,which have been confirmed to be closely related to *** concept of intratumoural microbiota was subsequently *** could colonise tumour tissues through mucosal destruction,adjacent tissue migration,and hematogenic invasion and affect the biological behaviour of tumours as an important part of the tumour *** studies have demonstrated that intratumoural microbiota potentially promote the initiation and progression of tumours by inducing genomic instability and mutations,affecting epigenetic modifications,promoting inflammation response,avoiding immune destruction,regulating metabolism,and activating invasion and *** more comprehensive and profound insights about intratumoral microbiota are continuously emerging,new methods for the early diagnosis and prognostic assessment of cancer patients have been under *** addition,interventions based on intratumoural microbiota show great potential to open a new chapter in antitumour therapy,especially immunotherapy,although there are some inevitable ***,we aim to provide an extensive review of the concept,development history,potential sources,heterogeneity,and carcinogenic mechanisms of intratumoural microorganisms,explore the potential role of microorganisms in tumour prognosis,and discuss current antitumour treatment regimens that target intratumoural microorganisms and the research prospects and limitations in this field.

Analytical Solutions for an Isotropic Elastic Half-Plane with Complete Surface Effects Subjected to a Concentrated/Uniform Surface Load

Within the context of Gurtin-Murdoch surface elasticity theory,closed-form analytical solutions are derived for an isotropic elastic half-plane subjected to a concentrated/uniform surface *** the effects of residual surface stress and surface elasticity are *** stress function method and Fourier integral transform technique are *** solutions are provided in a compact manner that can easily reduce to special situations that take into account either one surface effect or none at *** results indicate that surface effects generally lower the stress levels and smooth the deformation profiles in the *** elasticity plays a dominant role in the in-plane elastic fields for a tangentially loaded half-plane,while the effect of residual surface stress is fundamentally crucial for the out-of-plane stress and displacement when the half-plane is normally *** the remaining situations,combined effects of surface elasticity and residual surface stress should be *** results for a concentrated surface force serve essentially as fundamental solutions of the Flamant and the half-plane Cerruti problems with surface *** solutions presented in this work may be helpful for understanding the contact behaviors between solids at the nanoscale.

Starlet:Network defense resource allocation with multi-armed bandits for cloud-edge crowd sensing in IoT

The cloud platform has limited defense resources to fully protect the edge servers used to process crowd sensing data in Internet of *** guarantee the network's overall security,we present a network defense resource allocation with multi-armed bandits to maximize the network's overall ***,we propose the method for dynamic setting of node defense resource thresholds to obtain the defender(attacker)benefit function of edge servers(nodes)and ***,we design a defense resource sharing mechanism for neighboring nodes to obtain the defense capability of ***,we use the decomposability and Lipschitz conti-nuity of the defender's total expected utility to reduce the difference between the utility's discrete and continuous arms and analyze the difference ***,experimental results show that the method maximizes the defender's total expected utility and reduces the difference between the discrete and continuous arms of the utility.

A porous Eu-PTA/Tb-SSA/ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3) light color adjustable phosphor:Luminescent property and application of warm white LED

Light emitting diode(LED) is the fourth generation lighting source,but it has some shortcomings such as complex chip packaging process and the unbalanced light color of phosphor in long-time *** this study,a kind of Eu-terephthalic acid/Tb-sulfosalicylate/ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3)(Eu-PTA/Tb-SSA/ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3))phosphor with warm white light emission properties was prepared,and the warm white light LED(wWLEDs) was successfully prepared by encapsulating Eu-PTA/Tb-SSA/ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3) phosphors together with 270 nm *** ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3),Tb-SSA/ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3) and Eu-PTA/ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3) samples show blue emission,green emission and red emission under deep ultraviolet(UV,270 nm) excitation,*** Tb-SSA and Eu-PTA are co-doped into ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3) matrix with blue emission to achieve the warm white light emission,and the light color can be adjusted by controlling the doping amount of Eu^(3+)-and Tb^(3+).Through the excitation method of single-component phosphor by the single chip,the complex chip packaging process of w-LED can be *** doping rare earth organic complexes into porous ZrO_(2)/ZnZrO_(3) matrix,the problems of the light color unbalanced of phosphor and the low luminescence intensity of rare earth doped metal oxides composites can be solved.

