The visualization and assessment of retinal microvasculature are important in the study,diagnosis,monitoring,and guidance of treatment of ocular and systemic diseases.With the introduction of optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA),it has become possible to visualize the retinal microvasculature volumetrically and without a contrast agent.Many lab-based and commercial clinical instruments,imaging protocols and data analysis methods and metrics,have been applied,often inconsistently,resulting in a confusing picture that represents a major barrier to progress in applying OCTA to reduce the burden of disease.Open data and software sharing,and cross-comparison and pooling of data from different studies are rare.These inabilities have impeded building the large databases of annotated OCTA images of healthy and diseased retinas that are necessary to study and define characteristics of specific conditions.This paper addresses the steps needed to standardize OCTA imaging of the human retina to address these limitations.Through review of the OCTA literature,we identify issues and inconsistencies and propose minimum standards for imaging protocols,data analysis methods,metrics,reporting of findings,and clinical practice and,where this is not possible,we identify areas that require further investigation.We hope that this paper will encourage the unification of imaging protocols in OCTA,promote transparency in the process of data collection,analysis,and reporting,and facilitate increasing the impact of OCTA on retinal healthcare delivery and life science investigations.

本综述为开始了解食物过敏的人们提供一些基本信息,同时详述自我们上篇综述发表4 年来,在食物过敏流行病学、发病机制、诊断和治疗方面的进展和更新。尽管缺乏详实的患病率数据,但强烈的印象是食物过敏在增加,有记录表明患病率近10% 之高。遗传、表观和环境危险因素被越来越多的阐释,为改进高危人群的防治策略提供了可能。病理生理学认识揭示上皮屏障、黏膜与全身免疫反应、暴露途径及其他影响下的微生物组之间的复杂相互作用,最终导致过敏或耐受。食物过敏的诊断主要靠临床病史、致敏检测及口服激发试验。新兴的组分解析诊断提高了诊断准确性。其他一些新的诊断方法,如嗜碱性粒细胞活化检测、表位结合测定、DNA 甲基化印记、生物信息学手段等,将进一步改变该领域的面貌。许多预防策略还在研究当中,但根据现有的研究数据,早期摄入花生已被推荐作为公共卫生措施。治疗管理主要基于避免过敏原,但许多有希望的治疗策略正在2 期和3 期研究中。鉴于很多其他有希望的治疗已进入临床前—临床通路中,更好的治疗大有希望很快广泛可用。

Background:Psycho social factors predict recurrent inj ury and return to preinjury level of performance following orthopedic injury but are poorly understood following concussion.Current management protocols prioritize physical measures of recovery.Therefore,the objective of this study was to describe the psychosocial factors associated with return to sport(RTS) and how they are measured in athletes who sustained a concussion.Methods:MEDLINE,Embase,APA PsycINFO,CINAHL,and SPORTDiscus were searched through February 2,2021.Eligible studies included original peer-reviewed publications describing psychosocial factors associated with RTS following a diagnosed concussion.The primary outcome was scales or measures employed and/or key thematic concepts.Results:Of the 3615 studies identified,10 quantitative cohort studies(Oxford Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine Level-3) representing 2032 athletes(85% male;high-school and collegiate collision/contact athletes) and 4 qualitative studies representing 66 athletes(74% male;70% American football;aged 9-28 years) were included.We identified 3 overarching themes and 10 outcome measures related to psychosocial factors associated with RTS following concussion:(a) fear(e.g,of recurrent concussion,of RTS,of losing playing status);(b) emotional factors(e.g,depression,anxiety,perceived stress,mental health,disturbance mood);and(c) contextual factors(e.g,social support,pressure,sense of identity).Conclusion:Although current medical clearance decisions prioritize physical measures of recovery,evidence suggests diverse psychosocial factors influence RTS following concussion.It remains unclear which psychosocial factors contribute to a successful RTS,including the influence of sex/gender and age.Future studies should evaluate the association of psychological readiness with physical measures of recovery at medical clearance,preinjury level of performance,and risk of recurrent concussion to support RTS clinical decision-making.

