Micromagnetic simulation is employed to study the gyration motion of magnetic vortices in distinct permalloy nanodisks driven by a spin-polarized current. The critical current density for magnetic vortex gyration, eigenfrequency, trajectory, velocity and the time for a magnetic vortex to obtain the steady gyration are analyzed. Simulation results reveal that the magnetic vortices in larger and thinner nanodisks can achieve a lower-frequency gyration at a lower current density in a shorter time. However, the magnetic vortices in thicker nanodisks need a higher current density and longer time to attain steady gyration but with a higher eigenfrequency. We also find that the point-contact position exerts different influences on these parameters in different nanodisks, which contributes to the control of the magnetic vortex gyration. The conclusions of this paper can serve as a theoretical basis for designing nano-oscillators and microwave frequency modulators.

BACKGROUND： Hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） is one of the most common cancers worldwide. Most of the patients with HCC lose the surgical opportunity at the time of diagno sis. Some novel therapeutic modalities, like gene therapy, are promising for the treatment of HCC. However, the success of gene therapy depends on two aspects： efficient gene materials and gene delivery vectors. The present study was to develop new chitosan-based nanoparticles for a midkine-si RNA（anti HCC gene drug） ***： The novel gene delivery vector（MixN CH） was syn thesized by hybrid-type modification of chitosan with 2-chloro ethylamine hydrochloride and N, N-dimethyl-2-chloroethylamine hydrochloride. The chemical structure of Mix NCH was char acterized by FT-IR and 1HNMR. The cytotoxicity of Mix NCH was determined by MTS assay. The gene condensation ability and size, zeta potential and morphology of Mix NCH/MK si RNA nanoparticles were measured. The in vitro transfection and gene knockdown efficiency of midkine by Mix NCH/MK si RNA nanoparticles was detected by q RT-PCR and Western blotting. Gene knockdown effect at the molecule level on the proliferation of Hep G2 in vitro was determined by MTS ***： Mix NCH was successfully acquired by aminoalkyl ation modification of chitosan. The Mix NCH could condense MK-siR NA well above the weight ratio of 3. The average size of Mix NCH/MK-si RNA nanoparticles was 100-200 nm, and thesurface charge was about ＋5 m V. Morphologically, Mix NCH/MK-si RNA nanoparticles were in regular spherical shape-with no aggregation. Regarding to the in vitro transfection of nanoparticles, the MixN CH/MK-siR NA nanoparticles reduced MK m RNA level to 14.03%±4.03%, which were comparable to Biotrans（8.94%±3.77%）. Mix NCH/MK-si RNA effectively inhibited the proliferation of Hep G2 in vitro.-CONCLUSION： Mix NCH/MK-si RNA nanoparticles could be effective for the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.

The A-type granites with highly positiveε_(Nd)(t)values in the West Junggar,Central Asian Orogenic Belt(CAOB),have long been perceived as a group formed under the same tectonic and geodynamic setting,magmatic sourceq and petrogenetic *** evidence shows that these granites occurred at two different tectonic units related to the southeastern subduction of Junggar oceanic plate:the Hongshan and Karamay granites emplaced in the southeast of West Junggar in the Baogutu continental arc;whereas the Akebasitao and Miaoergou granites formed in the accretionary *** the authors present new bulk-rock geochemistry and Sr-Nd isotopes,zircon U-Pb ages and Hf-O isotopes data on these *** granites in the Baogutu continental arc and accretionary prism contain similar zirconε_(Hf)(t)values(+10.9 to+16.2)and bulk-rock geochemical characteristics(high SiO_(2)and K_(2)O contents,enriched LILEs(except Sr),depleted Sr,Ta and Ti,and negative anomalies in Ce and Eu).The Hongshan and Karamay granites in the Baogutu continental arc have older zircon U-Pb ages(315-305 Ma)and moderate^(18)O enrichments(δ^(18)_(O_(zircon))=+6.41‰-+7.96‰);whereas the Akebasitao and Miaoergou granites in the accretionary prism have younger zircon U-Pb ages(305-301 Ma)with higher^(18)O enrichments(δ^(18)_(O_(zircon))=+8.72‰-+9.89‰).The authors deduce that the elevated^(18)O enrichments of the Akebasitao and Miaoergou granites were probably inherited from low-temperature altered oceanic *** Akebasitao and Miaoergou granites were originated from partial melting of low-temperature altered oceanic crusts with juvenile oceanic sediments below the accretionary *** Hongshan and Karamay granites were mainly derived from partial melting of basaltic juvenile lower crust with mixtures of potentially chemical weathered ancient crustal residues and mantle basaltic melt(induced by hot intruding mantle basaltic magma at the bottom of the Baogutu continental arc).On the other hand,the Miaoe

