Public auditing for real‑time medical sensor data in cloud‑assisted HealthIIoT system

With the advancement of industrial internet of things(IIoT),wireless medical sensor networks(WMSNs)have been widely introduced in modern healthcare systems to collect real-time medical data from patients,which is known as HealthIIoT.Considering the limited computing and storage capabilities of lightweight HealthIIoT devices,it is necessary to upload these data to remote cloud servers for storage and maintenance.However,there are still some serious security issues within outsourcing medical sensor data to the cloud.One of the most signifcant challenges is how to ensure the integrity of these data,which is a prerequisite for providing precise medical diagnosis and treatment.To meet this challenge,we propose a novel and efcient public auditing scheme,which is suitable for cloud-assisted HealthIIoT system.Specifcally,to address the contradiction between the high real-time requirement of medical sensor data and the limited computing power of HealthIIoT devices,a new online/ofine tag generation algorithm is designed to improve preprocessing efciency;to protect medical data privacy,a secure hash function is employed to blind the data proof.We formally prove the security of the presented scheme,and evaluate the performance through detailed experimental comparisons with the state-of-the-art ones.The results show that the presented scheme can greatly improve the efciency of tag generation,while achieving better auditing performance than previous schemes.

Design of process and control scheme for cyclohexanol production from cyclohexene using reactive distillation

Cyclohexanol is a commonly used organic compound.Currently,the most promising industrial process for synthesizing cyclohexanol,by cyclohexene hydration,suffers from a low conversion rate and difficult separation.In this paper,a three-column process for catalytic distillation applicable in the hydration of cyclohexene to cyclohexanol was established to solve these.Simulation with Aspen Plus shows that the process has good advantages,the conversion of cyclohexene reached 99.3%,and the product purity was>99.2%.The stable operation of the distillation system requires a good control scheme.The design of the control scheme is very important.However,at present,the reactive distillation process for cyclohexene hydration is under investigation experimentally and by steady-state simulation.Therefore,three different plant-wide control schemes were established(CS1,CS2,CS3) and the position of temperature sensitive stage was selected by using sensitivity analysis method and singular value decomposition method.The Tyreus-Luyben empirical tuning method was used to tune the controller parameters.Finally,Aspen Dynamics simulation software was used to evaluate the performance of the three control schemes.By introducing ΔF±20% and χ_(ENE)±5%,comparison the changes in product purity and yield of the three different control schemes.By comparison,we can see that the control scheme CS3 has the best performance.

Federated Reinforcement Learning with Adaptive Training Times for Edge Caching

To relieve the backhaul link stress and reduce the content acquisition delay,mobile edge caching has become one of the promising approaches.In this paper,a novel federated reinforcement learning(FRL)method with adaptive training times is proposed for edge caching.Through a new federated learning process with the asynchronous model training process and synchronous global aggregation process,the proposed FRL-based edge caching algorithm mitigates the performance degradation brought by the non-identically and independently distributed(noni.i.d.)characteristics of content popularity among edge nodes.The theoretical bound of the loss function difference is analyzed in the paper,based on which the training times adaption mechanism is proposed to deal with the tradeoff between local training and global aggregation for each edge node in the federation.Numerical simulations have verified that the proposed FRL-based edge caching method outperforms other baseline methods in terms of the caching benefit,the cache hit ratio and the convergence speed.

Probing the solar transition region： current status and future perspectives

The solar transition region （TR） is the temperature regime from roughly 0.02 MK to 0.8 MK in the solar atmosphere. It is the transition layer from the collisional and partially ionized chromosphere to the collisionless and fully ionized corona. The TR plays an important role in the mass and energy transport in both the quiet solar atmosphere and solar eruptions. Most of the TR emission lines fall into the spectral range of far ultraviolet and extreme ultraviolet （~400/^-1600/~）. Imaging and spec- troscopic observations in this spectral range are the most important ways to obtain information about the physics of the TR. Static solar atmosphere models predict a very thin TR. However, recent high- resolution observations indicate that the TR is highly dynamic and inhomogeneous. I will summarize some major findings about the TR made through imaging and spectroscopic observations in the past 20 years. These existing observations have demonstrated that the TR may be the key to understanding coronal heating and origin of the solar wind. Future exploration of the solar TR may need to focus on the upper TR, since the plasma in this temperature regime （0.1 MK-0.8 MK） has not been routinely imaged before. High-resolution imaging and spectroscopic observations of the upper TR will not only allow us to track the mass and energy from the lower atmosphere to the corona, but also help us to understand the initiation and heating mechanisms of coronal mass ejections and solar flares.

TaNRT2.1-6B is a dual-affinity nitrate transporter contributing to nitrogen uptake in bread wheat under both nitrogen deficiency and sufficiency

Multiple nitrate transporter(NRT)genes exist in the genome of bread wheat,and it is of great importance to identify the elite NRT genes for N-efficient wheat cultivar breeding.A candidate gene association study(CGAS)of six N use efficiency(NUE)related traits(grain N concentration(GNC),straw N concentration(SNC),grain yield(GY),grain N accumulation(GNA),shoot total N accumulation(STN)and N harvest index(NHI))was performed based on SNPs in 46 NRT2 genes using a panel composed of 286 wheat cultivars.CGAS identified TaNRT2.1-6B as an elite NRT gene that is significantly associated with four(NHI,SNC,GNA and GY)of the six NUE-related traits simultaneously.TaNRT2.1-6B is located on the plasma membrane and acts as a dual-affinity NRT.The overexpression of TaNRT2.1-6B increased the N influx and root growth of wheat,whereas gene silence lines resulted in the opposite effects.The overexpression of TaNRT2.1-6B also improved GY and N accumulation of wheat under either limited or sufficient N conditions.The data provide the TaNRT2.1-6B gene and the two associated SNP markers as promising powerful tools for breeding wheat cultivars with high N uptake ability and NUE.

