Mineralized tissue regeneration is an important and challenging part of the field of tissue engineering and regeneration.At present,autograft harvest procedures may cause secondary trauma to patients,while bone scaffold materials lack osteogenic activity,resulting in a limited application.Loaded with osteogenic induction growth factor can improve the osteoinductive performance of bone graft,but the explosive release of growth factor may also cause side effects.In this study,we innovatively used platelet-rich fibrin(PRF)-modified bone scaffolds(Bio-Oss®)to replace autograft,and used cytokine(BMP-2)to enhance osteogenesis.Encouragingly,this mixture,which we named“Autograft Mimic(AGM)”,has multiple functions and advantages.(1)The fiber network provided by PRF binds the entire bone scaffold together,thereby shaping the bone grafts and maintaining the space of the defect area.(2)The sustained release of BMP-2 from bone graft promoted bone regeneration continuously.(3)AGM recruited bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)and promote their proliferation,migration,and osteogenic differentiation.Thus,AGM developed in this study can improve osteogenesis,and provide new guidance for the development of clinical bone grafts.

The analysis of the coupling mechanism of thermal-hydraulic-mechanical(THM)fields,and solid-liquidgas(SLG)phases during gas extraction process is of profound significance to explore its numerical application in the gas occurrence regularity and its effective extraction radius.In this study,the hudi coal mine in Qinshui basin is taken as the research area,the influencing factors of gas occurrence were analyzed,the differences in overburden load for gas pressure distribution and the factors influencing the effective extraction radius were further discussed by using the COMSOL software.The results show that the derivation of mathematical model in gas extraction shows that the process is a process the THM fields restrict each other,and the SLG phases influence each other.The longer the extraction time,the larger the influencing range of borehole,and the better the extraction effect.The larger the diameter of borehole,the larger the effective extraction radius,and the influence on gas extraction effect is smaller in the early stage and larger in the late stage.The borehole arrangement should be flexibly arranged according to the actual extraction situation.The higher the porosity,the higher the permeability,the better the gas extraction effect.The larger the overburden load of reservoir,the stronger the effective stress,which will result in the more severe the strain,and the closure of pore and fracture,which in turn will lead to the decrease of permeability and slow down the gas extraction.The relationship among extraction time,borehole diameter,negative pressure of gas extraction,permeability with effective extraction radius is exponential.This study has important theoretical and practical significance for clarifying and summarizing the gas occurrence regularity and its engineering practice.

煤层气水和矿井水都是重要的非常规水资源,但其赋存状态及水质不同,因此分析煤层气井水水质及矿井水质对选取处理两种非常规水的方法具有重要的意义。通过胡底工区5个煤层气井排水水质分析结果显示,煤层气水主要呈碱性,呈现高总固体溶解度、高碱度的特点。煤层气水阴离子主要以HCO_(3)^(-)为主,阳离子以Na^(+)、K^(+)离子为主。矿井水呈弱酸性,矿井水阴离子主要以HCO_(3)^(-)、SO_(4)^(2-)为主,阳离子主要以Mg^(2+)为主。由阴阳离子含量可以看出,煤层气水水质类型主要为Na、K-Cl-HCO_(3)型,而矿井水水质类型主要为Mg、Ca-SO_(4)。本次研究结果能为煤层气水和矿井水处理提供科学依据。

基于VISSIM的城市交叉口改善优化研究

首先系统地阐述了城市交叉口改善优化的现有研究成果,然后介绍了微观交通仿真软件VISSIM的模型及理论基础以及用于评价交叉口性能的行程时间、平均延误、排队长度、停车次数、通行能力、饱和度和服务水平等评价指标;以广州市花地大道与浣花路交叉口为例,通过信号交叉口调查数据的统计分析,从时空交通设计优化方面提出交叉口优化方案,并利用VISSIM交通仿真软件对交叉口的现状和优化方案进行仿真研究。结果表明,对交叉口进行时空改善优化后,交叉口的饱和度由1.24减小到0.91,平均每车延误由71.6 s减少到47.1 s,服务水平由E提高到D。实践表明,该方法具有良好的操作性和实用性。

以HDFS、Hive等Hadoop项目为核心的大数据技术在构建企业级数据中心方面是业界的通用标准之一。由于技术方面的限制,其无法高效地在大型数据集上同时满足数据的更新、删除等数据管理操作。随着Apache hudi技术的出现,使原有方案能在Hadoop兼容的存储系统上更新大量的数据,并针对不同读写场景提供不同的视图。以卷烟研发体系大数据分析平台的构建与应用为例,提出一种基于Apache hudi技术的支持批处理和流处理的企业级大数据平台的云整合解决方案。通过该方案能够在大数据应用中实现数据流、批等并行处理和接入,同时能基于云优势提升整体服务的可靠性和扩展性。

目的探讨虎地肠溶胶囊联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取2017年4月—2019年4月在文昌市人民医院治疗的溃疡性结肠炎患者124例,根据用药的差别分为对照组(62例)和治疗组(62例)。对照组口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片,1 g/次,4次/d;治疗组在对照组基础上口服虎地肠溶胶囊,1.6 g/次,3次/d。两组患者均治疗2个月。观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者临床症候积分、DAI评分、Baron评分和IBDQ评分及炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,对照组临床有效率为80.65%,显著低于治疗组的95.16%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者症候积分均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者临床症候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。经治疗,两组患者DAI评分和Baron评分显著降低(P<0.05),IBDQ评分显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组患者DAI评分、Baron评分和IBDQ评分明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。经治疗,两组患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-17、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)表达水平显著降低(P<0.05),IL-10和IL-13表达显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组患者炎症因子水平明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论虎地肠溶胶囊联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎可有效改善患者临床症状,降低机体炎症反应,增强机体免疫功能,促进生活质量提高。
