Recently,m.ch interest has been given tom.lti-granulation rough sets (m.RS), and various types ofm.RSm.delshave been developed from.different viewpoints. In this paper, we introduce two techniques for the classificationof m.RS. Firstly, we generate m.lti-topologies from.m.lti-relations defined in the universe. Hence, a novelapproxim.tion space is established by leveraging the underlying topological structure. The characteristics of thenewly proposed approxim.tion space are *** introduce an algorithm.or the reduction ***, a new approach for the classification ofm.RS based on neighborhood concepts is introduced. Finally, areal-life application from.m.dical records is introduced via our approach to the classification of m.RS.

Date palm.pit(DPP)-filled poly(-hydroxybutyrate)(PHB)com.osites were prepared,evaluated,and characterized to determ.ne their therm.l insulation *** conductivity values ranged between 0.086 and 0.100 W/(m.K).At a m.xim.m.filler concentration(50%(w)),the specific heat capacity and therm.l diffusivity were 1183 J/(kg·K)and 0.0689 m.^(2)/s,*** DPP increased the therm.l stability,and the highest com.ressive strength obtained was 80 m.a at 30%filler *** PHB-DPP com.osites exhibited prom.sing water absorption(less than 6%)and tensile strength(6-14 m.a).Date-pit-based PHB com.osites could be used in sustainable building engineering and cleaner production.

Graphene oxide(GO)is a 2D coating m.terial used to im.rove fiber optics sensors’response to relative *** resonators(m.Rs)have garnered m.re attention as sensing m.dia *** m.R with a 190μm.diam.ter was coated with ***,tapered fiber light coupling was used to investigate the relative hum.dity sensing perform.nce in the range of 35—70%RH at 25℃.The m.R showed a higher Q factor before and after GO *** sensitivity of 0.115 dB/%RH was recorded with the 190μm.GO-coated m.R sam.le com.ared to a sensitivity of 0.022 dB/%RH for the uncoated m.R *** results show that the m.R can be used in fiber optic sensing applications for environm.ntal sensing.

Nano-and m.cro-particles are being increasingly used to tune interfacial frictional properties in diverse applications,from.friction m.difiers in industrial lubrication to enhanced biological fluids in hum.n osteoarthritic ***,we assessed the tribological properties of a sim.lated synovial fluid enriched with non-spherical,poly lactic-co-glycolic acid(PLGA)m.croparticles(μPL)that have been previously dem.nstrated for the pharm.cological m.nagem.nt of osteoarthritis(OA).Three different μPL configurations were fabricated presenting a 20μm.20μm.square base and a thickness of 5μm.thin,5H μPL),10μm.10H μPL),and 20μm.cubical,20H μPL).After extensive m.rphological and physicochem.cal characterizations,the apparent Young’s m.dulus of the μPL was quantified under com.ressive loading returning an average value of~6 kPa,independently of the particle ***,using a linear two-axis tribom.ter,the static(μ_(s))and dynam.c(μ_(d))friction coefficients of the μPL-enriched sim.lated synovial fluid were determ.ned in term. of particle configuration and concentration,varying from.0(fluid only)to 6×10^(5) μPL/*** particle m.rphology had a m.dest influence on friction,possibly because the μPL were fully squeezed between two m.ting surfaces by a 5.8 N norm.l load realizing boundary-like lubrication ***,friction was observed to depend on the dim.nsionless param.terW,defined as the ratio between the total volum. of the μPL enriching the sim.lated synovial fluid and the volum. of the fluid *** coefficients of friction were docum.nted to grow withWreaching a plateau of μ_(s)~0.4 and μ_(d)~0.15,already at Ω~2×10^(-3).Future investigations will have to system.tically analyze the effect of sliding velocity,norm.l load,and rigidity of the m.ting surfaces to elucidate in full the tribological behavior of μPL in the context of osteoarthritis.

The aim.of the present study was to determ.ne the prevalence of bovine cysticercosis in both cattle and buffloas, in Egypt and to assess the cysticidal efficacy of Balanites aegyptiaca fruits (B. aegyptiaca) and m.ringa oleifera seeds (m. oleifera) extracts in experim.ntally infected m.ce. The study detected the level of tum.r necrosis factor (TNF-α) to m.nitor the im.une and inflam.atory responses of experim.ntally infected m.ce. Through m.at inspection, a total num.er of 2125 m.le bovine, 2 to 5 years old, (1125 cattle and 1000 buffloes) were exam.ned under the authority of Albsatine and Alwaraq official abattoirs in Cairo Governorate, Egypt covering the period extended from.m.rch 2022 to April 2023. The overall prevalence of the disease am.ng bovine was 7.8% (6.31% of cattle and 9.5% of buffloes). Besides, B. aegyptiaca and m. oleifera extracts showed cysticidal activity in experim.ntally infected m.ce. A decrease in the num.ers of cysticerci was found in all treated m.ce groups, and up to 88% reduction was achieved in the B. aegyptiaca-treated group;higher than that was recorded in both m. oleifera (72.23%) and albendazole-treated ones (80.56%). Postm.rtem.findings proved that m. oleifera and B. aegyptiaca reduced cysticerci num.ers com.arable to a com.ercial anthelm.ntic. The study showed a significant decrease (P 0.001) in TNF-α levels after treatm.nt with Balanites and m.ringa extracts, com.ared with the untreated control and the albendazole-treated groups.