Comparison of the clinical effects of dual-modality endoscopy and traditional laparotomy for the treatment of intra-and extrahepatic bile duct stones

BACKGROUND Bile duct stones(BDSs)may cause patients to develop liver cirrhosis or even liver ***,the success rate of surgical treatment for intrahepatic and extrahepatic BDSs is not satisfactory,and there is a risk of postoperative *** To compare the clinical effects of dual-modality endoscopy(duodenoscopy and laparoscopy)with those of traditional laparotomy in the treatment of intra-and extrahepatic *** Ninety-five patients with intra-and extrahepatic BDSs who sought medical services at Wuhan No.1 Hospital between August 2019 and May 2023 were selected;45 patients in the control group were treated by traditional laparotomy,and 50 patients in the research group were treated by dual-modality *** following factors were collected for analysis:curative effects,safety(incision infection,biliary fistula,lung infection,hemobilia),surgical factors[surgery time,intraoperative blood loss(IBL)volume,gastrointestinal function recovery time,and length of hospital stay],serum inflammatory markers[tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,interleukin(IL)-6,and IL-8],and oxidative stress[glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),and advanced protein oxidation products(AOPPs)].RESULTS The analysis revealed markedly better efficacy(an obviously higher total effective rate)in the research group than in the control *** addition,an evidently lower postoperative complication rate,shorter surgical duration,gastrointestinal function recovery time and hospital stay,and lower IBL volume were observed in the research ***,the posttreatment serum inflammatory marker(TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-8)levels were significantly lower in the research group than in the control *** with those in the control group,the posttreatment GSH-Px,SOD,MDA and AOPPs in the research group were equivalent to the pretreatment levels;for example,the GSH-Px and SOD levels were significantly higher,while the MDA and AOPP levels were

Coordination polymerization of renewable β-ocimene has been investigated using asymmetric diiminophosphinate lutetium complex1, β-diketiminate yttrium complex 2, bis(phosphino)carbazolide yttrium complex 3, half-sandwich benzyl fluorenyl scandium complex 4 and pyridyl-methylene-fluorenyl rare-metal complexes 5a–5c. Complexes 1, 4 and 5a–5c show trans-1,2-regioselectivities and high activities, of which 5c exhibits excellent isoselectivity(mmmm>99%). Conversely, complexes 2 and 3 promote β-ocimene polymerization to produce isotactic cis-1,4-polyocimenes(cis-1,4>99%, mm>95%). Diblock copolymers cis-1,4-PIP-block-cis-1,4-POc and cis-1,4-PBD-block-cis-1,4-POc are obtained in one-pot reactions of β-ocimene with isoprene and butadiene using complex 3. Epoxidation and hydroxylation of polyocimene afford functionalized polyolefins with enhanced T_(g)(from-20 ℃ to 79 ℃ and 74 ℃) and hydrophilicity.

Enhancing reversible hydrogen storage performance of 2LiBH4–MgH2 via in-situ building heterogeneous nucleation sites

2LiBH4-MgH2composite is one of the most attractive reactive hydride composites with a theoretic hydrogen capacity of 10.8 wt%.However,the large nucleation restriction of MgB2during the second step of dehydrogenation results in sluggish hydrogen storage kinetics and high operating temperature,which hinders its practical application as on-board hydrogen storage ***,Al3Ti doped Al nanoparticles （AT NPs） are prepared by a facile chemical reduction reaction to improve the hydrogen storage performance of *** the initial H2desorption process,MgAlB4and TiB2that have identical crystal structure and low d-value mismatch with MgB2resulting from the reaction between AT NPs and 2LiBH4-MgH2composite serve as effective nucleation sites for the formation of *** a result,the apparent activation energy of the two-step H2desorption of AT NPs doped 2LiBH4-MgH2composite are notably decreased to （110.0±5.9） and（119.6±1.4） kJ·mol-1,which is 55.5 and 33.5 kJ·mol-1lower than that of the undoped *** importantly,a reversible hydrogen storage capacity of 9.2 wt%after 10cycles of H2desorption and adsorption could be achieved,corresponding to a capacity retention rate of 99%.The building of reactive bimetallic catalyst towards in situ formation of heterogeneous nucleation sites provides a new strategy for improving the hydrogen storage performance of reactive hydride composites.