OBJECTIVE： Anti-asthma herbal medicine intervention （ASHMITM）, a combination of three tradi- tional Chinese medicinal herbs developed in our laboratory, has demonstrated efficacy in both mouse models of allergic asthma, and a double-blind placebo-controlled clinical trial in patients with asthma. This study was designed to determine if the anti-inflammatory effects of individual herbal constituents of ASHMITM exhibited synergy. METHODS： Effects of ASHMI and its components aqueous extracts of Lingzhi （Ganoderma lucidum）, Kushen （Sophora flavescens） and Gancao （Glycyrrhiza uralensis）, on Th2 cytokine secretion by murine memory Th2 cells （D10.G4.1） and eotaxin-1 secretion by human lung fibroblast （HLF-1） cells were determined by measuring levels in culture supernatants by enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay. Potential synergistic effects were determined by computing interaction indices from concentration-effect curve parameters. RESULTS： Individual Lingzhi, Kushen and Gancao extracts and ASHMI （the combination of individual extracts） inhibited production of interleukin （IL）-4 and IL-5 by murine memory Th2 cells and eotaxin-1 production by HLF-1 cells. The mean 25%-inhibitory-concentration （IC2s） values （mg/mL） forASHMI, Lingzhi, Kushen and Gancao for IL-4 production were 30.9, 79.4, 123, and 64.6, respectively; for IL-5 production were 30.2, 263, 123.2 and 100, respectively; for eotaxin-1 were 13.2, 16.2, 30.2, and 25.1, respectively. The IC50values （mg/mL） for ASHMI, Lingzhi, Kushen and Gancao for IL-4 production were 158.5, 239.9, 446.7, and 281.8, respectively; for eotaxin-1 were 38.1, 33.1, 100, and 158.5, respectively. The interaction indices of ASHMI constituents at IC25 were 0.35 for IL-4, 0.21 for IL-5 and 0.59 for eotaxin-l. The interaction indices at IC^0 values were 0.50 for IL-4 and 0.62 for eotaxin-1 inhibition. Inhibition of IL-5 did not reach IC^0 values. All interaction indices were below 1 which indicated synergy. CONCLUSION： By comparing the interaction index values, we find that constituents in ASH

Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS)have become a vital part in improving human lives and modern economy.It aims at enhancing road safety and environmental quality.There is a tremendous increase observed in the number of vehicles in recent years,owing to increasing population.Each vehicle has its own individual emission rate;however,the issue arises when the emission rate crosses a standard value.Owing to the technological advances made in Artificial Intelligence(AI)techniques,it is easy to leverage it to develop prediction approaches so as to monitor and control air pollution.The current research paper presents Oppositional Shark Shell Optimization with Hybrid Deep Learning Model for Air Pollution Monitoring(OSSOHDLAPM)in ITS environment.The proposed OSSO-HDLAPM technique includes a set of sensors embedded in vehicles to measure the level of pollutants.In addition,hybridized Convolution Neural Network with Long Short-Term Memory(HCNN-LSTM)model is used to predict pollutant level based on the data attained earlier by the sensors.In HCNN-LSTM model,the hyperparameters are selected and optimized using OSSO algorithm.In order to validate the performance of the proposed OSSO-HDLAPM technique,a series of experiments was conducted and the obtained results showcase the superior performance of OSSO-HDLAPM technique under different evaluation parameters.

In this study, historical landscape dynamics were investigated to（i） map the land use/cover types for the years 1972, 1987, 2000 and 2014;（ii） determine the types and processes of landscape dynamics; and（iii） assess the landscape fragmentation and habitat loss over time. Supervised classification of multi-temporal Landsat images was used through a pixel-based approach. Post–classification methods included systematic and random change detection, trajectories analysis and landscape fragmentation assessment. The overall accuracies（and Kappa statistics） were of 68.86%（0.63）, 91.32%（0.79）, 90.66%（0.88） and 91.88%（0.89） for 1972, 1987, 2000 and 2014, respectively. The spatio-temporal analyses indicated that forests, woodlands and savannahs dominated the landscapes during the four dates, though constant areal decreases were observed. The most important dynamic process was the decline of woodlands with an average annual net loss rate of –2%. Meanwhile, the most important land transformation occurred during the transition 2000–2014, due to anthropogenic pressures. Though the most important loss of vegetation greenness occurred in the unprotected areas, the overall analyses of change indicated a declining trend of land cover quality and an increasing landscape fragmentation. Sustainable conservation strategies should be promoted while focusing restoration attention on degraded lands and fragmented ecosystems in order to support rural livelihood and biodiversity conservation.
