Self assembled monolayers (SAMs) of to-mercapto methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)(MPEG) on gold electrode were used as a means to detect dopamine. Dopamine (DA) had good response at the MPEG film electrode and ascorbic acid (AA) was repelled from the SAMs. TheMPEG film is a biocompatible film, there was no adsorption of biosample and no inactivation atelectrode surface when it was used to detect DA in biosamples.

With the growing energy demand associated with high safety and low-cost requirement,aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)have been considered as one of the most promising next-generation ***,some key issues,such as uncontrollable dendrites growth,severe corrosion,hydrogen evolution and side reactions of Zn anodes during charge/discharge process,have hindered its pragmatic ***-dimensional(2D)materials hold advantages of unique physical and chemical properties,large surface areas and abundant active sites,which have been successfully used to overcome the above shortcomings of Zn anodes in recent *** this review,the issues and challenges of Zn anodes are ***,the state-of-the-art progress on Zn anodes modification based on 2D materials such as graphene,2D metal carbides and nitrides(MXenes),2D metal-organic frameworks(MOFs),2D covalent organic frameworks(COFs),2D transition metal compounds and other 2D materials is discussed in ***,the perspectives of employing 2D materials in highly reversible Zn anodes are summarized and discussed.

Objective This study aimed to clarify the intervention effect of salidroside(SAL)on lung injury caused by PM_(2.5) in mice and illuminate the function of SIRT1-PGC-1ɑ*** Specific pathogen-free(SPF)grade male C57BL/6 mice were randomly assigned to the following groups:control group,SAL group,PM_(2.5) group,SAL+PM_(2.5) *** the first day,SAL was given by gavage,and on the second day,PM_(2.5) suspension was given by intratracheal *** whole experiment consist of a total of 10 cycles,lasting 20 *** the end of treatment,blood samples and lung tissues were collected and *** of pathological changes in lung tissue using inverted microscopy and transmission electron *** expression of inflammatory,antioxidants,apoptosis,and SIRT1-PGC-1ɑproteins were detected by Western *** Exposure to PM_(2.5) leads to obvious morphological and pathologica changes in the lung of ***_(2.5) caused a decline in levels of antioxidant-related enzymes and protein expressions of HO-1,Nrf2,SOD2,SIRT1 and PGC-1ɑ,and an increase in the protein expressions of IL-6,IL-1β,Bax,caspase-9 and cleaved ***,SAL reversed the aforementioned changes caused by PM_(2.5) by activating the SIRT1-PGC-1α *** SAL can activate SIRT1-PGC-1ɑ to ameliorate PM2.5-induced lung injury.

BACKGROUND An increasing number of studies have focused on the role of cellular metabolism in the development of colorectal cancer(CRC).However,no work is currently available to synthesize the field through *** To analyze the development in the field of“glucose metabolism”(GM),“amino acid metabolism”(AM),“lipid metabolism”(LM),and“nucleotide metabolism”(NM)in CRC by *** Articles within the abovementioned areas of GM,AM,LM and NM in CRC,which were published from January 1,1991,to December 31,2022,are retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection and analyzed by CiteSpace 6.2.R4 and VOSviewer *** The field of LM in CRC presented the largest number of annual publications and the fastest increase in the last decade compared with the other three ***,China and the United States were two of the most prominent contri-butors in these four *** addition,Gang Wang,Wei Jia,Maria Notar-nicola,and Cornelia Ulrich ranked first in publication numbers,while Jing-yuan fang,Senji Hirasawa,Wei Jia,and Charles Fuchs were the most cited authors on average in these four fields,respectively.“Gut microbiota”and“epithelial-mesenchymal transition”emerged as the newest burst words in GM,“gut microbiota”was the latest outburst word in AM,“metastasis”,“tumor microenvironment”,“fatty acid metabolism”,and“metabolic reprogramming”were the up-to-date outbreaking words in LM,while“epithelial-mesenchymal transition”and“apoptosis”were the most recently occurring words in *** Research in“cellular metabolism in CRC”is all the rage at the moment,and researchers are particularly interested in exploring the mechanism to explain the metabolic alterations in *** metabolic vulnerability appears to be a promising direction in CRC therapy.

A gold electrode covered with selfassembled monolayers of 2mercaptobenzothiazole(Au/MBT)has been developed and its electrochemical characteristics have been investigated in *** hexacyanoferrate as the electrochemical probe for studying the characteristics of the MBT monolayer film,the results,obtained by *** spectroscopy technique,show that the electron transfer of hexacyanoferrate()on Au|MBT in higher pH media was more difficult than that obtained in H2SO4 medium or on a bare gold *** electrochemical reversibility of Fe(CN)3-6/Fe(CN)4-6 changed with pH of the solution due to the proton and deproton states of N atom of *** relationship between the coverage of MBT on Au surface or pH and the apparent heterogeneous rate constant was derived and *** double layer capacitance of Au|MBT is(76455)F/*** characteristic frequency was dependent on the pH of the solution.

Realtime trigger and localization of bursts are the key functions of GECAM,an all-sky gamma-ray monitor launched on 2020 December *** developed a multifunctional trigger and localization software operating in the CPU of the GECAM Electronic *** onboard software has the following features:high trigger efficiency for real celestial bursts with a suppression of false triggers caused by charged particle bursts and background fluctuation,dedicated localization algorithm optimized for both short and long bursts,and low time latency of the trigger information which is downlinked through the Global Short Message Communication service of the global BeiDou navigation *** paper provides a detailed description of the design and development of the trigger and localization software system for *** covers the general design,workflow,the main functions,and the algorithms used in the *** paper also includes on-ground trigger tests using simulated gamma-ray bursts generated by a dedicated X-ray tube,as well as an overview of the performance for real celestial bursts during its in-orbit operation.

Within the electronic design automation(EDA) domain, artificial intelligence(AI)-driven solutions have emerged as formidable tools, yet they typically augment rather than redefine existing methodologies. These solutions often repurpose deep learning models from other domains, such as vision, text, and graph analytics, applying them to circuit design without tailoring to the unique complexities of electronic circuits. Such an “AI4EDA” approach falls short of achieving a holistic design synthesis and understanding,overlooking the intricate interplay of electrical, logical, and physical facets of circuit data. This study argues for a paradigm shift from AI4EDA towards AI-rooted EDA from the ground up, integrating AI at the core of the design process. Pivotal to this vision is the development of a multimodal circuit representation learning technique, poised to provide a comprehensive understanding by harmonizing and extracting insights from varied data sources, such as functional specifications, register-transfer level(RTL) designs, circuit netlists,and physical layouts. We champion the creation of large circuit models(LCMs) that are inherently multimodal, crafted to decode and express the rich semantics and structures of circuit data, thus fostering more resilient, efficient, and inventive design methodologies. Embracing this AI-rooted philosophy, we foresee a trajectory that transcends the current innovation plateau in EDA, igniting a profound “shift-left” in electronic design methodology. The envisioned advancements herald not just an evolution of existing EDA tools but a revolution, giving rise to novel instruments of design-tools that promise to radically enhance design productivity and inaugurate a new epoch where the optimization of circuit performance, power, and area(PPA) is achieved not incrementally, but through leaps that redefine the benchmarks of electronic systems' capabilities.