Multi-Objective Optimization of Water-Sedimentation-Power in Reservoir Based on Pareto-Optimal Solution

A multi-objective optimal operation model of water-sedimentation-power in reservoir is established with power-generation, sedimentation and water storage taken into account. Moreover, the inertia weight self-adjusting mechanism and Pareto-optimal archive are introduced into the particle swarm optimization and an improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization （IMOPSO） is proposed. The IMOPSO is employed to solve the optimal model and obtain the Pareto-optimal front. The multi-objective optimal operation of Wanjiazhai Reservoir during the spring breakup was investigated with three typical flood hydrographs. The results show that the former method is able to obtain the Pareto-optimal front with a uniform distribution property. Different regions （A, B, C） of the Pareto-optimal front correspond to the optimized schemes in terms of the objectives of sediment deposition, sediment deposition and power generation, and power generation, respectively. The level hydrographs and outflow hydrographs show the operation of the reservoir in details. Compared with the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-Ⅱ （NSGA-Ⅱ）, IMOPSO has close global optimization capability and is suitable for multi-objective optimization problems.

We present a sample of 48 metal-poor galaxies at z 〈 0.14 selected from 92 510 galaxies in the LAMOST survey. These galaxies are identified by their detection of the auroral emission line[OⅢ]λ4363 above the 3σ level, which allows a direct measurement of electron temperature and oxygen abundance. The emission line fluxes are corrected for internal dust extinction using the Balmer decrement method. With electron temperature derived from [OⅢ]λλ4959, 5007/[OⅢ]λ4363 and electron density from [SⅡ]λ6731/[SⅡ]λ6717, we obtain the oxygen abundances in our sample which range from 12 ＋ log（O/H） = 7.63（0.09 Z_⊙） to 8.46（0.6 Z_⊙）. We find an extremely metal-poor galaxy with 12 ＋ log（O/H） = 7.63 ± 0.01. With multiband photometric data from FUV to NIR and Hαmeasurements, we also determine the stellar masses and star formation rates, based on the spectral energy distribution fitting and Hα luminosity, respectively. We find that our galaxies have low and intermediate stellar masses with 6.39 ≤ log（M/M_⊙） ≤ 9.27, and high star formation rates（SFRs） with-2.18 ≤ log（SFR/M_⊙yr^（-1）） ≤ 1.95. We also find that the metallicities of our galaxies are consistent with the local T_e-based mass-metallicity relation, while the scatter is about 0.28 dex. Additionally,assuming the coefficient of α = 0.66, we find most of our galaxies follow the local mass-metallicity-SFR relation, but a scatter of about 0.24 dex exists, suggesting the mass-metallicity relation is weakly dependent on SFR for those metal-poor galaxies.

Uncaria rhynchophylla has been widely used to treat central nervous system diseases for a long *** investigation of ***,eleven monoterpene indole alkaloids,including four new compounds uncarialins J-M(1-4)and seven known analogues(5-11),were isolated and *** structural characterization was conducted using HRESIMS,1D and 2D NMR,electronic circular dichroism(ECD)spectra,and quantum chemical *** 1,2,7,and 9-11 displayed significant ag-onistic effects towards 5-HT_(1A) receptor,and their EC_(50) values were 7.86,732,2.24,1.18,1.52,and 3.75μmol/L,***,in vivo experimental results fully revealed that hirsuteine(7)displayed a significant antidepression effect in unpredictable chronic mild stress(UCMS)-induced depression mice mainly via regulating 5-HT_(1A) signaling *** docking and site-directed amino acid mutation verified that amino acid residues Aspll6 and Asn386 were the binding sites of hirsuteine(7)with 5-HT_(1A) *** addition,pre-treatment of mice with WAY 100635 also blocked the anti-depression effect of hirsuteine(7),which further demonstrated that 5-HT_(1A) receptor was a potential target of hirsuteine(7)to effectively treat *** findings indicated the therapeutic material basis of *** and the anti-depression underlying mechanism of hirsuteine(7),and further provided the useful guidance for the development of hirsuteine(7)as a potential antidepressant candidate.

ZnO nanorods were synthesized using the sol-gel method, and the effects of annealing temperature and Ce doping on the morphologies and optical properties of ZnO nanostructures were investigated in detail. The XRD measurements showed that the as-synthesized ZnO nanostructures had a hexagonal wurtzite structure. SEM images showed that uniform nanorods formed at 900 °C. Photoluminescence measurements showed an ultraviolet emission peak and a relatively broad visible light emission peak for the samples sintered at different temperatures. The UV emission peak bathochromically shifted when the annealing temperature rose from 850 to 1000 °C. Ce doping decreased the synthesized temperature of the ZnO nanorods to 500 °C, and the UV peaks hypsochromically shifted.