Study on cumulative effects of biological craniocerebral trauma under repeated blast

Repeated blast impacts on personnel in explosive environments can exacerbate craniocerebral *** existing studies focus on the injury effects of a single blast,lacking in-depth analysis on the injury effects and cumulative effects of repeated ***,rats were used as the experimental samples to suffer from explosion blasts with different peak air overpressures(167 kPa~482 kPa)and varying number of repeated *** cumulative effect of craniocerebral trauma was most pronounced for moderate repeated blast,showing approximately 95%increase of trauma severity with penta blast,and an approximately 85%increase of trauma severity with penta minor *** cumulative effect of craniocerebral trauma from severe,repeated blast has a smaller rate of change compared to the other two *** severity of trauma from penta blast increased by approximately 69%compared to a single *** physiological,pathological and biochemical analysis show that the degree of neurological trauma caused by repeated blasts is higher than that of single blasts,and the pathological trauma to brain tissue is more extensive and *** trauma degree remains unchanged after double blast,increases by one grade after triple or quadruple blast,and increases by two grades after penta blast.

From 0D to 3D:Hierarchical structured high-performance free-standing silicon anodes based on binder-induced topological network architecture

Free-standing silicon anodes with high proportion of active materials have aroused great attention;however,the mechanical stability and electrochemical performance are severely ***,to resolve the appeal issues,a free-standing anode with a"corrugated paper"shape on micro-scale and a topological crosslinking network on the submicron and nano-scale is ***,an integrated three-dimensional electrode structure is constructed based on robust carbon nanotubes network with firmly anchored SiNPs via forming interlocking *** which,the hierarchical interlocking structure is achieved by directional induction of the binder,which ensures well integration during cycling so that significantly enhances mechanical stability as well as electronic and ionic conductivity of *** from it,this anode exhibits outsta nding performance under harsh service conditions including high Si loading,ultrahigh areal capacity(33.2 mA h cm^(-2)),and high/low temperatures(-15-60℃),which significantly extends its practical ***,the optimization mechanism of this electrode is explored to verify the crack-healing and structure-integration maintaining along cycling via a unique self-stabilization ***,from both the fundamental and engineering views,this strategy offers a promising path to produce high-performance free-standing electrodes for flexible device applications especially facing volume effect challenges.

An improved deep dilated convolutional neural network for seismic facies interpretation

With the successful application and breakthrough of deep learning technology in image segmentation,there has been continuous development in the field of seismic facies interpretation using convolutional neural *** intelligent and automated methods significantly reduce manual labor,particularly in the laborious task of manually labeling seismic ***,the extensive demand for training data imposes limitations on their wider *** overcome this challenge,we adopt the UNet architecture as the foundational network structure for seismic facies classification,which has demonstrated effective segmentation results even with small-sample training ***,we integrate spatial pyramid pooling and dilated convolution modules into the network architecture to enhance the perception of spatial information across a broader *** seismic facies classification test on the public data from the F3 block verifies the superior performance of our proposed improved network structure in delineating seismic facies *** analysis against the traditional UNet model reveals that our method achieves more accurate predictive classification results,as evidenced by various evaluation metrics for image ***,the classification accuracy reaches an impressive 96%.Furthermore,the results of seismic facies classification in the seismic slice dimension provide further confirmation of the superior performance of our proposed method,which accurately defines the range of different seismic *** approach holds significant potential for analyzing geological patterns and extracting valuable depositional information.