Large Spacing Array with Offset Phase Center Elements for Highly Integrated Applications

A scanning and uniform array architecture with large spacing,low complexity and high scalability is presented for high integration massive array applications.It is constructed by offset phase center elements arranged in a uniform and regular way,but its spacing can be larger than that of traditional arrays.An ideal model of the offset phase center element is established and its far-field distribution is derived.To suppress grating lobes,the phase center of any element is designed to be movable without changing its physical position.Using genetic algorithm(GA),a new constraint condition limiting the number of phase center changes is proposed to solve the objective function of the minimum values of grating lobes(GLs)and side lobes(SLs).It is shown that the optimal results can be achieved by two changes of phase centers.A multimode circular patch is developed and designed,and characteristics of the offset phase center are analyzed and verified.A prototype array of 12×12 offset phase center elements is implemented based on multi-mode circular patches.Full wave simulation results of radiation patterns show that the level of grating lobes is suppressed at least 7dB with 1.12λ spacing,while the scanning angle is 20°.

Three-dimensional numerical analysis on combustion performance and flow of hybrid rocket motor with multi-segmented grain

This paper presents the combustion characteristics in hybrid rocket motors with multisegmented grain through three-dimensional numerical simulations.Multi-segmented grain is composed of several thin grains with two or more ports.The numerical model consists of Navier-Stokes equations with turbulence,solid fuel pyrolysis,chemical reactions,a fluid–solid coupling model and a regression rate model.The simulations adopt 90%Hydrogen Peroxide(HP)and PolyEthylene(PE)as the propellant combination.The effects of the rotation,port number,fuel grain segment number and mid-chamber length on the flow field and combustion performances are analyzed.The results indicate that the multi-segmented grain configuration can strengthen the flow field,and the regression rate and combustion efficiency are enhanced.Take the cases with two grain segments and three ports for example,the regression rate is increased by 32.4%-45.1%and the combustion efficiency increases by 6%-8.6%in different rotation angles.

A Symmetric Inertial Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers for Elliptic Equation Constrained Optimization Problem

A new algorithm,called symmetric inertial alternating direction method of multipliers(SIADMM),is designed for separable convex optimization problems with linear constraints in this paper.The convergence rate of the SIADMM is proved to be O(1/√k).Two kinds of elliptic equation constrained optimization problems,the un-constrained cases as well as the box-constrained cases of the distributed control and the Robin boundary control,are analyzed theoretically and solved numerically.First,the existence and uniqueness of the solutions to these problems are proved.Second,these continuous optimization problems are transformed into discrete optimization problems by theﬁnite element method,and then the discrete optimization problems are solved by the proposed SIADMM.Numerical experiments with different problems are investigated to demonstrate the efﬁciency of the SIADMM.And the numerical per-formance of the SIADMM is better than the performance of the ADMM.Moreover,the numerical results show that the convergence rate of the SIADMM tends to be faster than O(1/√k)in calculation process.

PCA-Based Network Traffic Anomaly Detection

The use of a Traffic Matrix（TM） to describe the characteristics of a global network has attracted significant interest in network performance research. Due to the high dimensionality and sparsity of network traffic, Principal Component Analysis（PCA） has been successfully applied to TM analysis. PCA is one of the most common methods used in analysis of high-dimensional objects. This paper shows how to apply PCA to TM analysis and anomaly detection. The experiment results demonstrate that the PCA-based method can detect anomalies for both single and multiple nodes with high accuracy and efficiency.

Gas Generation from Coal and Coal-Measure Mudstone Source Rocks of the Xujiahe Formation in the Western Sichuan Depression,Sichuan Basin

The Triassic and Jurassic tight sandstone gas in the western Sichuan depression,Sichuan Basin has attracted much attention in recent years,and the Upper Triassic coal-bearing Xujiahe Formation is believed to be the major source rock.However,there are relatively few studies on the carbon isotopic heterogeneity of methane generated from coal-measure source rocks and the origin of the natural gases in Xinchang Gas Field is still controversial.In this study,one coal-measure mudstone sample and one coal sample of the Xujiahe Formation in western Sichuan Basin were selected for gold tube pyrolysis experiment to determine their gas generation characteristics.Geological extrapolation of gas generation and methane carbon isotope fractionation parameters reveals that the main gas generation stage of Xujiahe Formation ranges from Late Jurassic to Cretaceous in the Xinchang Gas Field.The natural gas in the 5th member of Xujiahe Formation in Xinchang Gas Field is mainly derived from the 5th member of Xujiahe Formation itself,i.e.,self-generation and self-reservoir,however,the gas in the Jurassic gas pools is mainly derived from the source rocks of the 3rd member of Xujiahe Formation rather than the 5th member of Xujiahe Formation.
