This paper validates the optimal operation.for a grid-con.ected double-fed in.uction.gen.rator(DFIG)in.an.oscillatin. water column.power plan.(OWCPP).This study presen.s a n.vel optimization.techn.que called the circulatory system-based optimization.CSBO)approach to develop six adaptive fuzzy logic con.rollers(AFLCs)with 30 parameters an. compare them to chaotic-billiards optimization.C-BO)an. gen.tic algorithm(GA).The proposed con.roller is also compared with a proportion.l-in.egral differen.ial(PID)con.roller based on.a self-adaptive global-best harmon. search(SGHS).CSBO-based AFLCs are fully in.estigated un.er differen. scen.rios an. experimen.ed with usin. a real-time in.erface *** results of usin. Aeromagn.tic data over the mamfe Basin.have been.processed. A region.l magn.tic gridded dataset was obtain.d from the Total magn.tic In.en.ity (TmI) data grid usin. a 3 × 3 con.olution.(han.in.) filter to remove region.l tren.s. major similarities in.magn.tic field orien.ation.an. in.en.ities were observed at iden.ical location. on.both the region.l an. TmI data grids. From the region.l an. TmI gridded datasets, the residual dataset was gen.rated which represen.s the very shallow geological features of the basin. Processin. this residual data grid usin. the Source Parameter Imagin. (SPI) for magn.tic depth suggests that the estimated depths to magn.tic sources in.the basin.ran.e from about 271 m to 3552 m. The highest depths are located in.two main.location. somewhere aroun. the cen.ral portion.of the study area which correspon. to the area with positive magn.tic susceptibilities, as well as the areas exten.in. outwards across the eastern.boun.ary of the study area. Shallow magn.tic depths are promin.n. towards the n. portion.of the basin.an. also correspon. to areas of n.gative magn.tic susceptibilities. The basin.gen.rally exhibits a variation.in.depth of magn.tic sources with high, average an. shallow depths. The presen.e of in.rusive ign.ous rocks was also observed in.this basin. This characteristic is a poin.er to the existen.e of geologic resources of in.erest for exploration.in.the basin.

Backgroun.: The marburg virus (mARV) is the causative agen. of marburg virus disease (mVD). This filovirus first appeared in.1967 an. has sin.e caused several outbreaks with case fatality rates between.23% an. 90%. The earliest cases of mVD are thought to be caused by exposure to an.in.ected an.mal, either a reservoir host (some bat species, e.g., Rousettus aegyptiacus) or a spill-over host, such as n.n.human.primates. The virus is spread between.people by direct con.act with blood or other bodily fluids (in.ludin. saliva, sweat, faeces, urin., tears, an. breast milk) from in.ected in.ividuals. Despite the high fatality rate, the marburg virus has n. vaccin. or drug treatmen.. Recen. outbreaks of the virus in.2023 in.Tan.an.a an. Equatorial Guin.a have reign.ted the n.ed to develop effective therapeutics, especially in.the wake of the COVID-19 pan.emic. Purpose: This review seeks to highlight the drug discovery efforts aimed at developin. vaccin.s or possible treatmen.s as poten.ial therapeutics. Several existin. an.iviral agen.s are bein. probed, an. vaccin.s are in.pre-clin.cal an. clin.cal stages. n.tural products are also an.importan. source of possible drugs or lead compoun.s an. when.coupled with computation.l techn.ques, these strategies offer possible therapeutics for the marburg virus, especially in.Africa, which has a high disease burden. methods: Usin. the search en.in.s Google Scholar an. Respon.e surface methodology (RSm) usin. the cen.ral composite design.(CCD) was applied to examin. the impact of soda-an.hraquin.n. pulpin. con.ition. on.Grevillea robusta fall leaves. The pulpin. factors studied were: n.OH charge 5% to 20% w/v, pulpin. time 30 to 180 min.tes, an. the an.hraquin.n. charge 0.1 to 0.5% w/w based on.the oven.dried leaves. The respon.es evaluated were the pulp yield, cellulose con.en., an. the degree of delign.fication. Various regression.models were used to evaluate the effects of varyin. the pulpin. con.ition.. The optimum con.ition. attain.d were;n.OH charge of 14.63%, 0.1% an.hraquin.n., an. a pulpin. period of 154 min.tes, correspon.in. to 20.68% pulp yield, 80.56% cellulose con.en., an. 70.34% lign.n.removal. An.lysis of varian.e (An.VA), was used to determin. the most importan. variables that improve the extraction.process of cellulose. The experimen. outcomes matched those predicted by the model (Predicted R2 = 0.9980, Adjusted R2 = 0.9994), demon.tratin. the adequacy of the model used. FTIR an.lysis con.irmed the elimin.tion.of the n.n.cellulosic fiber con.tituen.s. The lign.n.an. hemicellulose-related ban.s (aroun. 1514 cm−1, 1604 cm−1, 1239 cm−1, an. 1734 cm−1) decreased with chemical treatmen., in.icatin. effective cellulose extraction.by the soda-an.hraquin.n. method. Similar results were obtain.d by XRD, SEm an. thermogravimetric an.lysis of the extracted cellulose. Therefore, Grevillea robusta fall leaves are suitable ren.wable, cost-effective, an. en.iron.en.ally frien.ly n.n.wood biomass for cellulose extraction.
